About this apartment rental
* SATURDAY to SATURDAY rental* We know that renting during these times is unsettling and we invite you to e-mail us with any questions. We are separating all rentals by one day to allow us to have the unit properly cleaned by our cleaner. We are asking all guests to bring their own pillows, bedding and towels. We have replaced our comforters with new blankets and will wash them between each guest. A small stock of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies will be there to get you started.
This a great family condominium unit! Just drop your luggage and walk down to beach (2 minutes). Bdrm #1, on the first floor has a queen bed. The UPSTAIRS has 2 Bdrms, railroad style(must walk through one to get to the other). Bdrm#2 has two twin beds; Bdrm#3 has a double bed and a twin bed(these were former bunk beds). There is also a kitchen and dining/living room area, and a washer/dryer. The unit is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen tv, cable and wifi service. This unit is part of the Kennebar condominium complex. There are two deeded parking spaces and several visitor spots. In the rear of the unit is a small patio and grill.
The unit is walking distance to Glendon Beach and Haegis Beach. It is also walking distance to the Sailing Cow Cafe for breakfast, the Dog House for lunch and the Swan River Restaurant or Chapin's for dinner. Nearby is the famous Sundae School for ice cream and muffins at Wolfies. Dennisport, in general, is a great family vacation with several beaches and activities for the children including Go Karts, bumper boats, arcades, you name it. You also have access to both Northside and Southside beaches and the Bike trail which run through the mid Cape.
Although it is a very welcoming unit, the condominium association does not allow pets. The unit does not have heat. It is connected to the other condominium units and has a small, newly installed backyard patio (27ft x 8ft) for grilling.

This condo is cute, well decorated, and has plenty of room. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the beach. However, it could have been cleaner. At first glance, everything was clean, but details were not taken care of. For example, under and around the Keurig, there was spilled coffee. The listing shows patio furniture, but there wasn't any out back. The window air conditioners were in the closets and we had to put them in ourselves and the screen for the slider out back is completely ripped. In short, I think that the owner should be a little more 'hands on' with this property to help it to be all it can be.

The condo is located 4 min walk to one smaller local beach( no charge for parking) and about 7 min walk to another larger beach. There are icecream shop and restaurant right cross the street from the two beaches. It was amazing to have a quick stroll any time you want throughout the day! The house is also within short drive 10-15 min to grocery, pharmacy and more food. We loved the location!
Condo walls are well insulated, we were worried about noIses among neighbours since it has shared walls on both sides, but we cant hear any sound from both side of occupied units, except maybe door shut in the morning which doesn’t matter at all. You have good privacy.
The house is well Furnished with everything you need.the window units Were actually life savers! Cus it does get hot inside, so we have window units on both floors.
Backyard is not big but we go there to enjoy the beach( since only a 4 m stroll away) so we don’t need a big back yard.
The property manager is very friendly and responsive. During her checkin, I casually mentioned some supply shortage( which is no big deal cus we gonna go grocery shopping for them anyways) right away, she sent staff bringing abundant supply to the door!
It can accommodate up to 7 people in the house! We had friends -a family of 3 stopped by for 3 days during our stay,, only if we were to have a second bathroom, it will be more convenient, but given the price point, you get great value out of it! Highly recommend!

Amazing location, just a skip and a heart beat away from a cute little beach.
House isn’t fancy, but has everything you need all while being clean and quiet.
Cute beach decor makes you feel right at home in Cape Cod.

We had a wonderful time at Dennis’ and Laura’s place this summer. The unit was spacious enough for our family and is only steps away from the beach. We love the area and look forward to visiting again next year!

We had a great stay and loved the location of this rental. The only downside was a small backyard, but there is a huge shared lawn in the front we could play in, and no outdoor shower. The property was clean and had what we needed. We would recommend for a simple place to stay with a great location.

Owner is very responsive and very accessible. The condo has a big front yards where kids can play. The beach is a short walk. Haggis beach can have a lot of seaweed so we preferred the Swan River beach. Very easy access to kid oriented activities and amusement.

We just got back from our stay and truly enjoyed the condo. The location was everything! Walking distance to food and the beach and a short drive to many wonderful places as well!
The condo was overall clean upon check-in with a few minor things here and there.
Loved working with the owner, super responsive and helpful.

While I was aware I would have to bring my own beddings, towels, and pillows, my friends and I still went through with the reservation because of the cheaper pricing.
That being said, I was unprepared for the lack of toiletries, namely shampoo, conditioner, or body wash and most importantly toilet paper. The listing describes supplying toilet paper but to our surprised not even a full roll of toilet paper was stocked.
We were in contact with Dennis and Laura’s assistant Michelle for our stay and while at the beginning, she was nice to speak with, when we mentioned the toilet paper situation, she, very patronizingly, told us what we should have expected from the rental, which was apparently not the description as advertised. Hearing from her that a readily available supply of toilet paper should not be expected was shocking to say the least. I’ve been at many rentals around the world over several years and never have I been told to purchase my own toilet paper.
Also please beware that for people over the height of 6 feet, the ceilings will feel a little low. My friends definitely hit their heads on the ceiling area near the staircases a few times.

We had a wonderful time at this adorable cape summer home. It was clean and organized with everything we needed during our stay. But the best part was the host - Dennis was an AMAZING host, going above and beyond anytime we needed anything. We love you Dennis!

69 Beaten Road is a great location for a family vacation. 2 beaches within walking distance, many restaurants, Sailing Cow was our favorite, also within walking distance, the Sundae School. The beach close by was a great place to watch fireworks on July 4, Martha’s Vinyard, Falmouth and Hyannis displays could all be seen. There is a new patio set outback, great spot for morning coffee and I also kept my paddle board there as well.
Dennis and Laura were responsive hosts, we had to reach out a couple times and they got right back to us.
The condo complex was very quiet as well as the family neighborhood it is in.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location in Dennisport is very convenient to attractions in neighboring towns of Yarmouth, Harwich, and Chatham. The condominium is a very short walk to two beaches and a short bike ride to several others.
