Six bedrooms, two open kitchens, two wood-burning and one gas fireplace, cathedral-ceiling living room, wrap-around decks, boathouse bar, 4 50+" HD TVs, enormous campfire pit, hot tub, private boathouse condo, and much more.
Just five minutes from Port Sandfield by land or lake. 10 minutes from Port Carling. Easy access to Lake Joseph via Joe River or Port Sandfield. 5 minutes from the spa at JW Marriott. Fantastic combination of location and luxury.
As of 2023, we now have Bell Fibe (fibre internet). It's hard to believe, but the internet is better than a Toronto office building. You can "work from home" with ease.
The property is occupied year-round. It’s a wonderful fall or winter getaway. Please note the outdoor plumbing - including the hot tub - must be shut down for the winter.
