About this apartment rental
There are 2 rooms. The main one with double bed, spacious, large closet and lots of light. Modern and very nice with new furniture that has just arrived the last week of June. The other room is a smaller room, but has a bunk bed and can sleep 2 children. Access is directly through the double room.
The dining room is very full, bright and modern. With new table and chair for up to 6 people, LED TV 40 "and a new sofa bed very comfortable and comfortable. It has ceiling fan direct views to the sea, although not from high altitude, but they are pretty .. It has exit to a terrace balcony, where it is very nice to sit to watch the sea or enjoy the cool of the afternoon (equipped with table and chairs too).
The kitchen is also complete, with all necessary appliances, new refrigerator induction plates, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery crockery, new kitchenware in 2016 for cooking and cleaning, etc.
There is also a bathroom with shower. We also have the washing machine here.
Work has been done on the renovation and complete renovation of furniture, painting, terrace, facade of the building, all in 2016.
The best is its situation facing the sea, and a good community area, with 2 swimming pools (1 for babies), showers, sunbeds for sunbathing and direct access to the beach, playground with swings, etc.
It is also within a few meters of a large supermarket and a multitude of shops and shops, from typical tourist souvenirs, to banks and clothing stores, to the most needed of daily life such as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, vegetables, etc.. All within a 2-3 minute walk.
It also has bars and restaurants of different types to eat or dine, from typical paella and fish, to pizzerias or even more typical ones, and home-made food, according to taste.
OPTIONAL ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY: Parking, highchair and travel cot, bed linen and towels, transportation to / from airport, cleaning service, etc. (With extra cost).
