We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The home is clean and spacious with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. We really loved the relaxing pool and the ease of having the beach only steps away. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a great house. I only wish we stayed longer. Very convenient to the restaurants and steps from the beach. My boys enjoyed the backyard, pool, bicycles, and boards. The house is extremely comfortable and so spacious. We cant wait to come back to this property soon.

Everything was perfect. Great location first to restaurants a stones throw to the beach. They need to list in the listing about the stairs, and the main living area is upstairs. A lot of up and down

Overall we had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed the pool. House needs some maintenance as well as front/back yard. BBQ is terrible, completely rusted and most outdoor fans don’t work well. Need to go thru drawers/cabinets and downsize a little. Great location with easy beach access and highly recommend The Garlic for dinner.

The check in process was super easy via text, and email. House was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area. (It would have been nice to have a skimmer available for leaves and bugs. The stairs could also use a handrail on the right side going up). Great showers and porches upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

The house and location were all great but the company managing it is awful! First, they send you a huge email and in that email they mention little bugs that bite called "no see-ums" but completely fail to mention that the house has cockroaches. After leaving we were charged an additional amount. You are forced to pay a "damage waiver" but in reality it covers nothing that it says. After poorly mounted soap dispensers came off in the shower & a wooden figure was knocked off the wall from lifting a suitcase over a childs head, they essentially told us we were liars and none of it was accidental and then accused of us doing it in relation. They then accused my children of peeing on a blanket that was folded in the closet, that we never once used. They did not care about anything we had to say and had no interest in solving any issues, only charging us as much money as they could. On top of a handful of other things, the way they spoke to us and tried to insult us was absolutely atrocious! We absolutely don't recommend staying in ANY house managed by such a rude company.

My family and I try to go on a beach vacation about once a year so we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties and this one was hands down our favorite! We loved it so much that we extended our stay and I’ve already booked our next visit. We had everything we needed and then some, lots of space and the management was absolutely amazing! Karina was our go to for any assistance we needed and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was so helpful, kind, very easy to talk to and she responded to us very quickly! We really enjoyed being steps away from the beach and having our own pool. I wish every place we stayed at was as amazing as this property. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My family and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! My mother-in-law loved the downstairs area where she had her own pad with everything she needed. The property had everything we needed for our entire stay. Thinking about next year already!

The location and amenities were fantastic. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generation getaway. And the house decor was delightfully beach. Everything you needed was provided. At great grilled meals poolside. Wonderful little town. The hosts provided all the information up front and even left welcome gifts. We will be back.

A very well appointed and well located beach home. Walk to beach is simply the distance of the next lot so about 150ft, very easy. Pool area is very nice including the extra half kitchen and lounge area. Great beach house. We would stay again.

We loved our stay in NSB. Great location just steps away from the ocean. A1A traffic is loud but you get used to it. Super easy check in/out process. The pool was awesome! ☀️

The house and location were amazing. One note, the house should be checked before guest arrive to ensure everything is in working order. The water was turned off due to a plumbing issue and never turned back on. I was able to turn on the water with the assistance of the property manager. I would happily recommend Great Ocean properties to friends and family.

This house is awesome! The pool is outstanding!!!The location is amazing!!! The only thing missing is that oceanfront view.We really enjoyed our two week stay and would stay here again! I would have liked some food storage containers in the kitchen.Overall the house is very well equipped and has awesome features!
