About this house rental
This contemporary and upscale cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 people, and offers comfort, privacy, complete amenities, easy access, and all the beauty of the Okemo Valley. It’s an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends looking for the ultimate mountain experience throughout the year.
The interior of the cabin boasts open living space with dark hardwood floors, illuminated by a skylight and glass patio doors. An airy living room features a wood burning fireplace that adds a touch of coziness to the space, inviting guests to lounge in front of a roaring fire (firewood is provided if needed). Specious rooms make it easy for small groups to stay together, while still feeling like there is room to breathe. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen-size beds, and Bedroom 3 has a pop-up trundle bed with 2 twin-size mattresses. Each bedroom has a large closet and a dresser.
Recently upgraded bathrooms include toiletries and create a spa like experience at home. A fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and has everything guests need to prepare homemade meals. Just off a kitchen is a casual dining area with a picture window overlooking the backyard and Jewel Brook. This welcoming cabin also features a large patio with ample space for sunbathing and lounging, and a well-kept green lawn in the summer. Wireless internet access, a 43” flat-screen SMART TV (no cable TV) , and a collection of board games sure to satisfy entertainment needs during a vacation.
The cabin is located in Ludlow within a 15 minute walk to town shops, Shaw’s supermarket and restaurants, so if you need to head into town for groceries it’s less than a 5 minute drive. A free shuttle bus stops 3-4 min walk from the cabin, in front of the Mt. Laurel Ski Club Lodge. It operates on weekends and holidays, and takes passengers to the Okemo Clock Tower base area located 1.5 miles away. The road leading to the cabin is maintained and plowed on a regular basis so it’s easily accessible even when the snow falls.
Our guests would be pleased to discover that there is more to this area than Okemo’s slopes. For those who don’t ski downhill or ride mountain bicycles, you can fill your days with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hiking, kayaking and swimming in nearby lakes, picnicking, antiquing and relaxing on a porch. The Okemo Valley offers scenic beauty year round and an escape from extreme heat in the summer, and if it gets too hot, the cabin has 2 air conditioners and ceiling fans in most rooms. You can also take advantage of the cabin’s ideal location during southern Vermont’s fall foliage season with some picturesque views within a short drive. Get your camera ready!

Our family of 4 stayed in this cute house for 5 days to ski at Okemo. Kitchen is updated and has everything needed, and bathrooms are also updated. Style is much more modern than most other rentals at/around the mountain. It is only a short drive to the Clock Tower base station. Hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider to come back.

We had a great stay and would rent again. Very quick drive to Okemo base ((5 min). House is clean, comfortable, and has updated bathrooms and other amenities. Very cute and cozy. Lovely stay!

My family of five was looking for accommodations close to the Jackson gore base and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. We were an extremely short drive away from anything we needed and the owners were accessible for any questions during our trip. The home was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the living room was the perfect place for all of us to be together! It was the exact right size for our family and so much more comfortable than any hotel room. My boys said they’d visit again in a heartbeat and we all said it was one of the best places we’ve stayed at over the years. Don’t hesitate to book- thank you for sharing your home!

This house is perfectly situated - tucked away on a quiet street, but conveniently located right down the road from Okemo and downtown Ludlow. Clean, spacious and has everything you could possibly need/want and more. Everything was easy and comfortable - had a great stay and look forward to staying here again very soon!

We stayed here for 5 days with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 6 . Less than 5 minutes to Okemo. Home very clean. Trundle bed was perfect for the kiddos. We hit the jackpot with perfect snow when we arrived and a 17 inch dump on Saturday

The home is perfectly located to Okemo and town, just a few minutes drive to the mountain and about 2 minutes to town. The house is well appointed (we cooked dinner both nights we were there) and clean. Perfect for a family of 5 with three young boys. Communication with the owner was quick and seamless. We would stay again!

We rented the house for a short ski weekend with our kids. It was convenient to Okemo and downtown spots. The house was clean and very comfortable and all the directions were clearly spelled out. We'd stay there again for sure!

This was our family of four’s second week-long visit to this property and it was as enjoyable as the first visit. The property is immaculate, well-equipped and convenient to town and Okemo. The property was perfect for our family of 6. Super short drive to Okemo Clock Tower Base and Ludlow shopping. It's evident that property receives great care given the furnishings, amenities, and the cleanliness. Anna was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Nice spot Clean and well-outfitted. 5-minute drive to Clock Tower for skiing and easy access to downtown area. Owners were very responsive to all inquiries during our stay.
