If rest and relaxation are what you are looking for, then this updated condo in the desirable Sanibel is the place to be! This condo has it all. From immaculate furnishings to spectacular ocean views, this vacation home will be the ultimate getaway for your family.

When you enter the property, you will be pleased with the welcoming open layout and comfortable décor. The living room offers an inviting space with a plush couch and chair, along with a large entertainment center. You won't have to miss any of your favorite shows while on vacation as the living room and all 3 bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix capabilities. Open the glass sliding door to the private balcony where you will be awed by the ocean and intercostal water views. It's the one place to capture both a sunrise and sunset! There is a table and 4 chairs if you would like to enjoy some beverages in the Florida sunshine.

Directly adjacent to living room is the open dining area with a wooden table and chairs to comfortably sleep six. The kitchen is just steps away, so serving those delicious meals is a breeze. The open kitchen has been nicely updated with granite countertops, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The breakfast bar and two stools are perfect for some quick lunches or snacks between your vacation activities and time spent down at the beach.

When you are ready to retire for the day, the bedrooms are ready for a soothing sleep. The primary bedroom is host to a king bed, flat-screen TV and large dresser for your personals. As an added bonus, the primary bathroom is spa-like with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. This bathroom will make getting ready for a day of adventures a breeze. It will also provide a perfect retreat at the end of an exciting day- just pack a good book and you are set!

The second and thirds bedrooms both offer a queen and twin, making this a great choice for larger families or three couples heading over to the beach for a getaway. The bedrooms have tasteful décor and will provide the well-deserved vacation slumber you deserve.

The second bathroom is perfect for your additional guests with a combination bath/shower. This home also features a washer and dryer located inside the condo so feel free to pack light!

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

This property is just as amazing as it looks. We've stayed here 3 times now and plan on coming back next year! The owners have thought of everything when it comes to amenities and even include things you wouldn't have thought of. Its the perfect getaway to recharge your "batteries" and just relax!!!

Beautiful unit, but would never stay in this unit again due to cockroaches came home from a long day At Disney to the power being cut 11:30 pm, off the HVAC unit being cut off for no reason at all ALL NIGHT. no pool or hot tub ( that’s was on vibrio but hard to find. And also the Water was cut off for 4 hours. I have sent a letter and pictures along with the video of the riches to the condo management. Bad experience to say the least

Everything was perfect with the location, the building and our unit, except there was no effort underway by this or any of the neighboring condo buildings toward Hurricane repairs to the beach four months after the storm. Yes, we were informed of the tidal damage to the beach, pool and hot tub deck beforehand. But we learned that apparently everyone is waiting on FEMA money to start scheduling repairs? We would have thought some insurance would have started repairs first. But apparently that's not how it works? A little disappointing for someone from the Midwest to learn my tax dollars are needed to first start repairs on the Florida Coast after a Hurricane.

We have been staying at Sanibel for the past 12 years during the summer and this was our first fall break trip. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cut our trip short. When I reached out to the host they denied any type of credit. I understand that the hurricane was nobody's fault, but I feel like there should be some middle ground when these circumstances arise. As far as the property goes the room was as described. One elevator did not work the days we were there and neither did the side door at the garage, which is how most people enter after being at the beach.

Great place! Plenty of room for 6 adults. Great access to the beach and we had both ocean views and a beautiful view of the sunsets over the Inter coastal waterway. Great overall experience.

We had a great time. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, even with seven of us. Beautiful ocean view on one side and the Halifax River on the other. We will definitely be back.

The condo was everything we expected it to be! There was tons of room for our family. The only complaint about the room, would be that all the beds were uncomfortable, and the king bed was very squeaky. Our 1 year old daughter slept in her pack and play in the room, and anything we rolled over it would wake her up because it was so loud. Unfortunately the parking SUCKED. Inside they say that every room is guaranteed 2 parking spots. That’s not the case. We went with family so we had 2 vehicles. There were some evenings we couldn’t even leave because we were afraid that we wouldn’t have a parking spot when we came back. The best thing for the Sanibel condos to do is buy the lot across the road from them and turn it into a parking lot. Like I said, we LOVED the condo itself, but due to the parking situation we will not be back unless something changes. 😞

We loved our stay at 601 Sanibel! The property is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all the towels and linens we needed, including beach towels! Check in was a little challenging as the codes the property manager gave us for the front door gave us were not quite accurate but a small inconvenience compared to the amazing property.

The condo was very nice and well kept although the pool table only had one pool stick usable LOL we still had a great time they could make the game room a little better. We sure did enjoy our visit we will be back!

Seems more like an unkept home that had random beds they got from garage sales all over port orange. Theres was ONE good bed - the other 4 made every night uncomfortable (not to mention one of the beds were completely broken. The grill was DISGUSTING and we couldn’t use it at all. —- We’ve already lodged an official complaint with an entire disappointing list, therefore, I digress.

This was as described, easy entry fully equipped with great easy guidelines. The host were very easy to communicate with. The views of both the Halifax and the Ocean were breathtaking. The condo was very clean and more than comfortable all in a secure safe building. Highly recommend!
