The home is located in the University City neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. A short drive to local attractions; 15-20 minutes from Uptown, spectrum and Epicenter, 10 minutes to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), 20 minutes to the Motor Speedway, this is a great location to explore all that the
Charlotte region has to offer. This rental is set up to be a place that you can make a home of your own for days or weeks at a time, including outdoor space, laundry and other homey amenities.

The space is welcoming and comfortable. On a quiet street - no traffic noise, enjoy the entire house, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den, living room, dining room, full kitchen and basement with an office work space.

Parking available for 4 cars. Off street parking for 2 cars. On-street parking for 2 more cars in
front of the house.

We are working parents who have lived in Charlotte for 4 years, so we appreciate easy access to lots of different things to do and a comfortable space to come home to at night. That’s why we set up the living room and den with comfortable furniture and TVs with a full list of cable channels. We also appreciate what it’s like to travel with kids, so we’ve provided a range of bed options-a king in the master, queen and two twins in the other two bedrooms, a crib and a pack n play.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook.

The home features three full bathrooms, washer & dryer, Heat and air conditioning, 3 flat screen TVs with Cable TV service and STRONG WIFI.

We supply shampoo, soap, towels, sheets, and blankets.

The location of the house couldn't have been better for everything we needed. There were restaurants and grocery stores really close and we never had more than a 20-25 min. drive to anything else we wanted to do. The house was comfortable and was well stocked. We had a couple of incidents for which we had to contact the owner and he couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issues.

This was a family get together with my daughter and her young family. Very nice house, with easy access to Charlotte. Plenty of room, and house was well equipped with everything we would need. No issues of any kind. We would certainly come back again

This house has the potential to be good (not exquisite). The neighborhood is nice and the location is convenient. Our stay was just overshadowed by the house not being clean. They claimed that it was professionally cleaned, but there was no evidence of it. Floors were sticky (clearly just swiffered), dirty plates were in the cabinet, and the house smelled like a smoker lived there. The kitchen appliances were ancient and didn't work properly (stove) and the pots and pans were gross, scratched beyond what I would think safe to cook with. We lit candles to cover the smell and muddled our way trying to cook in that kitchen. They are charging way too much for a house in that condition. Lastly we got an extra charge for additional guests when we didn't have any, so the hidden cost makes it even more expensive! Suggestions? Clean the house properly and upgrade kitchen items that should be thrown away.

Place served its purpose. My daughter was racing at an enduro karting event. Neighborhood is a little run down, but location is close to track and decent restaurants. Would stay again if we go back.

We had a great stay!! Reuben & Samantha were great hosts. The home was as expected. Was able to communicate with the owner with no issue so that made the stay convenient. The neighbors were welcoming as well. Awesome neighborhood

The house was perfect for our weekend to celebrate my nephew’s graduation! It was the perfect location to UNC- Charlotte! The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, air conditioner worked great, kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed! It was an all around great place!

We have stay here twice. Good house that could be great with a few updates. House was as advertised and clean. Towels are new from our first stay. Linens are nice. Could use a handyman for a day and some paint. Worked for our stay.

The house is located in a great neighborhood and check-in was very easy. Upon arrival we heard a smoke detector chirping. We were able to locate a battery but could not locate the smoke detector (it was coming from the lower floor that has a drop ceiling). We contacted the owner to ask the location of the detectors downstairs and never heard back from them. Also upon arrival we checked all windows and doors. The door downstairs was unlocked along with several windows that were actually open. I would recommend you bring your own towels for your stay as there was hair in almost all of the clean and folded towels/wash clothes. Overall the house was clean and provided a great location for our family to spread out while relaxing.

House is even better in person more than enough room for everyone. Downstairs area has a full living room and private bathroom to bed, upstairs has 2 living rooms one which the doors can close to have privacy. All beds was comfortable. Host checked on us through out our stay. Don’t hesitate to book. I will be returning. Nice area

Great location for spending a weekend at Charlotte Drag Races. Plenty of space, clean and the owner was extremely easy to contact. All information was sent for check-in without delay! We plan to return next year! Thank you!

This property is a great choice!!!! Close to just about everything. Only issues were when we entered the home it was extremely cold. It took the house a while to heat up. Other than that I would suggest this home to anyone visiting Charlotte!!!

This house was great for our trip. Vert clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We had 6 older men- this house had enough beds for all six of us which was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Charlotte dirt track. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this house. Will definitely be back again next year.

The property was a great space for a small group to hang out and sleep well after going to a concert. The only thing that negatively impacted the booking process were the list of house rules that came to me 2 days prior to our stay that were not listed when I booked the property initially. Everyone understands be respectful and no parties, however "no shoes in the house" and "we reserve the right to stop by at anytime" was somewhat unnerving. Here'e the list of rules I received, that I do think they should include in the house description before you book it. *** House Rules *** Please read and observe the house rules. Most importantly: * No smoking within 50ft of the property * No shoes in the house * No pets of any kind * Please be considerate to our neighbors. Me and a few of my close family and friends came together to have a celebration dinner for my beating cancer and going into remission, and I must say we enjoyed ourselves. The home was nice and clean and equipped with all of our essential needs. The property manager made the stay even greater with open communication. I appreciated that.
