Arrived at the home to find an unhealthy environment filled with mold, mildew and unkept conditions

This house was gorgeous and the views were priceless. The home was clean and comfortable. I reached out to the property manager regarding an issue with the A/C and he responded promptly. A/C technicians showed up within the hour and resolved the issue. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and we also enjoyed the grill. We'd love to come back to this house in the future.

Thank you for everything!

This is a large home with a beautiful infinity pool and a nice view. It was very clean and well stocked. The owners were responsive to our questions. Close to groceries, coffee, and restaurants. About an hour’s drive to Sanibel/Captiva’s lovely beaches. Would have loved to use the kayaks, but they were not easily accessible to getting them in and out of the water.

This home is beautiful with unbeatable views. Fishing off the dock was great, and we even got to see a manatee and sting rays swim by. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained. Communication with the property manager was great, very polite and responsive. Thanks for such a great vacation home!

We were beyond happy with our stay and highly recommend this to everyone! We’ll definitely be returning! The house came stocked with everything you’ll need and in all reality, you never have to leave! It truly is paradise! We miss it already!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home - it was perfect for our family. The area is very peaceful and quiet, so you can float in the pool peacefully all day long. We loved the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all as comfy as could be. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom, so no family squabbles necessary. My husband enjoyed kayaking around the lake several times. I was happy to just float in the pool. Highly recommend this lovely property!

I already miss waking up with that view! And to see dolphins in the pond right in front of the house was amazing! We loved the outdoor space and the house was perfect for our stay.

This was just the perfect place for my family to gather. The house was so clean, well stocked, and very comfortable, but the outside is where you’ll be! Beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a great grilling area. Can’t think of one negative!

The home was exactly what it showed and stated. Perfect for a family to be together yet big enough to have your own space. Wonderful experience and would rent again. We'll be back in Cape Coral next year.

My mom, dad, brother and I stayed for 5 days. The house is incredible and so perfect for days at the pool. With the outside television, grill and view we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! Highly recommend!!

This was our first villa stay in the US and it definitely won't be our last! Obviously Florida is very hot and humid at this time of year so we didn't really utilise the 'open aspect' of the villa - kept all of the external patio doors etc firmly closed :) but this was expected and didn't detract from our experience. The pool and aspect to the lake was beautiful, calming and extremely quiet, which I loved. We were in the car and travelling around most days - everything is within easy access, Sanibel (check what you want to do before leaving as they are still in recovery from the devastation caused/hurricane in 2022), airboat rides, mall visits, restaurants, beach, fishing. One thing I would say is that the villa bikes aren't safe to use (require a good MOT) we hired really good cycles from Cape Coral Cycling LLC $95 for week + delivery & pick up $30 - the bike lanes make this a must - be sure to visit Rotary Park! We were not bored at all in our 2 week stay - there was so much to do and see, balanced beautifully with the calm relaxing situation of the villa itself. The Villa had absolutely everything that we could want to make our stay comfortable and when we had a couple of initial questions (usual teething issues about how things work) Sid's responses were always informative and extremely quick! We were advised that there might be some dock work completed on 1 day of our holiday but if it happened, we didn't notice. Great stay & would recommend!

Our usual vacation spots are St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks & Clear Water area. But couldn’t resist this luxury villa for literally half the cost. Just 30 min from RSW airport and minutes away from excellent dining, coffee, breakfast, entertainment, marina, boat rentals, etc.
Fort Myers beach area is pretty much still in recovery mode from hurricane Ian. So we took the 50 min drive down to Naples beach and a 1.5 hour drive up to Siesta Beach, both of which were spectacular. Well worth the drive!
As for the property, pictures speak for themselves. Super clean, has all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool, one of the best we ever had (lots of floats and noodles). Lake was super clean, fishing poles (some were broken), bait buckets, net and tons of small catfish, snapper, caught right off the dock. 4 kayaks with life vests which we took out daily to watch the sunset. It was too hot to bike but 3 area available. Bottom line, you can’t go wrong in this Cape Coral villa… Loved it!

Overall property is of good standard and as advertised. Only negative comment is that when we arrived the roof looked as if it was being done, which did concern us if there would be workmen at the property during our stay. However there was not so it didn’t effect our stay but it would have been nice to have been told about the work before we arrived.

My family and I loved our week in the villa on the lake. The house was clean and stocked with basic amenities as well as extras such as kayaks and pool toys. Highly recommend, would definitely return!

Spent the majority of our time at the pool and in the kayaks on the water. We truly enjoyed our time away from our normal hustle.

Excellent house and great spot to relax. Pictures do not do this place justice. Much better than expected. Communication with property managwr was great. Texted them a couple of times about little things and they responded quickly and with accurate info. Highly recommend and would book again.

Wonderful home in Cape Coral. All the amenities one could ask for. Pool and hot tub on the lakefront were outstanding. Host was just a phone call away. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Had some contractors at the house while we were there, doing some work on the dock, but can be expected after such a big storm. Only wished some of the info had been communicated to us before they showed up, but it all worked out. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for relaxing and taking walks in the mornings. The pool and hot tub are great assets, with plenty of seating areas on the deck for sun or shade.

House was very nice and well stocked. We loved the ability to completely open up the walls from the living room/kitchen to the pool area. The only problem we had was the pool heat didn’t work and the spa heat only worked one night, which was very disappointing. The property manager did send out service techs, but still only worked for the one night. If the pool/spa heater would have worked, it would have been a great stay.

Beautiful home and outstanding lanai with view of water/pool. We had good communication with our property manager but wished there was more expectations set/outlined for the pool. The posting noted heated pool and hot tub; but the pool never heated up past certain degree so we weren’t able to use as much - which was disappointing as we had booked the trip with little kids around being able to enjoy the heated pool. Master bath wasn’t clean and wasn’t addressed.

We had such a great experience with Kevin so helpful and responsive. I was in a panic when I booked the house, because our original reservation was abruptly canceled 2 weeks before our planned vacation. Kevin worked with me for the deposit and final payment & when I needed an extra day at the house, he was able to provide that as well. He was a vacation saver. I cannot say thank you enough!

We really enjoyed our time. The property was beautiful. We will be back to this house again in the future.

The house was even better than advertised. The patio/dock area were spectacular; it was quiet, picturesque, with a pool/hot tub combo, and a TV and BBQ/bar area. My only recommendation is a reminder/info email the day of check-in (to be fair, the information was included in the original booking email, but in our case that was a couple months ago, and I had forgotten) just to prevent any confusion. If you're looking for a large, up-scale home in the Cape Coral area, book this home immediately, without a second thought.

We will defiantly be back to stay! The home had amazing views and the floorplan was perfect for our family of 8. The best part was being able to open up the patio doors to overlook the beautiful pool and water.

Enjoyed your property very much. Only complaint is a lot of kitchen items did not work such as mixer and blender. Coffee machine old and slow. Some of the kitchen furniture is in horrible shape. Bedding needs to be updated such as sheets and comforters. Thanks for the memories.

The house and location were beautiful! We were on a friends trip and wanted to enjoy some rest and relaxation. It was a colder week in Florida and unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work the whole time, but we made due and Kevin worked with us on it. There was some minor things we would suggest; a tv in all the bedrooms would be nice, the remotes in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work at all, the outside sound system didn’t work, the jetted tub drain was the wrong size, so it just drained the water and some instructions on how to work the pool and hot tub heat would have been very helpful. Also note, you only get a $5/day electric allowance. We didn’t run the air all week but heated the pool and hot tub and the electric fee was still over $50 for the 4 day stay (which Kevin waived since the hot tub wouldn’t heat due to the cold weather). Overall, the place was beautiful and relaxing.

Really nice house in a great location near stores, restaurants, etc but very quiet being between the lakes. The new grill/bar next to the pool icw the fully open design was just awesome. Availability of the dock/lift was nice but not very useful unless you bring a boat. Easily sleeps 4 couples and the upstairs suite rocks. Well equipped with kitchen stuff too.

We stayed at this property for a week around New Year’s Eve. It was beautiful and better than we could have imagined. It was spacious, great layout, and had the very best outdoor space.
I would have liked a manual on how things worked and nearby places to visit as we were constantly trying different switches for lights and fans.
We will be back!!

This slice of Heaven was pure perfection. It had abundant room for us to have quiet time. Although we were normally, on the patio or in the pool. We were able to see iquanas passing by on the pier. We also saw dolphins in the water. Views are amazing. This house is perfect if you are looking to unwind and totally relax. The location is also excellent for sightseeing. You have the many local restaurants around not far from Sanibel and Captiva. I would highly recommend and may think of making it an annual spot.

Great time in a wonderful home. We loved it!

The location and house were great! The pool heater wouldn’t shut off and we couldn’t get a hold of the property manager. We rented a boat and it was very enjoyable and fished off the dock. The pool area needs some maintenance as there were tiles loose in front of the dining table and several pool tiles were off as well. I have a couple of recommendations for the owners; 1) it would be nice if there was at least 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom in case needed when you arrive and before you have the chance to go to the store. 2) the mattresses and pillows all need replaced and the bedding is pretty worn. But all in all I give it a high rating. Just think if the owners did what I mentioned it would be phenomenal, rather than great. It was a great week!

House set up and view are great! Small details need attention. House could have been much cleaner upon arrival. Owner communication was good. Did address pool concern. ( however, for the price outdoor space should have been perfect upon arrival, this is the reason for choosing this home.) furniture indoor and out in main areas could be nicer. Painters arrived without any announcement. Overall trip was great and we would rate home 4/5. A few small things could make this vrbo a 5.

The house was beautiful, well layed out. Fishing and sunning off the big dock/deck was awesome. We’ve rented 10 plus homes in Florida... one of the best!!

Property was beautiful. Minor things broke but not a deterrent. Ice maker, drain in master bath tub, one outside chair, a dresser drawer. It can be seen that there are repairs going on when not occupied. The house is amazing and will stay again. The best 3 day cruise/non cruise ever!

The "homeowner" scheduled painters to be at the property for THREE days of our stay! The painters had all entrances taped shut when we arrived (we had to take down plastic just to get inside), they painted around us while we sunbathed and used the pool, and woke us up Saturday morning with banging ladders and a generator out the bedroom window, and they painted over us while we had breakfast on the patio. The pool controls are locked so there is no way to heat the spa past 84 degrees...that is NOT a spa; the towels do not match in any of the 4 bathrooms; there were only 2 pillowcases per room and the other pillows had no case; the pots and pans are old and gross; many tiles are missing from pool edge, 2 rolls of TP for 4 bathrooms; no tray in microwave so we used a paper plate; $5 per day allowance for electric is not even enough to run the lights! An absolutely beautiful house but very poorly equipped and sadly maintained. This is our 4th VRBO rental in 5 years and unfortunately the worst experience.
