This was a great house! The pool across the street and the boat ramp just around the corner in walking distance. I loved the room it has.nicely decorated and everything you need. There was 6 adults and 5 kids under 9. We had plenty of room.
The only thing I can think to improve is more plastic dishes for kids. We just used paper plates and bowls so no issue really.

Nice place. Great experience. (Could have been cleaner)

Our extended family had a wonderful stay. The house is large and accommodating. The pool is right across the street. However we were disappointed that the lake is not easily accessible from the house. You can barely even see it and need to walk down the road and down a steep boat ramp to get to it. The listing is not clear on this at all. So it's more like a house near a lake rather than a lake house.

After lots of driving we got to our home away from home. Would have liked a full railing going to the basement. Dishes, pans and utensils all had to be washed due to them being put away unclean. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Grill had handle that was broken along with a missing knob. Fortunately we were able to find a screw to fix it only to find the grill was so filled with ash. Two bags later that was clean. Once we got situated we had an enjoyable stay.

Our family stayed in the house for a week. Ages ranged from 11 to 79. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The pool is really close. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great rental for our group of 9. Plenty of space for all with a updated kitchen and a pool table. One of the communities pools was conveniently located across the street. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Nice staff!

House was nice but the floors were dirty and the sweeper was full , didn't work at all .Lots of cobwebs in some rooms. We enjoyed our stay but was farther than we thought from Somerset.

12 family members stayed at Boater’s Paradise (ages 13-80). There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us well. The main living areas were very roomy and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to have a wonderful place to get-away and spend some much needed time together.

Very nice home with all the amenities Pool was a great addition. Boat ramp was a plus.
Con
floors were dirty and cherrios under all the couches.

House in great condition. We had no problems. Would stay again!

We enjoyed everything about the house: the layout, the location, etc. The mattresses on the beds were a little bit below par but about everything else was just perfect! We had a pontoon with us so the ramp right next door was so convenient.

We rented this property for a family weekend together, with three generations and children 5 and younger. The location directly across from the pool was perfect for this group who just wanted to swim! The house was spacious with plenty of upstairs gathering space. We used all five of the bedrooms and the equal number of bathrooms was a real plus. There are more things included with the property than the listing covers, like a high chair and two pack-n-plays. The owners should include some blankets in the bedrooms, as the downstairs can become quite cool. While some minor issues like this it is overall a great place for a family.

This is a great spot especially if you have your own boat. Ramp is right next to the property like literally. It’s a little far away from any stores but most places are in Cumberland so not a big deal. Overall house is very accommodating and has a lot of space. Great spot for a get away

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We stayed at your property for a Valentine's celebration with a group of friends. The home was very clean upon our arrival and was just how the pictures and listing showed it to be. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we had plenty of space to enjoy our time together. The pizza and ice cream from the office were fantastic!! Our unit had a pool table and hot tub, which were great additions for our stay. The only issues we had was that upon arrival, the hot tub water was low causing the temp of the water to go down below 80 degrees and the unit was still decorated for Christmas. We called the office and they had someone down to fix the hot tub right away and it was ready for use for the remainder of our stay. We explained we were having a Valentine's party, so they allowed us to take the Christmas decorations down & put them in a closet so we could decorate. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to coming back again this summer to enjoy the golf course, pool and of course the lake!! Thanks for everything!!!

Appreciate the owner's and the resort's hospitality in our recent visit! The cabin was spacious - plenty of room for the five of us. The exit was treacherous after the snowfall the night before but the resort team did a great job clearing the roadway which allowed us to get out. Appreciate the owner working with us and letting us get out a few hours later, after they had worked on the roads. Would definitely stay again.

This home features 5 true bedrooms. We had 5 couples celebrating New Year's Eve and each wanted our own bedroom. The house is clean, had plenty of room, a pool table and hot tub. Everything we could need was provided. We would definitely recommend!

People of color be warned: this company is racist! In fact, the entire area is nothing but redneck racists. Hot tub was not working and they absolutely did not care! I guess we weren't white enough for them to pay a repair person. Overall, the house was filthy! Dirty kitchen trashcan, dirty dishes, dirty dish drainer. Lots of dirty spots on the walls and doors. Master bath downstairs had a repaired hole in the wall that hadn't been finished or painted. There's mold all around the frame of sliding glass doors. Upper deck is filthy with dirt and grime. Grill was caked with grease and food and there had obviously been a grease fire because the vinyl is warped above it. Lower deck screen door was torn and in need of repair. Fan over dining table was so wobbly, we feared it would fall. One of the downstairs tv's didn't work. Light over the jacuzzi flickered. Jacuzzi pipes were so loud that it couldn't be enjoyed. Light and fan in upstairs bedroom quit working. The space itself was good but whoever does the maintenance and housekeeping should be fired! Cleanliness is top priority, especially these days, and this house was a disgusting disappointment!

The property was very nice. Only thing I would say that was a little negative is dishware could be updated. Outside of that everything was great. Thanks for letting us rent.
4.8
This rental was perfect for our family. We had a large group of adults and kids. We had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, relaxing, and games. The resort pool was right across the street, so that was very convenient. There were enough plates and silverware for one meal at a time. Would have been nice to have a little more of those. The space was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The rental staff was very friendly and helpful. They were thorough with their explanation of the property and what we needed to do. They also supplied us with information of things to do, places to eat as well as shop, in the surrounding area. We liked the idea that the property was in a gated community. It was large enough that it allowed each couple to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and we had little difficulty in prepping meals. There was a lot of competition on the pool table located off the living room. We were across the street from the pool and next to the boat ramp. All in all, everyone in our group had a great time and really enjoyed the property.

Very clean and close to boat ramp

House had tons of space for our kids to run around. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the pool and boat launch. When I emailed about WiFi we got help right away which was awesome. The one thing I would recommend would be more utensils and supplies in the kitchen. We cooked all our meals at home and were fortunate to have brought the majority of our supplies.

Dianna and Steve went above and beyond to meet our family’s accommodation needs for our lake vacation. The resort is clean and exudes a family friendly atmosphere. Our home was large enough for all to have space and also to gather for family meals and games/music in the evenings. A great time was had by all! Thank you!
4.8
It was an overall great weekend getaway. The house was great had plenty of room. We would suggest more garbage bags because 2 small ones aren't enough for 10 adults for the weekend
4.8
Our extended family enjoyed our week at Lake Cumberland Resort. It is really “away from it all” - by the time you’ve wound your way through the rolling hills, you’ll feel like you’ve found a hidden gem. Beautiful views. Lovely house. All the amenities a big family needs.
We do home cook a lot of big family meal when we vacation, the only recommendation we’d suggest is more silverware.
4.8
The location was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The property was INCREDIBLE and very well kept. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely go again!
4.8
The house was clean and spacious. Our group of 10 all fit comfortably with plenty of room to move about. All the amenities including two coffee pots and two crockpots. Great response from the staff, we called about the smoke alarm beeping and they came within five minutes and changed the batteries .

I rented this place for my fiancé’s 40th birthday and made it a couples trip. It was really nice and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely plan to rent it again. The view out back was amazing as well. The only thing I have to say bad is that 3 of the rooms downstairs had blown lightbulbs in them so we had to use flashlights and the hallway light as light for those rooms which was difficult when it got dark outside. Other than that everything was great!
4.8
Great Place to stay. We will definitely be coming back and spending more time.
4.8
We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed, and was close to hiking and right on the lake!
4.8
This rental was everything i had hoped for. Was nice and relaxing for the whole family.
4.8
Just a great place for a large group! We had 9 people in our group. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and fire pit by the lake.
4.8
It was a great place to stay. The owners answer questions quickly. It was just a nice relaxing time.
