Fossgate Luxury Duplex City Centre Apartment has been redeveloped to a very high specification.It offers a modern and luxurious interior, beautifully furnished throughout and has everthing you need on your door step.

Fossgate is fast becoming known as ‘The Restaurant Street’, where there are many interesting eateries, ranging from Indian and Thai, to French, Italian, Polish and Nepalese.

This magnificent three bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the main door.

From the spacious first floor landing you will enter the apartment via a hallway that leads to the beautiful living area which has three extremely comfortable large sofas and the kitchen/dining room .

The kitchen is of a very high spec which has a washing machine and dishwasher with a dining area and equipped with everything you could possibly need to create a delicious meal (though with the enormous variety of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, you probably won’t want to use it much!)

Downstairs also offers a downstairs toilet.

Heading upstairs there are three bedrooms.Two of the bedrooms have high quality king sized beds with lovely interiors.The third bedroom is a day bed with an additional pull out single bed to accommodate 2 guests.
There is an attractive family bathroom, with bath and shower over.

This property also offers a outside patio area with furniture for you to sit back and relax after a day in York.

Children and babies are welcome.

Really central apartment in the heart of the city of York with the added bonus of a gated parking space. The flat was very spacious and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We will return in the future for certain. Thankyou for a stress free relaxing stay

Fossgate apartment was such a great find, we are delighted to have found this house and will be our new go to on our many visits to York. Such a beautiful city and it was so much nicer to stay here opposed to the usual hotel we stay in. We had everything on hand to cook our own meals etc. There was so much nearby, fossgate was full of quirky shops and cafes. Car parking was ideal and very secure. Nothing to complain about!

I stayed here with my two sisters for two nights. Very nice, clean, warm, property: comfortable beds and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Although we ate out, the kitchen was very well equipped is needed. Ideal location - easy to find and very easy to park in the designated space. And a short walk to all the delights of York. Owners were very accommodating when I asked to slightly change our booking by one night due to a funeral - this was a great help. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and low stress stay in York.

Very spacious sitting room, lovely decor throughout. Great location near lots of restaurants and city centre. Bonus having a car parking bay off the road. Would definitely recommend.

A brilliant apartment, clean and homely, really well equipped and lovely that there was a Christmas tree up in the lounge. The location is fantastic, quiet but really close to the centre of town. We will definitely stay there again.

This apartment is really well situated in York close to the town centre, bars and restaurants. It makes an excellent base to explore York from. The apartment is spacious and clean and well equipped. Booking was easy and it was good value for money.Would definitely book again next time we go to York.

Excellent apartment, our only quibble was the floors creaked badly upstairs & downstairs. Cleanliness was so very good which is important. So nice to be central, shops & attractions a stones-throw away Comfort is like home from home.

This apartment didn’t disappoint. Spacious, clean and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. Plenty fresh white towels also. Heating was easily adjusted and kitchen had everything you would need. Note - if you are not use to city noise early hours of the morning you will need some ear plugs for front rooms. It didn’t impact our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Parking was excellent- but be mindful only for one car. Turn right out of the apartment and within a few minutes you hit the street with plenty cafes, restaurants and bars. Couple of minutes after that you are straight to shambles. Lovely stay - thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay!Accommodation was perfect...a short walk to the main attractions of York, felt like a real home from home! Parking space was a real bonus tooTesco express just over the road to stock up on essentials and lots of restaurants and takeaways in close proximity.Would recommend 100%
