We took a family vacation to The Singer Island resort/ Marriott. We had the most fabulous time!! This hotel had something for everyone. My grandkids, my big kids and myself!! Making it a new Adair family tradition. Xoxo 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

From the moment we walked into the door of the property we knew we were in for a treat. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. After a swift check in process at the front desk we were off to our 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful! The unit was clean & spacious with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area. Each bedroom had a very comfortable King size bed & their own full baths. We opted to pay the resort fee ($35/day) to have chairs on the beach, but the unit had its own set of chairs you can use if you didnt want to bother with the added fee, which i thought was great. The resort itself is perfection for families. They have 2 pools, a family pool & adult pool, which is steps from gorgeous riviera beach. We had an exceptional expierience staying here. We were so comfortable & we felt right at home. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next stay!

Shower curtain was dirty and stained. Pocket doors were noisy and hard to use. Dishes were unorganized in cabinets and drawers. Stay was good overall. Thought you should know.

My family and I recently stayed at this property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The condo was very clean and the layout worked out perfectly for us and our 2 kids. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope we can come back in the future!

Our group of 4 women recently had a delightful stay at this 2-bedroom condo for a relaxing "girls weekend". Overall, our experience was highly satisfactory, with the property meeting every expectation. The condo lived up to its description in every way. It was clean, well-maintained, and the furnishings were comfortable. All amenities were provided as promised. We did encounter a small issue with the air conditioning. However, the owner responded promptly when we contacted her about it, and within an hour, a technician arrived to fix the problem. We were impressed by the owner's swift action and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. Our only complaint relates to the resort itself. Unfortunately, there were ongoing renovations taking place during our visit, which caused occasional inconveniences and disruptions. While we understand the necessity of these improvements, the noise and occasional disturbances were somewhat bothersome. We hope that once the renovations are completed, the resort will emerge even better than before. Thank you to the host for offering a lovely vacation rental. We will definitely be back!

Property is part of a large Marriott-managed resort complex. Great atmosphere, food and activities. 2 bedroom corner unit was spacious and comfortable. There are a wide variety of good casual restaurants within easy driving distance. I'd stay there again.

We really enjoyed our one month stay at this resort property. It’s a corner unit with plenty of light and it was fully equipped for our stay. The resort itself was fabulous! Marina is a great host and was very responsive to a couple of small repair requests. Our only suggestion is the unit needs more attention to detail on overall cleaning. We would still highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the room- the two bedrooms are separated by the living area- each with own bathroom. The wraparound porch was lovely and fairly private with the trees surrounding it. There is a view of the kids pool. Really enjoyed our stay- wish it was longer!

Kitchen was nice.... phone in room didn't work, so couldn't call valet to have car ready. Only parking IS valet, no other choice. Toilet ran all week. No beach view, at all. had a view of children's swimming area and the valet parking garage alley. A little misleading with the "on the beach" statement. For the cost? no thanks, I'll pass. going to Ft. Lauderdale next time.

Marina is a superb host! Her unit is well furnished with the little touches of home in this larger hotel setting. The unit was clean on arrival. Unfortunately, the second day there was an issue with the building's plumbing system and we ended up having to move out of her unit to one of the hotel-owned rooms due to significant rain and flooding. Marina was quick to respond to my call and arranged for us to move within 10 minutes. We definitely missed the homey touches of her personal unit during our stay in the hotel and would recommend her unit to anyone looking to stay in the area. Marina took care of our VRBO expenses and even gave us our first night for free. She was kind, considerate, and understanding of the situation and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay even once we were no longer staying in her unit. Customer Service 5 stars!!! I look forward to renting from Marina again the next time we are in the area.

The unit was very nice, location is very convenient, unfortunately no real views from the balcony. Check in process would be stream lined if the owner used the Marriott housekeeping. The owner uses a private service so they couldn’t advise us when our unit would be ready for check in. They wouldn’t let us check in until the owner confirmed the unit was ready. At 5:00 pm they had someone check the unit and the private service was still there cleaning. It was 5:30 before we got into the unit. Just makes a travel day even longer, especially if you’re stocking the unit with groceries.

This was a beautiful condo and resort. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back when the weather is better. We had 17-22mph winds and our fishing charters and the pools were cancelled, so struggled to enjoy the beaches Florida is known for. It was not very clear that WiFi was a $10/day charge, lay out rental chairs at the beach were $30/day and valet was $31/night. If you’re not prepared for these additional costs it can add up on top of the room fee. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would return. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was fantastic with a nice view of the pool and beautiful large balcony. The kitchen and unit were stocked with everything we needed making it very convenient. The owner was so kind and responsive and made the rental process simple. Instacart delivers here and there are lots of nearby takeout options. Pools and beach were great. We will definitely stay again.
