Beyond the welcoming entryway, a large downstairs bedroom with a stone-faced gas fireplace, will comfortably sleep 4-6 people on two full-size beds and a twin trundle bed. This bedroom features a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and abundant closet space. A bathroom with shower is located adjacent to the bedroom. Upstairs offers a bright, cozy great room complete with a stone-faced fireplace, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, games, movies, and access to the front balcony. The owner’s bedroom upstairs has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom sleeps four, with one queen and two twin beds. A full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and the great room. A large, fenced-in patio downstairs offers plenty of space for guests to unwind and enjoy the views. It’s also a great area for kids to play and pups to be safe. The garage has a full-size ping pong table and washer/dryer. Parking accommodations: one car will fit into the garage, two cars may be parked in the rear driveway, with more parking curbside.NOTE: No houses are located across the street, and there is a vacant lot adjacent to the house which is covered with natural vegetation. Very private and quiet. Whether at the beach, the Oceano Sand Dunes State Vehicle Recreational Area, wine tasting, dining, shopping, outdoor sports, or just kicking back, Casa de Laguna is conveniently located to most everything!
