One-of-a-kind 2-bdrm/2 bath 1350 sq ft REMODEDLED residential suite located inside name brand Riverfront Resort and Spa with a gigantic private deck with private fire pit for roasting s'mores! (not allowed to use brand name in ad). The owner spent over $100,000 to remodel in September 2023. New bathrooms, new flooring, new furniture, new paint! This deck has stunning panoramic views of Beaver Creek Mountain/pool, and is so big it would hold 75 people! Full kitchen, dining table for 8, washer/dryer. Private fire-pit for roasting s'mores! It doesn't get better than this platinum suite. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!

Master Bathroom: En suite. Large roomy luxury, granite dual sinks, rain shower, soaking tub.
2nd Bedroom: 2 queen beds, 2 robes, HDTV, writing desk, coffee maker sleeps 4

Please note that the all 4/5 star resorts like the Westin/Hyatt/Ritz with lots of amenities all have the following additional charges paid directly to the resort at check out: $110.00/night resort fee (gives you free access to all amenities), $45.00/night valet parking fee, $75.00/stay one time booking fee. The resort will not allow me to collect these fees.
