Welcome to the our Meadowbrook Branson Meadows condo! This 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo has everything you are looking for - tons of space, perfect upscale decor without being intimidating, lots of brand new beds and great amenities but mostly a location to get to anywhere in the area in 5-10 mins! This newly renovated condo is located in the Meadowbrook Resort which is next to the Wyndham Resort and close to Pointe Royale, just minutes from the famous Branson Strip. This quiet property has so much to offer; a seasonal outdoor pool, Wii, movies, games and an amazing outdoor space overlooking the pool.

The living room is the perfect place to gather at this property. It is filled with natural light and is the perfect place for everyone to get together to create memories. The area has all brand new furniture, plenty of seating and lots of room for the whole family to spread out and relax after a long day. The living area is open to the kitchen, so you're never far from a quick snack! The kitchen comes with everything you need to make your favorite meal for your family. Why wait in long lines when you can enjoy your favorite recipes right in your home-away-from-home? We have it all from crock pots to cookie sheets. There is also a dining area with a place for family meals or a great spot for games and an island for extra seating! Right off the living room is an enclosed porch with wall to wall windows and a very comfortable outdoor sofa. This a great place for that afternoon nap! Enjoy a view of the outdoor pool right from the sunroom. The unit also includes a brand new washer and dryer.

Our guests tell us that the beds in our properties are some of the most comfortable they have ever slept on, and this condo is no exception! This property has two king bedrooms on the main level. Both bedroom suites have luxury bedding and an attached private full bath. We have included a flat screen television in each room as well so everyone can watch what they want while on vacation. Upstairs you will find a large bunkroom with another full bathroom. This is a perfect place for kids with the two sets of bunk beds and large TV with a Wii and games. The bunks beds are a twin over queen and a twin over twin. There are two pack-n-plays and high chairs in the condo; perfect for 2 families traveling together. This unit sleeps up to 9 guests.

It was easy to get in and out of the condo. It was towards the front of the property, so we didn't have to drive to the back. It was right over the pool, so a short walk, if it were open (still March). The condo was nice and the kids could around in it easily, though they stayed upstairs in the loft area with the tv and their games.

We chose this condo based on the title, picture’s & description on the VRBO website. The condo has been remodeled but it is certainly not Brand new as stated or how the pictures portray it to look. The bunk beds are metal, squeaky & wobbly. The platform king size bed that my husband & I slept on, sagged in the middle and the wood slats popped with movement. King beds have a Temperpedic type mattresses that not everyone can sleep on. There was no luxury bedding as stated. The upstairs temperature is difficult to regulate. We found food crumbs in the creases of the couches. The sun porch cushions are pretty worn down. I totally understand things wear down from use but when you’re looking to rent a place and you make your choice based on the listings pictures and descriptions, that’s what you expect to find when you arrive. We have rented multiple places in Branson over the past few years & this was my least favorite. The one plus was the location which was easy access to just about everything. Overall it was certainly tolerable but getting a good nights rest is very important when you’re on vacation.

This condo was beautiful and so modern! The location and decor was peaceful and serene. We enjoy staying in Branson every year, and Wyndham is always our favorite! We had one slight issue, but the property manager and staff were very helpful and we got it resolved. Can’t wait till our next stay.

If you want a modern looking condo in Branson, this is it. Price was fine for 2 people, but there’s room for up to 4 adults and 5 children. So spacious. Highway access is quick and less than 5 minutes from the strip. The kitchen/dining/living room area is gorgeous! Lots of good tvs with streaming access. Will keep this on our list for a future return visit.

Our experience was wonderful! Our condo was in the heart of Branson! It was so clean, so up to date with decor and plenty of room for a party size 8! The bunk bed area was so nice for all of the kids, and the master bedrooms on the first floor are spacious and gives a warm, comfortable vibe! Highly recommend!

This stay was the best I’ve had in a long time! Clean and fully stocked! I didn’t have to buy one thing except food! I’m always having to supply necessities for the stay, like paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, they had it all!! And they were conveniently located to the pool so the kids could swim every night after being in town all day! Best place to stay in Branson!

Condo was in a great location and very nice. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Only thing to note is that the upstairs loft area was really warm first couple of days, even having 2 ceiling fans and 2 tower fan units. We kept house air down and eventually cooled off some. We enjoyed the pool most days, so the location of condo/pool was perfect.

We traveled from Virginia and met friends from Kansas for one big family vacation. This condo was great!! The decór was updated and so cohesive. It was far enough away from the hubbub to not be bothered by it but close enough go get to everything within about 10 mins (including traffic). I thought I was having issues with the lock but it turned out to be user error. The property manager's reply to my request for assistance was quick and helpful! The only suggestionsI could think of offering would be: 1. A new can opener 2. Sharper knives (we cooked more than normal on this vacation) and 3. A way to turn on the ceiling fan and not the light (but that again could be user error haha). All in all- I HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Thanks so much for making our stay enjoyable!

Great property for a family get away to Branson. Two large bedrooms with an attached bath, and a loft with multiple bunkbeds and a bath. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Updated with all the amenities. Good location 15 minutes from the strip.

This is a nice condo and suited us well with adults and little ones. Items are well supplied with games for the kids and the unit is clean and comfortable. 15 minutes from SDC that avoids Branson high traffic areas. We will consider this unit for our next trip! Renters should be aware that there is a flight of stairs to get to this unit with no elevator. Parking level is at the 2nd floor of this 3 story building.

Nicely decorated and has great access to all sites around Branson. Unit is on the third floor but the building sits on a hill. When accessing the building from the parking lot you enter on the second floor so you only have to walk up a single flight of stairs. Unit is kid friendly with toys, games and high chairs. Plenty of parking.

The condo was amazing. It’s modern, updated and very clean. The screened in porch looking over the pool was the perfect location. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. We loved having three full bathrooms for us all to have our own space. The condo was stocked with so many extras like toys, wii, fans, movies, etc. We will recommend this to our friends and family.

This condo was a great size for our family of seven. Having three bathrooms and separated areas for the bedrooms was the perfect layout. There was an enclosed patio with a great view of the pool. We enjoyed the pool after a long day of activities which were close by. The layout of the condo was conducive to being together without being crammed on top of each other. It was appreciated that there was backups of necessities except there was zero hand soap in any bathroom. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Our stay was very enjoyable and no wanted to leave. Oh, one last thing, the knives were very dull and we couldn’t find a sharpener
