About this cottage rental
This property is perfect for the family who stays and plays together! Play in the hot tub while the dogs have their freedom to search the four corners of the back yard. There's a gas grill for the BBQ Master and all the outdoor furniture needed to make this a nesting place for everyone.
The upgraded kitchen is ready for the chef in the family. All new appliances are waiting, including a microwave/stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster. There is a Keurig coffee maker for a full pot of brew or a single serving using k-cups. There's cookware, utensils, dinnerware and flatware for your dining pleasure!
There is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom each with their own bathroom. For your additional guests, there is a sofa bed for two in the game room!
The new game room features a hockey table, foosball game and skeeball. This holiday home is filled with warmth with all the new wood interiors walls, log beds and black bear decor!
The large front screened front porch is great for letting the fresh air in, rocking to the sound of the birds and enjoying the light of the firefly.
Pawsibilities is located only minutes from Alpine Helen. Perfect for couples or families. The Community Lake is within waking distance of the cabin. Swimming and fishing is permitted at your own risk. So, bring the kids (those with 4 legs too) and enjoy all the possibilities that Pawsibilities has to offer.

Disappointed that the pots and pans were dirty, the coffee maker didn’t work, there weren’t any sharp knives for cooking, and the dishwasher was awkward

My husband and I along with our 4 grandchildren stayed here during our summer vacation. The property was as described. We were very comfortable during our stay and had so much fun! Pawsibilities is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. There is so much to do in Helen and the surrounding area! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars overall because the hot tub was not full or turned on, so we were not able to enjoy a soak. The game room is perfect for families!

We stayed for a few days prior to Christmas for my husband to unwind. It’s a precious place to stay. The cutes kitchen. Screened in front porch. I loved playing ski ball, air hockey. So many fun games. Huge comfy couch. So so clean . Great communication with the lovely lady that was helping me. The hot tub , We just melted. Fenced yard. Just a lovely visit. We will go back.

A very quiet, quaint home conveniently located near Yonah Mountain vineyard, Helen and Cleveland. Located on a wooded and private lot with a Well lit entry, completely fenced backyard that the dogs loved. Hot tub was on, clean and warm when we arrived. Nicely equipped, and current kitchen and decor. Plenty of game tables in the game room but don't plan on using the sleeper sofa mentioned. Nice functioning big screen TV, and sectional sofa. Tile floors throughout.

Pawsibilities is a great cabin and it makes your vacation more fun to have your fur babies along. We loved the screened front porch with a swing and rockers and the fenced backyard and back patio with hot tub. GMR is wonderful to work with. The kitchen and bathrooms are small and the wifi didn't work at least 50% of the time and was slow when it did work. The router is located behind the living room TV and unplugging it helped some of the time but especially if it's cloudy/rainy you will have issues and may need a hotspot. The game room has fun stuff but is a converted garage and didn't cool as much as we would have liked in order to use the sleeper sofa. For a 5-night stay you'll want to bring some paper towels (cabin had 1 roll), dishwasher pods (cabin had 2) and laundry soap to wash towels. We love this area and you'll have a great time here.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We felt safe and cozy. The neighbors were friendly. We got a little nervous with the steep hill just before the cabin but we did get used to it. My only suggestion is to provide an extra sheet set for each bedroom. The couch was huge and could sleep two people. I like how all the lights were labeled so there was no guessing. It was so peaceful just what we needed. The cabin was nice and cold when we arrived. I'm not sure if it was the mountain air or the great air conditioning or the peace and quiet but it was the best sleep I have had in years. I love that we can bring our fur baby with us too. My mother who has a slight mobility issues had to problems getting in and out of the vabin. Our trip was very relaxing. Clarksville is a beautiful town. Hopefully we will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Pawsabilities as we were happy to find a pet friendly cabin. We found the cabin clean and comfortable. We used the gas grill two times during our stay and found it worked pretty well though didn’t heat evenly and wasn’t big enough for a family of six. The fan for stove worked very well once we figured it out. The outside bulb lights didn’t work. Beds we’re comfortable, and we all loved the hot tub and game room. Ample parking and level yard.

First the positive. The cleaning crew does a great job on the inside. The hot tub was enjoyable. The pool table was fun.
The outside of the property and the house needs lots of work. Very neglected. Poor repair does not come close to describing the fence. The many broken or missing slats would provide opportunity for a small dog to get out. The house has many aggravating inconveniences. There is barely 1.5 feet between the bed and the master bath side of the bedroom. Coupled with the poorly thought out bathroom barn door, it is awkward to get out of bed. There is no handle on the inside of the door. Therefore it cannot be closed completely. Poor lighting in the whole house. No bathroom vanity lights. Two of the game room devices did not work, one could not be plugged in and we could not find an extension cord. The 10 number entry code is very inconvenient. If the door closes, it locks. So we had the front door propped open most of the time we were there. It does open to the screened porch however the screen door cannot be secured from the outside. So a child or pet could easily push it open. There is a storm door. The opener at the top of the door is broken. Probably fixing or replacing the fence would be the most costly item to correct. However, most items would be easy. Cleaning and repairing the outside would just require some work. The place is sad and needs some love.

My husband and our two children stayed at Pawsibilities for a weekend getaway to celebrate his 30th birthday. The Georgia Mountain Rentals team was very communicative and hospitable. The cabin was private and had everything we needed plus some. There could be a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning but overall it was very nice. It’s perfectly located near Helen and Cleveland. The game room was a hit with my husband and kids. The hot tub is slightly older and it took us a bit to figure out how to get it to heat up but we got it going just fine. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future as we all loved the location and ease of working with GMR. Thanks for a great birthday getaway!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at the location. It was conveniently located near town and multiple hiking trails. The house itself was very clean and had a large backyard, which our dogs loved. On days that were too rainy to hike, we enjoyed the hot tub instead.

This was our second time starting at this property and everything was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the door code not working until an hour after check in. Everything else was perfect.

This cabin features a fully fenced-in backyard, perfect for our dog. It also has a lovely living room, two full baths, and a game room. There is also a hot tub, which is a bit on the "old" side, but still perfectly functional.
It is perfect for two adults with a dog. A 4-person family would fit, but it might be a squeeze in the kitchen and living room.
The cabin is just a few minutes drive from Helen, GA, another bonus. We will likely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for 4 days with our two dogs. We were delighted to see how pet friendly the place was with a large fenced yard. Our dogs loved it. For the people it was more than we could have wished for, with super comfortable bed, very clean inside and out, comfortable large couch, good internet and user friendly, albeit small, kitchen . The cabin was convenient to Helen which was about a 15 minute drive and close enough to multiple hiking trails. The management company was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful and peaceful area, centrally located and quick drives to so much. Minutes from Helen but far enough away to really feel like you are on a quiet vacation still close to all the attractions. A nice place for dogs to enjoy as well.

The cabin was well furnished and very clean. The only thing was we couldn’t figure out the hot tub but a very nice gentleman came right over and showed us how to work it! Being able to take our dog to the cabin was awesome! We highly recommend this cabin and will be going back as soon as possible’
