It would be difficult to find another cabin this private, pet friendly, roomy for groups, well stocked kitchen and mountain view, lots of parking, with all the amenities: gas grill, hot tub, full game room, WiFi, Flat Screen TVs in every room, picnic table, 3 levels of deck space, etc!

Nestled on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of trees and mountains, our cabin welcomes your family to enjoy a lovely spot in the Smoky Mountains! American Eagle cabin is a brand new rental, sleeping up to 12. Pet friendly and family friendly but very clean, this cabin has the perfect family layout with a private luxury upstairs suite for the parents and a fun game room with sleeping space for the kids on the lower level! Three steps up to the main level, there is one queen bedroom and one bathroom and open concept kitchen/dining and living area with electric fireplace and deck with grill and seating. The main level has a wraparound deck with a grill and chairs to sit and talk, read or just look at the mountains and forget your cares. Upstairs is a private master suite, complete with Jacuzzi, fireplace and private bath. A walkway from the bedroom leads out to a private balcony where a couple can enjoy the mountain view.

Downstairs is the game room with a pool table, air hockey and a card table with another bedroom with queen sized bunk bed and full bathroom. There is also a deck with a hot tub and chairs on this level. Convenient to all the area attractions but away from the high traffic areas, it's a little oasis, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy time together, while also enjoying space and privacy.

We go the extra mile and supply a baby gate, large pet crate, high chair and pack-n-play for our guests' convenience.

As cabins go, this one has lots of space. It looks and feels like a cabin, and is surrounded by woods and mountains. It also has a hot tub, game room, and multiple bathrooms. It made for a very comfortable stay in the mountains.

The cabin was nice, new construction nearby so noise during the day. Everything as described in property description. My only complaints are we had a bathtub draining slow and reported, but maintenance never showed.

Great stay! Perfect for family. Kitchen well Stocked and boys enjoyed playing pool. Back of neighborhood quiet except for construction a few houses down but totally understandable Beautiful home! Only negative grass was tall and needed cutting but weather has been bad in the area for weeks!

Everything was very clean & well kept, lots to do, beautiful views, close to multiple towns. Only downfalls - the yard was not mowed (worry of snakes in tall grass with our dogs) & pollen covered chairs/picnic table porches that could have been sprayed off before we arrived, as we spent a lot of time out on the multiple porches.

We were celebrating my daughter and her friend’s birthday. We had two families. Plenty of space for all. The game room was awesome. Location was great. There was an issue with the grill, but the manager was very receptive to feedback.

Great communication leading up to our stay with all necessary check-in information. Upon our arrival, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. We had three families in our group and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom on their own floor, which gave necessary privacy and separation. The game room was a great place to hang out and shoot pool, watch TV or play vintage arcade games. The view of the Smokey Mountains from the decks was amazing. Plenty of room and seating on the decks to hang out. The hot tub was very clean and the water is changed out after each stay. Overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely rent here again if we are ever in the area.

Check in was a little scary, the grill on the front porch was left on. We checked in right at 4:00 and thank God we did the cove was melting and a latter check in my have resulted in a fire. A quick call to the property manager and response by a maintenance person took care of the issue. Other than that we enjoyed the property.

The property worked well for our group. It was my husband and I, our daughter and her husband and their 2 year old daughter, along with our daughter’s in-laws. We were each able to take a floor which had a bathroom on each floor. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here, again.

We loved this home and the location! We were so thankful for being able to bring our little dog along. They even provided a crate so that we didnt have to bring ours. The only down side of this property was the small shower in the primary room but we made it work. If you bring your pet be sure to stay out of the yard when walking your friend. Since the property is surrounded by beautiful tree lines, it also is home to some animals that use the yard to potty. We made sure to go down the hill and remain mindful of the wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked although we opted to bring our own pans due to a previous review. We like to cook a big breakfast. You wont regret staying in this home. Its well maintained and it was so clean I was honestly impressed. I dont know who does the cleaning service but they are amazing!! We loved our stay and cant wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the American Eagle! The cabin was exactly as described, clean, and was the perfect size for our family and parents! Melinda was very quick to respond when we had a small issue and it was fixed quickly. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be away from the tourist craziness, have some privacy, but only be a short drive to experience all the area has to offer!

The cabin was just as we had expected it to be. It was clean, spacious, plenty of towels, an abundance of activities to do at the cabin as well as beautiful views to enjoy from the 3 decks. When we first checked in our hot tub was not working, however, they were immediately on top of getting it fixed for us and accommodated us greatly for the inconvenience. We would all highly recommend this cabin and we all greatly appreciate all who contributed to our cabin and helping to make our family vacation a great one.

Cabin was exactly as advertised!! Very clean. Easy to find, close to everything. The only issue we had was not having correct size batteries in main TV remote but we didn’t think it was worth it to say anything as we didn’t watch TV really. Kids loved the downstairs and the games. Great trip.

Check in was pushed back an hour after getting there. One remote for two TVs on first level and basement. Jacuzzi tub on top level did not work and the commode was not assembled and basement outside door would not lock but these were fixed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the American Eagle Cabin. The cabin was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. The mountain views were just amazing. The game room down stairs was awesome and it gave the kids something to do. We will definitely be booking it again in the future.

We loved it here! Our only complaints are related to upkeep (all smaller things) like we didn't feel comfortable getting in the hot tub because the water toward the botttom of the tub was a different color than the top, and the water didn't smell like chlorine-more musty smelling. Lots of missing pieces in the game room and no chalk for the pool table. Also, as a side for property managers- you will want to check the bear proof plastic dumpster! The locking mechanism wasn't working; the lock was supposed to click when you push the lid down, but it wasn't locking, and the lid was just lifting right up like a normal dumpster. Everything else was wonderful so all in all a great stay! The layout was great and even better than I imagined!

This cabin was everything and more. This was just my husband and myself to get away and unwind. This one is in the very back, and private from the other houses. You are out of the hustle and bustle, but very quick drives to get to any of the attractions, trails and hikes. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well stocked, loved the hot tub and view in the evenings, loved just sitting in the rocking chairs and watching nature, and really enjoyed all the arcade games and pool table. We look forward to returning.Only suggestion would to put some house numbers up to identify the home.

This property is close to many attractions and is pet friendly which made it seem like a great find. When we got there, we were disappointed with many items. There seem to be some issues with the power, because the power was out in the front bedroom and upstairs master bedroom. I called the property owner and found out where the breaker was, but still couldn’t get the outlets to work in the master bedroom. The deck was absolutely filthy, and still had tree pollen all over it. Tree pollen season ended in April and we stayed there in late June! The outside lights were burned out on one side of the back deck and the front porch, and there were no tools to open the fixtures to replace them. The furniture is way overdue for a replacement. The pots and pans in the kitchen were also filthy and rusty. We actually ended up buying and using disposable bakeware, plates, cups, cutlery while we were there to avoid using the items in the kitchen. I’m not sure when they actually empty the garbage, but there was trash all over around the cans and in the cans when we arrived, and the black “bear-proof” bin was actually broken, we couldn’t get it to seal. Cleanliness was a theme. After walking around barefoot, our feet were black on the bottoms. There was thick dust all over the walls, so I’m not sure if no one had stayed in the house in a while or if they just don’t clean properly. The deck is also unsafe for small dogs and children. The spindles are not spaced out to code, so children and small dogs can fit through them. There were also a lot of nails sticking up out of the floorboards, so we constantly had to watch where we stepped. The railings look like they were redone recently on the front porch, but the top rails don’t line up with the spindles correctly. Same is true for the railing next to the driveway. There was a sign that said we needed to fold blankets used and put back where you found them, so were they clean? I hate to make this such a negative review, but the property owners need to understand that this place needs a lot of work. We also spoke to a neighbor staying at another property owned by this company and they had similar feedback. I know they are going to reply and say we should have called and told them about these issues, but we were on vacation. We didn’t want to wait around for someone to come in and fix things, and we didn’t want someone in there while we were gone. For the price we paid, we expected better quality.

The cabin was very comfortable. There were a few consistent issues such as the television in master bedroom had several issues. Management replaced it with a new one. That was positive and showed their concern for our comfort. Several small things were broken such as the sofa in the entertainment area and some of the entertainment games did not work. However the visit was great and our family would return there. We enjoyed the cabin and thanked management for their quick response to our concerns. The weather was nice and it even snowed a while. The kids and our puppy had a ball.

Home was in great shape and had everything we needed. We had 5 adults, 4 kids (4-12) and 3 dogs. the kids enjoyed the games downstairs and we all enjoyed walking the dogs up and down the hills in the area.
