With over 2000 square feet to come home to, this stunning condominium is located in the premier community of Vista Cay Resort and is perfect for families, business travelers, retirees, singles or couples. With room for all, spacious living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen which boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a feast! The large living area is stylishly decorated and is nothing less than inviting with a large sectional sofa and a 50 in plasma big screen TV. There is more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and enjoy a show!

The luxurious master suite has a sumptuous king-size bed and private bath boasting a separate shower, garden tub, and double vanity with an extra-large walk-in closet. The spacious second bedroom has a king bed, the roomy third bedroom has a queen bed, additional 2 full size beds with privacy. Conveniently located in the building closest to the Orange County Convention Center, it is a short walk for the business traveler. The condo includes free wireless internet access, cable television, a full-size washer and dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove with glass top range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, central heat/air, towels, linen, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, dishes, cookware and utensils for your use. You will have access to all the community amenities available. The complex has two large hot tubs and three pools, including the kiddie pool. and play area. Also available at the Club House is an arcade room, basketball court, putting green, Bar-B-Que area, billiard tables, and a state of the art health club to provide the most enjoyable experience for every guest.

We were there for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. The listing was 100% as described. We were late getting to Orlando and getting into the unit was a breeze. It was a perfect location for us and we were able to walk to the convention center in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely try to stay here again next time as it couldn’t have been any better for why we were in Orlando.

We were all very pleased with this property. It was so spacious and roomy. I absolutely loved that it had a small desk to set up my laptop on. It was very clean and had all the necessities. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Great place to stay for business at the Orange County Convention Center. Comfortable, convenient, and check in was easy. There was a small issue was some small sugar ants around the sofa area, perhaps due to food spill from prior guests. But overall stay was wonderful. We'll be back!

Very nice visit. Condo was recently redecorated. Nice laminate floor throughout. Great pool about a quarter mile away. Down side...master shower had almost no pressure...barely usable. Living room sectional...way past its prime. Kitchen supplies in need of help...fluted champagne glasses but no wine glasses. Three small mismatched drinking glasses only. Monster knife and one smaller...that also needs attention. Doesn't seem like the fixes would take much...and yet, the fixes would make a huge difference. Oh, and the clean up crew really should clean the glass table on the patio...it was quite dirty but I cleaned it myself.

The condo was perfect, lots of room for everyone and close to Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. Backs to a lake and has a beautiful view from balcony. Property manager was excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this property with three of my coworkers while attending a conference at the Orange Country Convention Center. This property was perfect for the four of us! We each had our own very comfortable bedroom, and the cost was equivalent to two hotel rooms, but we had much more space. This unit is a reasonable walk to the convention center, although the convention center is huge with four major sections. The unit is closest to the South Concourse, and we were going to the West Concourse. We would either walk through the South Concourse and then use the walkways to the West Concourse, or we would take a ride-share when it was too hot or we were too tired. There is a very nice pool in the resort that we had access to, and one of my colleagues enjoyed a relaxing afternoon there after deciding that her brain was too full to handle any more information for the day. She declared that the pool was the perfect temperature, and she was able to rejoin the conference bright and early the next day feeling refreshed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a four day stay, and there was a Publix grocery store nearby. We walked to the Publix a few times using a really nice path that runs along the backside of the resort. We all agreed that staying at this property in the Vista Cay resort made a long work event feel like a mini-vacation.

Great place to stay for the convention center as well as family activities in the area. Only a couple of blocks off of International Dr. where there are lots of restaurants and fun activities for the kids. Close to Universal and Disney. Large open floor plan gave plenty of room for our group of 4.

We Stayed with kids and coworkers to experience a large convention at the Orlando Convention Center, while there we enjoyed the parks as well, building was great gated community with great amenities. Home needs some small cleaning issues but I believe that to be the cleaning service not the home owner. Also, 1 roll of toilet paper for an 8 day 6 adult stay was a disappointment but luckily Target does deliver within two hours any extra necessities.

This condo had everything for the eight of us ranging in age from 2 to 61. All the furniture was very nice and the beds quite comfortable. Cable television and WiFi worked well, which was great since we arrived just before the virus shutdowns of Orlando attractions were announced and cut our vacation short. Owners were quite reasonable about our need to leave early and go home. The pool and playground ended up providing our entertainment as we chose not to attend the attractions before they closed. The staff were constantly cleaning all of the public areas and providing disinfectant materials for everyone using the areas. This condo and facility made a tough situation quite livable for all of us. All communications from us received an immediate response.

Vista Cay Resort was a perfect central location for a theme park vacation in Orlando. The property was clean and well-kept, and roomy enough for our group of 6. I’d recommend the property and stay there again.
