The Space:
Tastefully designed and well appointed throughout, this unique Loft style one-bedroom property offers a comfortable stay only a short stroll from the vibrant lifestyle of Geelong West and Geelong waterfront! Please note: The property has a small fridge but no freezer. Please also note there is a step up to the bed and the access is quite tight on either side of the bed. We recommend this is not suitable with anyone who has mobility issues.
Guest Access:
Private entrance on the street front. Free on-street parking right out the front.
The Neighborhood:
With over 25 local cafe's, restaurant's and bars available just a short stroll away, Pakington Street is the vibrant hub of Geelong West! The Pix is located opposite the picturesque Sparrow Park and is central to the Geelong waterfront. You are less than 30 minutes drive from Barwon Heads and ever-popular Torquay!
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop located only 2 minutes walk away which will take you to Central Geelong including the Train Station and Moorabool Street bus interchange.
Other Things to Note:
PARKING - There is FREE All day Parking on Elizabeth Street right in front of the property
Interaction with Guests:
Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours . A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout visit outside of normal business hours. Please note there is no freezer at this property. Please also note there is a step up to the bed and the access is quite tight on either side of the bed. We recommend this is not suitable with anyone who has mobility issues.
