The house itself is 200 meters from a small river in the middle of a wood (fir trees and cork oaks).
Description of the house
-Living with kitchenette: table with 6 chairs, sink cupboards, electric stove (4 plates) with oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, espresso senséo, percolator, fryer, divan bed, HD Led television, radio, cassette player and CD.
-First floor with mezzanine: double bed, wardrobe, shower, sink. Double bed on the mezzanine and a clock radio.
- Covered terrace: table and 6 chairs, large barbecue (masonry)
- Swimming pool: A 10m x 5m mosaic swimming pool with Roman steps
