This studio/one bedroom loft apartment is bright and comfortable with convenient midtown location. Very easy access to grocery stores, shopping mall, banks, restaurants, tourist attractions, trails, airport, ferry, hospital, schools, and bus route. Enjoy views of the Tongass Narrows. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee pot, electric oven/stovetop, and full refrigerator. Love-seat and dining table provided for 4 along with Smart TV/DVD/Internet. Main sleeping loft features a king-size bed and dresser. There is one full bathroom with shower; separate linen closet for sheets, towels and full bedding set. This studio/one-bedroom apartment has all the amenities of home with cozy and warm decor, an ideal location, and a water view making this midtown property hard to beat! Onsite parking is provided. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a walk-up Triplex with 40 steps from the driveway to the apartment.
Stays exceeding 14 days require a signed lease agreement and security deposit.

Great stay in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. I stayed here during a contract with the hospital. Easy walk if you don’t have car. My only complaint is the noise from other rentals above can make it quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper or working night shift like I do it can be difficult.

Great location, great view, great set up! Owner was very easy to work with! Would rate ten stars if that was an option. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owner was very responsive to any communication or questions. I would stay here again and again. It is a convenient walk to the necessities as well as the bus route, which is very user friendly. I used the bus route to get all over town for a month. If you're willing to walk 25 or so minutes, you can get to the recreation center with an indoor pool, track, weight room, fitness classes, etc. A 5 minute walk up hill will get you to the "Ranbird trail" for some easy trail walking with but beautiful views.

I found the apartment to be excellent for my stay in Ketchikan. It was warm and inviting and the owner was very helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

This place was great. Wonderful location, easy to walk to town and a grocery store across the way. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The owner was one of two who replied to many requests I made in Ketchikan and she was very kind and easy to work with. The view is incredible, I just wish the windows were bigger. I will book this place again.

The location was great and the price excellent. Was in the process of making the move and this is the only place that We can find to live. The owners are really nice.
