About this house rental

This home is situated on the open waters in Ocean Pines, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft for added space. The first floor offers a master bedroom and bathroom, with remaining bedrooms, bathroom, and loft bedroom upstairs. The loft area has sliders that exit to a private balcony facing the water. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout. The dining area has ample seating and space for eight. The little kids and big kids alike will enjoy unwinding in the downstairs game room with half bath. The game room and half bath are located on the basement level and is accessible from an outside entrance door. Play a game of air hockey, foosball, or one of the many board games. Relax in the living room and overlook the water from four large floor to ceiling windows. Access the wrap around decking from the living room sliders and enjoy the multiple views. With views to the right of Ocean City, bay marsh land to the left, and open waters overall. The home has a boat dock, so bring your boat and take an evening ride or crab from the dock. Stoned in back yard that faces the water, with room for sun bathing or lunch at the picnic table. Relax on the deck and take in the bay breeze, or have a late night gathering under the stars. NO USE OF BOAT LIFT OR HOT TUB. This home has showers only, no bathtubs. Bed sizes: 3 Queens, 1 Bunk, and 1 Pyramid bunk. 4 TV'S Property offers one parking pass for the 49th and 50th street Beach Club. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. We had a great time. The house was clean, in a great area, with plenty of room. We had an issue with the internet service and the rental agency went out of their way to help and accommodate us. We will definitely rent again.

Our family love Ocean Pines and loved the rental. Our only complaint was the musty smell of the game room, but we opened windows and nothing a bottle of febreeze can't handle. Also the ladder from the dock is filled with barnacles, so it was very unsafe to use

Pictures were deceiving. Property looked much bigger then it was. Loft room wasn’t a fan of since no privacy. Also didn’t know basement was outside enterance only, smelled really bad and wasn’t clean. Stall showers wasn’t good, very small not a lot of room to shower and get out. Toilets very small and low to the ground. Kitchen had ants. Upstairs loft was very hot, couldn’t sleep well with no air circulating. Steps very very steep to get into house.
