1000 Square foot modern cottage. We just finished a complete remodel and addition. We offer a two bedroom, two bath home. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.

We also own The Cozy Cottage located directly behind. Our properties share a backyard. This cottage is also listed on VRBO. TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH.

This was an absolute perfect place for the week to enjoy Charlevoix! Great location, clean and Bridget and Grant’s added touches really made the difference! (Bikes to ride, beach towels, beach chairs, smore makings, and more!) Check in was easy and any questions weee addressed right away! We will be back and highly recommend it for your stay!

This is our second time staying at Green St, first time was in the fall a couple years ago. The home is located on a residential street, within easy walking to downtown Charlevoix. The home is well maintained and the check in process is super easy. Even better the check out process is super easy when leaving after the weekend. Great home and definitely will be staying here a third time.

This house is perfect for a small family for a long weekend or longer. It’s clean, well equipped, and close to so much. Bridget, the host, was on top of all communications and so pleasant! I’d definitely book this house again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Great 2 bdrm/2 bath cottage with easy walk to beach and downtown, grocery, parks. House layout offers big kitchen, private backyard, lots more. Hosts have thought of everything!! Highly recommend and plan to stay again.

A perfect little getaway in a perfect location. Loved walking into downtown Charlevoix and super easy to get to Castle Farms for our friend’s son’s wedding. This home was very well taken care of and offered everything we needed. Such a nice stay, will definitely come back

This is a wonderful place to stay in Charlevoix. The house is easy walking distance into town (10 min walk), and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The host seemed to think of everything - including s'mores supplies to go with the chiminea fire pit in the back yard and beach chairs. Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out were very easy. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We were delighted with this beach cottage. It truly had all the comforts of home and was so well thought out. We didn’t cook, so I can’t speak to how the kitchen is set up, We hope to come back. It is walking distance to town; about 3/4 mile. A perfect spot to enjoy Charlevoix!

Stayed at the Green St house for a weekend for a wedding and then enjoying the town. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Castle Farms and an easy walk to get to the shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for five days for my son’s wedding. The property is a completely updated, adorable coastal themed cottage walking distance to downtown. Very comfortable and well appointed. Our host was great to work with and responded quickly via text. We will definitely stay here again. ⚓️

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little cottage. It had everything provided that we could ask for including plenty of hooks and hangers!! The living room space is quite small but it adjoins a super nice kitchen with a big eat at bar. Nice bedrooms with a cute nautical theme. Large front and back yards with a grill and fire pit. We loved this property! It’s bright & welcoming the minute you drive up with fresh flowers in the window boxes on the front of the house. Bridget & Grant we’re great to work with pre-rental and with a few things we needed upon arrival. The house is thoughtfully decorated in “Up North” beach motif with a new, modern kitchen & 2 bathrooms. We sat on their deck for every meal. The fire pit, s’more makings, and chairs circling the fire will be fun for just about everyone! Thanks for a great stay!

We’ve been coming to Charlevoix for over 20 years. Bridget is by far the easiest & most attentive host we have dealt with. Home was clean & stocked with all essentials you need. Great privacy in backyard for relaxing around the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!!

Just a delightful place to stay! Close proximity to downtown Charlevoix - we walked several times. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Loved this perfect and cozy cottage! Super clean and attention to details were throughout the house. Loved all of hooks to hang items too! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Ocated in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many great things to do. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. Great local fishing and very close to the major fishing marinas. So if you are looking for great food, clean beaches and water, variety of shopping, local artists or just a great getaway, this place is perfect!

This was a perfect house for a getaway!! Everything was great - clean- stocked with essential items- we could not have asked for a more perfect rental! Bridget was always available if we needed her and ket in communication with us thru the process. We spent all day on our boat and came back to the house and relax and make dinner. Great location-close to so much! If we come back up north- we will stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying here with my family of 5. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful, and we were pleasantly surprised how secluded and spacious the yard is. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit, easy access to Michigan Beach, and local shopping. Lastly, the house is tastefully decorated and supplied every detail we needed, from the fully stocked kitchen to laundry and cleaning supplies. Communication and check in were also thoughtful. Thank you! We can’t wait to return.

We stayed for a long weekend with my husband and our college age daughter and boyfriend. It was super clean and well stocked with everything. The place was decorated adorable, everything brand new. We walked to town, kayaked, hiked and it was so convenient. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating Can't wait to go back again.

My parents and I came up to Charlevoix for a 3 day- Petoskey and Charlevoix Stone hunting adventure. The Green Street House was a great home base! The property was very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time around town but enjoyed relaxing nights at the house- including around the fire pit. Bridget and Grant were super responsive and helpful when we accidently locked ourselves out! The house is close to downtown where we took the Mushroom House tour, visited the lighthouse and watched the sunset over Lake Michigan. Also close to several beaches, parks and nature preserves and the wonderful Biers Inwood Brewery. We had a really wonderful, memorable weekend- thanks Bridget!
