This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment occupies the full 3rd level of a fully renovated XIX building with elevator and has been redesigned by a famous luxury hotel architect with high end equipement. ( La Cornue Kitchen, Hugues Chevalier sofas, Toto toilets, Dornbracht rain showers, boffi bathrooms, Porta Romana lamps, etc...).

The apartment was recently advertised in Vogue magazine.

Amazing apartment in a terrific location. We stayed (family 5) for 4 nights in early July, and we loved the quality and size of the apartment. Olivier (host) was brilliant and very accommodating, letting us check-in early and also have a later check out. This is a truly luxurious apartment; it looks exactly as in the photos. Lots of great shopping and restaurants really close. We were sad to leave and would highly recommend this fantastic apartment.

This place is beautiful and in a fantastic location, a block from Jardin Tuileries, surrounded by high end shopping and cafes and walking distance to Opera and Vendôme. And just so clean, well furnished, quiet, air conditioned and well run. I don’t think I’ve ever had better sleep in a city apartment! Highly recommend if you have the budget to be front and center in 1er.

We so enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would stay again if we are able to go back to Paris. It's in a great location near the Madeline metro station, Rue St. Honore and the Champs Elysees. Easy transfers to Gare St.-Lazare for Normandy or Invalides for Versailles. Mini Monoprix ('prix) and Laduree nearby along with our favorite local find Le Florentin. The bedrooms are very nice, bathrooms are great (the master is much larger for both) and the kitchen is well-appointed. Olivier was very responsive and met us at the apartment with keys and explanations for everything. Not much room for 6 in the den but we didn't spend much time hanging out, so it was fine. Beautiful place!

Our stay was just wqnderful! We celebrated my 70th birthday with my children and their significant others. The location was perfect, the apartment spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped and the owner was accessible and extremely helpful. Certainly a 5 star stay!

This property was luxurious, spacious in a great location with three metro stops within a five minute walk. The layout of the apartment provides privacy for each couple and lovely gathering spaces. The property manager was terrific. We were contacted by text almost the minute we arrived in Paris. They greeted us at the apartment and gave a thourough orientation to the property and nearby attractions. The cleaning services was an added bonus. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 5. With 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms it was ideal for the kids who wanted a bit of space. The interior décor was beautiful and bathrooms amazing. The location was perfect to get to everywhere we wanted to go (mostly by walking and taxi). The location is within two blocks of the Jardin des Tuileries so we were able to go for afternoon walks and even a few jogs early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed with our daughter and 6 year old grand daughter and a friend. So this 3 bedroom 4 bath apt was perfect and gave us plenty of room to spread out. This place has every amenity you could want. We stayed in August so really needed the A/C. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and elevator. couldn’t ask for more. Olivier was waiting for us when we checked in early which we really appreciated after our red eye flight from the states. He was also super responsive during the stay, a text or phone call away. Great location with lots of high end shopping and walking distance to much of central Paris. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. Olivier worked with us over the course of 3 years to refresh our reservation through the Covid crisis. He was extremely gracious and accommodated all of our needs. This home is an architectural masterpiece with state of the art kitchen, bathrooms and construction. It is located within walking distance of the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay with a brasserie right next door for coffee, drinks or meals. We will always return to this apartment any time we visit Paris. It is magnificent!

Given the complexities of travel due to Covid, after booking our original trip in 2019, we finally got to see this fabulous apartment in person. We loved the location, and walked everywhere from there. We enjoyed the beauty of the holiday decorations all around us as some of the most exquisite high end shopping is a block down the street. The apartment had everything we needed and we often gathered in the living area at the round table in the morning after walking 1/2 a block to get lattes and croissants from Pret a Manger. Of the 3 bedrooms, one is large and the other 2 much smaller. All the bathrooms were chic and lovely. Thank you Olivier for all of your help over the past 2 years. You are a wonderful manager, always quick to answer questions and helpful on many levels. We hope to come back again.

The apartment is centrally located in Paris. Most attractions are just within a short walk. High end furnishings in the apartment looks even nicer than the photos. Olivier is very nice and responsive. We had a little hiccup and Olivier handled it nicely and resolve the situation shortly. We visit Paris frequently and would rank this apartment one of the best we have stayed in. Definitely recommend it.

This property is perfect for traveling in a small group. The three rooms are all ensuite which is very nice when traveling. The apartment is walking distance to shopping and some wonderful restaurants.

The apartment was fantastic. Great for a family. Brilliant kitchen. 3 1/2 baths. Only let down were the towels. Many had holes. I would highly recommend.
