No Internet / Cable....
- kitchen, appliances & supplies...4 star
- bedrooms...4 star
- ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom broken
- bathrooms...4 star
- broken furniture upstairs and down...3 star
- photos of property & amenities are out of date
- Gloria was out of country and I heard from her once a day and gave up on Tuesday when new devices for Internet/cable for all rooms were dropped off at house... yes just dropped off in a bag.
- back sliding door did not lock
- gas grill needed lighter to light... all the gas burners were gummed up.
- pool table broken... supported in middle by a stool... played uphill pool on both sides. Only 2 working pool sticks... the rest were broken in half.
- Wrong darts for dartboard.
- Outdoor shower - broken... no way to turn on water.
Implied a lack of real interest in resolving the issue with the internet/cable. INCLUDING any offer to reimburse any rental cost for lack of ability to watch television, movies, email, work from home...
The house has cameras and house thermostat which should have been connected to the internet so I have to believe someone should of known there was no internet!
The house has no landline & poor cell reception, so any need for emergency services would have been difficult to obtain.
Spent a lot of time away from the house....

The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. The house was roomier than we expected. It was a quick drive to the beach, shopping and Hyannis. We plan on returning in the future. We had a fantastic stay!

Home was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, everything was stocked up & clean! Having use of the beach pass was great, we never had a problem finding a spot to park! Everything you could need or want was within a 5-10 minute drive. From shopping, ice cream, miniature golf, grocery stores, beaches etc! The outdoor deck was nice to have dinners on in the evening. And the kids loved playing pool and hanging out in the finished basement. Overall it was a great place to stay & we will definitely be back!

This property has all the things you need to have a comfortable, relaxing vacation: near the beach, beach pass, quiet location, central to all Cape excursions, large open floor plan, yard for playing, deck for grilling, basement for lounging, AC, laundry, full kitchen amenities, etc. etc. The owner responds quickly. We had a wonderful two weeks there. Our only concern was that we couldn't get that basement TV to work. Did we need it? No but it would have been nice. Thanks so much.

This is our second year here and we absolutely love it! It has everything we needed, even down to toiletries. We enjoyed nights on the deck and it was very quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to come back next year

We stayed at the house for 6 nights and loved it! The house is extremely well-equipped and has any kitchen gadget or beach supply you can think of including many beach towels. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Centerville. We loved the parking pass for the beach and used it often. We also enjoyed a beautiful porch, which was facing the yard full of mature trees. The owner was very responsive as well. Cannot say enough good things about this house. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Highlights were the hammock, jacuzzi tub, pool table (even if a little off-level), and the beach parking pass (this was particularly huge for us, since with a toddler’s nap time, we could never stay at the beach for more than an hour or two, so paying to park each time would have gotten pricey). The location was great in a quiet neighborhood but very close to grocery stores, Dunkin, etc. A short 10 minutes to Craigville Beach, a nice little lake, and Main Street Hyannis for lots of restaurants and shops. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was perfect for us, two kids 10 & 6 yrs, 3 adults. Beds comfy, TV/Netflix in living room, finished basement and master bedroom. Pool table in basement. Well stocked kitchen, (pans, dishes, coffee makers, blender) plenty of linens, towels and beach towels as well as beach chairs and sand toys. Beach pass was a super perk. Nice neighborhood & great location to get to Craigsville Beach (approx 2 miles from house) which was very clean, soft sand & warm water. Easy to access the Cape Rail for a wonderful bike excursion, and other towns & attractions. Kids loved the Cape Water & Inflatable Park. Highly recommended this home.

We loved our time here! The home was ideal for our family (though as a note: we thought there would be an exterior hot tub, but the master bedroom tub is, I think, what the owners were describing in the listing.) We are really thankful to have stayed nearer to Hyannis this year. We have spent former years in Brewster and Truro, and there are gems in the Barnstable/Hyannis area to be discovered!

This was a perfect home for me and my family to stay. When we had an issue we messaged Gloria and she fixed the issue right away. She was a great host and this place was a perfect location. Thank you!

In 2020 everything has changed. My best friend and I have been vacationing every August at the beach with our families. This year we weren’t sure how things were going to work out. We were so excited the beaches were open, but even more excited to have a beautiful home to spend our week long vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and homey. We had a fabulous time creating memories. While we didn’t venture out into town we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I walked every morning to Craigville Beach and it was a beautiful walk. We are hoping to return next year. The house was the perfect accommodative our families and the neighborhood was fabulous.

The owner takes meticulous steps to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and filled with everything needed (and more) for your family to enjoy your vacation. Aside from this, the location is excellent for accessing the local beaches or traveling throughout the cape. Providing a beach pass only adds to the value of this property. I stayed the week of the 4th and had a wonderful experience. After long days at the beach or attending a Cape League game it was nice to return to a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities needed to enjoy with the family. I would highly recommend this property to others.
