This house was perfect for me and my guest. Comfortably fits large groups without feeling cramped. The hosts were great, attentive, and responsive. I would 100% return for my next getaway

Good house with great common area for hanging out together. Says sleeps 18 but only if all double beds and all pull out couches have 2 people. A few bunk beds would be better than so many double beds. Pool is half covered by a roof which makes it a little darker but nice to get out of the sun and still be in the pool. Not directly in the water but easily accessible path and only a short walk with shade for half of that walk.
Overall a good place for multiple families to vacation together.

Very clean, well equipped, excellent location, spacious, heated pool, hot tub that worked……. I could go on. Rented equipment was nearly new and delivered as promised. Lots of outdoor space to relax.

The property is really close to the beach and could walk there everyday which was great. The house itself is huge and spacious but is starting to show some wear and tear inside with rusted vents, chipped tiles and stairs needing be re-stained. The communication with the property manager was great, super quick and responsive, no issues during our stay. It is a little hard to find at night so would recommend arriving during when it is light out.

Great amenities and inside was very clean. Tyler was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The only negative (which wasn’t a big deal) was the pool/hot tub area was not very inviting. (Hot tub didn’t work properly and pool was dirty). I would still highly recommend this property!

The house was a wonderful location, super close to the walk to the beach! The path was literally on the other side of the fence behind the pool. It was a great piece of beach that was never overcrowded, we spent every day there and enjoyed the pool in our downtime.
The property manager was very fast on responses and if we had a problem they were fast to get someone out to fix it.
I did feel like the photos didn’t 100% reflect the current property. There were some minor things like rusted air grates and rust staining by the pool and spa that were not reflected in pictures which I’m assuming are a couple years old. All things that a little paint can fix. These obviously didn’t impact our stay which was great and at an even better location. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great home. Incredibly clean. Best equipped kitchen we have had in a beach rental. Very easy beach access, and the proximity to Wild Dunes was ideal. The only disappointment was the spa/hot tub did not work and the required mechanical repairs could not be completed during our stay.

This was one of our best weekends ever. The property was AMAZING and even nicer than pictured. The property owners and our concierge were absolutely fantastic and responded in a timely manner to our every need! The house was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed for a fantastic weekend.

This house was MUCH bigger than the pictures reveal! There was an abundance of room inside and out to spread out. The kitchen is also more spacious than we anticipated and the owners anticipated everything you might need. We would definitely rent here again!

We arrived after hours so we were instructed to pick up check in packet at the office. Concierge picked up our packet earlier in the day and did not tell me. Then we get to house and we have no hot water. Spoke to concierge who informed us this was a "known" problem amd he would have a plumber come out. This problem went on for 2 days with 2 different plumbers and the resolution was they property managers would have a plumber call me to go over the special ways you have to work the faucets to get hot water....ridiculous! Once our whole party arrived on friday we realized we did not have enough sheets or towels for all the people and beds. They knew the occupancy of 16 at initial rental. Housekeeping did not come until after 3pm on saturday to open a locked door in one of the bedrooms only to go though rubbermaid bins of mismatched linens that did not fit the beds. The final straw was on our last full day, our beach day, they had a chemical treatment done to the pool which closed it until 4pm! When I inquired I was told it is always done on Saturdays. It made no sense to me because we were leaving Sunday morning and per their check-in policy, the new renters can't be there until 4pm on sunday which would not have inconvenienced us....wouldn't that make more sense?! I understand we are in the low-country, a week after a hurricane but the number of spiders amd huge palmetto bugs we killed in the house was disgusting! Take serious consideration before choosing a property managed by Dune Properties.

The home is far more spacious than it appears in the pictures. This made it very comfortable for our large group of 13. We had some troubles come up during our stay but the reservation comes with a concierge who was extremely responsive and quick to help. The numerous bedrooms and beds also makes this comfortable to sleep lots of adults!

We stayed, along with 2 other families, in July of 2016. Whatever construction may have been going on in the neighborhood in prior reviews was completely finished. Our group totaled 16 and ranged in age from 13 to 77. There was never a point in the trip where we felt cramped in this home! It has a great open layout kitchen/great room area, and many other gathering areas throughout the home. The kitchen was well appointed, and we did cook most days. The elevator was a godsend for my friend's mom, who is 77 and had a little bit of difficulty with the stairs. We had no real issues operating the hot tub or the elevator. Of course, we had 10 tech savvy teenagers to help with that! : ) The photos of the home really do not do it justice. It is a beautiful home tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk to the beach. It is not ocean front per se, but there is a deck on the top level where you can sit out and have coffee in the morning or wine in the evening and have a nice view of the ocean. Ellen was super helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. It was a great vacation!

15 girls celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful home this past weekend. The home is perfect, it is very spacious and stocked with everything you need for a large crowd. It is a very short walk to the beach, just out the back yard and down a board walk. We loved that they had a sound system throughout and could plug our iphone right in. We loved the roof deck as well as the other outdoor areas. The house manager as well as Wyndham vacation properties were all very helpful. We hope to visit again soon.

My son was married at Wild Dunes. We wanted enough room for our family to have their own space. This was perfect. We could easily walk out the back door to the beach and also enjoy the pool and hot tub. Everything worked great. The hot tub works great - just follow the directions. It doesn't take long to heat up at all. We also had young children with us and they were so happy swimming in the pool and the beach they basically entertained themselves. Lots of refrigerator space was great for those of us who were cooking. The walk out porches were great too if anyone wanted to go out there to relax or to take a plate of food to eat. I cannot say enough good things for this place. It was perfect for our stay. Some went site seeing in Charleston and could come back for a relaxing time at Sandy Shanty.......cute name ....a shanty? Not by any means!!!

I recently had the chance to stay in this beautiful home with my large family for the Bridge Run weekend. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. It is impressively spacious with many options for family gatherings. We had no difficulty with operating the hot tub; it worked perfectly and we used it a lot after all of us ran and walked the 10 K on Saturday. I would highly recommend staying in this great home.

We had an amazing time staying at this house during our vacation in Isle of Palms. There were three families staying together and although the weather didn't cooperate with our plans to hang out at the beach, we did not get bored. The kids (and adults) still had a great time in the pool and hot tub despite the rain and cool weather. The teenagers loved having their own living room complete with tv and giant sectional. The kitchen was not lacking in anything! We are already discussing going back.

You should not advertise that you have a hot tub if it doesn't work and no matter how many times you call the management company during your four day stay, the problem is never resolved. We specifically chose this house for the hot tub. Never got to use it once. Also, there is a house being built right next door and the noise from the machinery was constant!! So, we couldn't sit on any of the many decks unless it was after 6pm. That would have been nice to know before booking the property. All in all, a very disappointing stay, although Isle of Palms is lovely and Charleston was amazing.

The house is stunning with great amenities. However, after two days of talking with the property management group, we still don't have a "hot" tub (it's a wonderful ice bath). Since we specifically picked this house because of the hot tub, I hate to say that we are incredibly disappointed that they can't seem to get the hot tub working. Also, be warned... the house next store is being built, so there's construction noise from 8am - 6pm every day. ugh...

Our stay here was excellent! The home is better than the photos look. Very large rooms, decks galore, well appointed kitchen, beds all comfortable, we will most certainly stay here again!
