Cottage was in a great location minutes from the beach and great restaurants. The cottage was clean, and cozy!

Cottage was very cute and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, the cottage was clean and stocked with essentials. It is tiny, but enough space for two adults. We had a great stay!
Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Zero issues while we were there.

Tiny is a very accurate description of the cottage. My only qualm is that the summary states there's an outdoor shower, but it's not one in the traditional sense of a Cape outdoor shower. It's not enclosed and is more of an after beach rinse off faucet.

The house is definitely tiny and the description is accurate and while snug, there was plenty of room for two of us. We weren't comfortable using the "open air" shower because it was on road frontage next to another house and had no enclosure. Everything that we were told would be there was provided and the host couldn't have been nicer. Very nice house for a week's stay.

Aruna was kind enough to let us check in early. The cottage had all the comforts of home in a tiny cute little package.

Tiny house was clean yard and surrounding area was overgrown. Door was not closing. Lots of mold on outside areas.

Great little space. Easy walk to the water and near many lovely Cape Cod towns.

This was my second stay with Aruna and it’s just the perfect place! Listing is accurate, it is a clean and cozy cottage. Perfect space for 2! Comfy bed, hot water with great water pressure, ice cold AC, Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, isolated enough to have your privacy, but still a great location with plenty of entertainment in either direction! 10/10, you won’t regret staying here!

Cozy cottage. Private and comfortable
12 minute walk to beach
Went to restaurants nearby suggested by host and could walk there too!
Nice to travel around island
Host was very easy to reach

Just as described. Very small house but we are fine with that. Outdoor space could be improved upon, more private, landscaping etc. But was ok. Minimal walk to beach with bikes, chairs and wagon in good shape. Aruna was great!

We enjoyed our time at sand pebble cottage. Me and my boyfriend loved the outdoor shower as well as the bikes. We were able to bike to sea street beach which was nice. I would say the area is pretty central and other towns in cape cod were within a 20 min drive. We usually like to walk into a town for shops however Dennis port did not have a town like that, at least we didn’t know of one. We did drive to Hyannis which had a town as well as Chatham. The house was clean and very cute, definitely gave the coastal vibe. It was also set back down the road which gave nice privacy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Place was super cute and very clean, close to the beach and food places. Host was super helpful throughout the whole trip and very easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go visit cape cod!

My husband and I, along with our two small pups, absolutely loved everything about our stay in this adorable tiny cottage! Aruna was incredibly helpful from the moment of booking months ago (sending us all sorts of great recommendations of things to do and places to eat on the Cape...all of those we tried did NOT disappoint 😊) all the way up to and throughout our entire stay. Pet friendly accommodations aren't always easy to come by, so we are always grateful when we find one, especially one as lovely as this cottage. We have stayed in a tiny house before, so we expected it to be cozy, but it was actually pretty spacious relatively speaking and laid out very well. The bed and couch were comfy. The shower had good water pressure. The A/C units were both beyond adequate in keeping the space cool during our stay, as it was unseasonably warm for early June. The provided Amazon Echo was a nice perk too, as we are music lovers. It was very quiet and safe in the neighborhood. Short walks to several restaurants that are a must try. All in all a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again, if/when we are back in the area.

The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too.
As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds.

My husband and I needed a place to take our pup to enjoy the Cape. The tiny house was just what we needed, as it was perfectly located near so many places we wanted to go too, and also had everything we needed in such a small and affordable place. The place is super small and the mattress is not the most comfortable, but if you are like us and just need a place to rest your head a couple days so you can go out and check out the Cape all day this is the place for you! So worth it and will be back!!

What an amazing little place!! Sand Pebble Cottage was perfect for myself, my boyfriend and our pup! The fact that it was dog friendly was also huge for us. Aruna did a great job with this little place. It was beautifully decorated and super cozy! We will definitely stay there again!! It's so close to everything you could possibly need. There is something so peaceful about the Cape during off season. If you haven't experienced it I definitely recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at the cottage for a small getaway President’s Day weekend. We loved it! Our dog was with us for the trip. The cottage was very pet friendly with treats waiting on the counter. We forgot our dog’s travel bowls and were so pleased to find extra dog bowls for her to use. Aruna was so attentive to any questions we had throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome. What a wonderful weekend. We will be back!!

House is small but in a good way. I felt like I was in a fashionable dollhouse. Great decor. Bed is comfortable. Everything was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Host clearly went out of her way to make sure guests would have anything they needed to feel at home.

Great tiny cottage, very clean, as advertised. If I were a very large individual, it may have been too small for my comfort level. The hostess very kindly offered early checkin (2 hours!) which was very much appreciated. We had the best dinner at The Oyster Company (noisy atmosphere but worth it)!

Our four days spent in this “tiny house” in Dennis Port was cozy, comfortable and met all our needs. We traveled with my German Shepherd Guide Dog and there was room enough for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen, though small, allowed us to enjoy the several meals we cooked there. The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other towns we vowed to explore, like Chatham and Yarmouth Port. Aruna had provided a detailed list of nearby restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, etc. that may interest us. We recommend the Rooftop at Pelham House Resort for a scenic and delicious lunch or dinner. Since we were to provide our own bedding, we especially appreciated the washer/dryer which allowed us to return home with clean clothes and sheets. Though it rained two days, it was sunny and pleasant for the last two days. We truly enjoyed not only exploring various local shops and attractions, we were also able to just relax and delight in all the beauty Cape Cod has to offer.

Wonderful cottage! Owners are very attentive to your needs & will go out of their way to help with any issues you may encounter! Very peaceful even when Hurricane Lee decided to visit us. No problems & felt cozy & safe while rain & wind was swirling around!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Sand Pebble Cottage. It was exactly as described- a tiny house, but with everything needed for our stay.
Aruna was a great host- everything from easy booking, check in/check out, clear emails and texts throughout our stay- no stone was left unturned!
The house itself was super clean, cozy, and decorated in my favorite - comfy coastal 😎
We made breakfast at the cottage every day, then spent the day at the beach. We went out to dinner (highly recommend Clancy’s and The Wooden Shoe!), and then came back to the cottage for a night cap or 2 on the deck!
We were blessed with the best weather, and no crowds, post-Labor Day- the perfect time to be on the Cape.
A true vacation- we would not hesitate to check out another of Aruna’s properties!

Even though this cute cottage was tiny, it had everything we needed the for a lovely stay . we were in walking distance tothebeach, which is great because on Cape Cod there isnoofgstrret parking and the lots for beach access are $30 a day , money way better spent on lobster.

Quite small as advertised and no real useful outside areas

Super cute. Super clean. House was equipped with the essentials and a nice book collection, bikes and games. Plenty of beaches and restaurants and little towns close by. Located on a dead end off main road. I prefer a neighbor to walk in but can easily get out to a side walk to other streets for a walk to the beach. I was slightly disappointed the outside shower was not enclosed for showering. Overall a great little house for a week on the cape!!

Loved this cottage so much! Host was wonderful and so helpful. I have been to the cape many times, but never stayed in Dennis.. great central location if you’re exploring many parts of the cape like I was. The cottage was so comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay again!

My Wife and I stayed in this adorable cottage to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage!! The bed was extremely comfortable, the house was clean, it smelled nice and had an overall wonderful aesthetic to it. We originally planned to spend most of our time at the beach but due to bad weather we ended up having to change those plans. We spent a lot of time in the cottage due to this and it was cozy! I highly recommended this adorable cottage to anyone who wants to have a quiet and relaxing vacation!

This tiny home is absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I stayed here a couple of days and didn’t want to leave. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had!! 10 out of 10. The host is so accommodating and the sweetest! You won’t be disappointed!!!

My wife and I were looking for atiny house and we got one! We traveled with our dog too. We did not know what to expect at all, but in the end we were extremely happy staying here. Out of the way quiet private drive that dead ends. Great location. Our host was amazing. Very attentive and communicated well. We did so much! Great area, close to the beach. You could walk within minutes to three restaurants. Downtown is a 3/4 mile walk and the beach is about 5 minutes walk away. Great weekend away.

I had an excellent experience, from start to finish, renting this beautiful tiny cottage! Aruna is very friendly and attentive. The decor is eclectic coastal and perfectly chosen for this Cape Cod tiny cottage. I traveled with my dog, and we found a pristine dog park located at a scenic pond just minutes away by car. We were within walking distance of the ocean, and Harwich Port and Chatham were just a short car ride away. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Adorable cottage with super cute decor. Very cozy and heated up very quickly! Loved the candles and the little pieces of chocolate on the night stands and the hand cream too! I slept so good but my husband did not. My poor husband's feet hung off the bed and he barely had any room on his side. To be fair I knew it was only a full size bed going in so it's my fault! I would definitely stay at another one thier dog friendly properties again but with a bigger bed! Also I wanted to use the dryer but couldn't figure it out. Overall great property and great location!
