This was the first time my grandkids had been to the mountains in Colorado. We all had a great time skiing, tubing, shopping. The grandkids loved being together and the house having 3 floors gave us ample space for the kids to spread out. Lid we had any questions about shopping, snowmobiling, anything; the just responded promptly and helped us in every way possible. Great Host and nice house; we will be back. Thank you.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Dillon. We appreciated all that Angel did to make us welcome and comfortable. The younger grands especially enjoyed the climbing wall to the balcony. We hope we are able to return.

The house was great and actually more impressive and spacious than the pictures suggest. Some positive highlights include:
1) kids' play loft in entry main room
2) several extra rooms to spread out (nice with newborns)
3) perfect little beds in a closet for the younger kids to sleep while grandma and grandpa are in the main bed
4) individual room heat controls
5) large driveway for parking
6) views of the mountains
7) fast internet
HOWEVER there were some peculiar scenarios that surprised me:
1) The host kept wanting to meet in person and several nights I tried to rearrange my schedule to accommodate this request and the host was non-responsive for hours but would then say how she still wants to meet. (I never actually met her)
2) The first review we saw on this property said "plenty of space for 4 cars" BUT the day before we drove from out of state, the host tells me I can only have 3 cars max! Than goodness that's all we were taking.
3) We got locked out of the house one afternoon because the PIN for the door lock that the host told us wasn't correct. It was unfortunate that it happened to the grandmother who was stuck with several kids when it happened. The host did come out fairly quickly (25 min) but never texted or called me until after she was at the house.
4) not enough tissues
5) no soap in the showers
6) I reserved the house several months in advance and a few days before our stay, the host calls and asks about my family coming and I was eager and excited to share that a few extra family would come from a nearby Colorado town. She instantly explained how much more extra money that would cost and kept saying she wanted to "talk about it in person" so I was on edge the entire trip for how much extra she was going to charge.
-to further this point, I have stayed in dozens houses through all sorts of house rental companies. I always just book the house and the number of people doesn't "really" matter. The deposit is what (in my mind) protects the host from 100 people staying in a 1 bedroom house. (for example) In the hosts defense, it does mention the extra charge for guests in house description but I've never seen it applied before.

Nice quiet Keystone location but is 20 min drive to Breckenridge. Close to many walking and Jeep trails. Enjoyed the mountain decor of the house. Our 4 & 1y/o grandchildren enjoyed the children’s playhouse & sand box. Also had nice decks on the front & back of house and plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles.

We had multiple generations of our family doing various activities in the area, and loved the large gathering place that this house provides. The owners were very helpful & supportive. The house was supplied with all the necessities for cooking, and personal care. It provided a restful & fun place for our family to spend time together! Folks skied at 3 different locations: Keystone, Vail, & Breck; all within reasonable driving distance, with plenty of fun restaurants in the area. We hope to come back to this house in the future!
