This Single Family Home contains 7,719 sq ft of covered living space! This Exclusive Tierra Verde Homefront is located at the end of a Private Cul De Sac. The back Faces Boca Ciega Bay with an Extraordinary Pool & Outdoor Entertainment Area. The Pool is lined with Fountains, Tropicals & offers a Boat Dock. The Guest Pool House is located in a separate building next to the Pool and includes an Ensuite Bath with Water Views from the Bedside. The Master Suite in the main house has a Private Entry and Sitting area Poolside.

Signed Contract and Photo ID Required Before Check-In

With its 30ft high Sprawling Entry Ceilings, Chandeliers, Formal and Informal Dining Rooms, Fireplaces, Master Office Space and Uniquely Textured Walls it is Exquisite. The open Spacious Kitchen with Walk In Pantry, 6 Burner Gas Stove, 3 Ovens and an extra large Double Door Refrigerator/Freezer, is open to all rooms on the lower level and is a Chef’s Delight. A Spacious Upstairs Laundry Room makes for convenience for guests staying in any of the 3 Private Guest Rooms each with an Ensuite Bath. The Master Ensuite Bath on the lower level also offers a Private Laundry Room.

Parking for 7 vehicles, Kayaks & Standup Paddle Boards available for use are merely a few of the special offerings at this Waterfront Mansion Estate.

A Billiards and Game Room off of the informal Dining area includes a Bar setting for serving, a refrigerator along with a Theater Room, Connected to Cable Only, lined with Reclining Seats for Entertainment. This room offers a Half Bath along with entry to and from the covered Poolside Entertainment area.

Renters MUST be ok with showings as long as 24 hours notice is given.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a large and comfortable house. There are many spaces to spread out so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. The pool, hot tub, and media room are awesome! You can't go wrong renting this house for a small or large group.

House had several interior repairs underway that were not disclosed during booking. Initial key retrieval and access to the house was messy. Certain areas of the grounds were and exterior of house in poor condition. Upstairs areas not cooling properly...making for uncomfortable sleeping. Nice, but could have been much better given the daily charge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a replacement property for a property that could not be rented as contracted. While the replacement was aggravating, this property made up for it in elegance and magnitude. This is a part of the wedding process I am sure my son (and his now wife), will never forget. This property, with its amenities, was a perfect backdrop to set up the actual ceremony. My aggregation subsided and the overall experience was remarkable.

Beautiful property. Starting to show some age around the pool. Had some sort of leak issue with pool pump while we were there so fountains and filters were inoperable all weekend. Great spot to relax and near lots of dining options. If you want to do any water sports I would recommend bringing equipment if you have it. Had one kayak (broken seat and rudder), one paddle board and no fishing equipment. Would certainly return to this property if in the area.

This is a lovely property, location is good, close to a state park with great beach. We enjoyed the private dock and the kayak and paddle board. House is actually 4 bedroom, with an additional bedroom in the basement and one in the detached pool house, but all have bathrooms. There is a little more technology than what we're used to. Pool and patios were wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: I had a previous relationship with Brandon of Tech Travel, but when he recommended the house and sent a link, I figured that it was too good to be true. It turns out, the beautiful pictures don't do this home justice. It has everything you could want, from swimming/fishing/paddleboarding or kayaking outdoors to playing a game of pool, watching a movie in the theater or just relaxing inside. Watching the sunset from the dock and listening to music from the bar/restaurant nearby is an absolute must.In addition, the house is 10-15 minutes from any kind of food, from the beach and from Ft. DeSoto. We had a few small issues early (figuring out the home theater, pool heat and wifi), but the Tech Travel team was out immediately to help and to teach us how to use everything. When the owner (Brandon) and his right hand person (Vivian) are responding immediately after hours, you know you're working with a great company. I will certainly look to visit this home again and will be using Tech Travel for all of my travel needs in the Tampa/St. Pete area.

The property is amazing and far exceeded our expectations from the admittedly amazing photos ion VBRO. The place is really everything you dream about for a rental. The only issue we had was with using some of the technology through out the house. We were able to get it figured out and had an amazing stay.
