On the seafront, in a small 1st line joint ownership facing the sea and the superb fine sandy beach Grand Large, we offer our F2 for rent.
It is only rented in the summer to preserve its very good condition.
It is located on the 2nd and last floor in 3 crossing faces.
No elevator

Free parking for a medium sedan car in the garden in good agreement with the other tenants because not marked on the ground. Rare on the seafront.
F2 of 40 m2 for 2 adults maximum and 2 children. (ideally 2 people).
- 1 quiet room (double bed 140/190) wardrobe with ironing board and iron.
- 1 shower room with window, large basin - storage - shower and washing machine - ceramic heating - hair dryer.
- 1 separate toilet with window.
- 1 modern fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer - microwave / combi oven - toaster - 2-burner hob - filter coffee maker - Nespresso pod coffee maker - electric kettle - tableware - rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, household products, storage.
- Living room with 2 large bay windows with sea view.
Rapido 2 seater sofa bed with real mattress (only for children).
- LG HD 43 TV TNT HD Multimedia flat screen - New Multimedia DVD player.
- Extendable table with 4 chairs.
- 1 terrace with aluminum table for 4 and 4 chairs, living room with 2 armchairs and tablet for 2.
Direct view of the beach and the garden, ideal for monitoring children from a distance (binoculars provided! ).
180 ° view to Cap Béar and Cap Créus!
All the furniture is 3 years old.
Sheets not provided (provide bed linen for the 2 140/190 beds and the 4 60/60 pillows).
Direct access to the beach, just the street to cross to access the famous Grand Large fine sandy beach and shallow water.
Located near the mini golf, Canet Sud, you will be calm and will not have the disadvantages of the animations of the center.
Close to shops, restaurants like the Bar du Soleil, cafes, games, beach club, etc ... but not under the windows!

No smoking, careful and without animals. (special allergic! )

Rental conditions:
- On reservation: 100 € deposit not refundable in the event of cancellation but deducted from the price of the stay.
- Deposit: 30% of the weekly amount (refunded in the event of cancellation no later than 15 days before the stay).
- Deposit: 500 € collected by Abritel
Cleaning fee 50 € retained if apartment not made clean.
