This is a great property. Close to the airport, shopping and groceries. Big box stores like Walmart and Target we not that far away for supplies. The only thing I would recommend is the sifa in the living room could use some attention if not replaced.

We traveled from Pennsylvania and had family from Oahu rent to other villas and all 18 of us hung out in ours while they were visiting and we were quite comfortable. This roomy villa on the end of the units offered inside and outside accommodations. In addition it was stocked with beach and golf gear such that we did not have to rent a thing. Short walk to the pool made it nice for the kids as well. We would highly recommend this place for large gatherings! Aloha!

We loved the accommodations and will definitely book this same Villa again! Being a corner location, there is extra room for an additional outdoor eating area and additional room for kids to play!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We traveled with our 3-year old and my parents. The house has everything you can possibly need including accessories for the beach and pool. We used the bikes to bike around a little bit. The market is right across the street and the pool is really close too. I feel so lucky that we found this place. Also, it looks like the appliances have been updated (some previous reviews said they were outdated and that is no longer the case). Everything worked great and we hope to come back again in the future.

Home was beautiful. Great location and loved that we had our private back yard and we were able to enjoy it as a family.
A couple things that could improve is the mattresses and pillows. Everyone of us said how bad the mattresses were and the pillows were super flat. The dishwasher needed to be cleaned and many of the dishes/silverware needed to be recleaned prior to us using them. Need some fresh lighters for the BBQ since you have to use them to start the BBQ.
Would have been nice to get a text when the house was clean and ready for us to checkin so we could get in a little early to settle in.

The place was perfect for my in-laws my husband and I and our two older girls. The lanai was the best part as it had a table and an outside living area to relax at where we also got shade all day long. We liked how we were at the end of the property and had a little more privacy. There was also enough space for the six of us if we needed some alone time. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials and the extra plates were nice. We could have used a few Tupperware containers for snacks at the beach and for leftovers. With use there are things that are starting to get worn down and could use replacing like the cushions on the couch and the ones outside on the table. We had a great number of beach/pool towels, 4 beach chairs an umbrella and many other beach items in the garage. All in all a great place for our Hawaii vacation.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and a great location! Across the street from food and shops. Close to the beach. Only issue was we weren’t given a garage code to get in the garage and when we were finally able to get it, we had to move lots of stuff around to fit the minivan inside. Lots of beach equipment though. We would stay there again!

This is a great spot for a family vacation. The beach is a little under a mile to walk, but you can go through Queen's Marketplace and grab your Starbuck's on the way.
The condo is large, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had one issue getting into the garage (missing the remote) but the local number got back to us quickly and resolved the issue.
The condo comes with plenty of beach toys, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, plus a couple of sets of golf clubs.
The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all well maintained.

WONDERFUL - That describes our third vacation to Hawaii. The space was perfect for three families (Mom & Dad) and two daughters and their husbands. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks in this unit and would happily have stayed longer if plans would have allowed.We especially appreciated the location in that it was an end unit and offered the most privacy of all the units, yet was close to the entrance to help reduce the drive time to the market or other activities throughout the island.Communication by the property management was exceptional. Most all of my questions had been answered in the emails that I received ahead of time, yet when I contacted them to ask questions, they were super helpful.There was a maintenance issue that was looked into nearly immediately upon notification.We would love to use the unit again.

Everything about this condo was perfect. I especially loved the fact that it's on the end of the complex. It felt like we had a private house with a large backyard. We had seven people in our group and had more than enough room. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Management was always reaching out to us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Communication was very good. The location was great with having Queen's Marketplace across the street in addition to being able to walk to Lava Lava for the best sunsets in town. We will definitely be coming back!

Great home for our family of 8. Home was kept very clean, lots of extra linens, towels and pillows avail. Liked that both couches were fold out beds which were also comfortable. Nice quiet end unit with beautiful bbq and seating area outside.Location was awesome. Short walk to the stores, shopping, walking path, beach, petroglyphs and Starbucks lol. The pool near the unit is under renovation but the other pool is still a short walking distance away. We also used the fitness center a few times. Garage had mostly everything for a beach day except snorkel masks. Parking was always available near the unit too.We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything necessary. Bought most of our groceries from the store at queens marketplace across the street. Fair prices and good selection.Highly recommend this unit for families and larger groups. Very comfortable, private, and great location.Oh and they also texted me that our unit would be avail to check in at noon. So that was nice 👍🏽

We stayed for 17 nights and the overall experience was excellent. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and the house was airy and clean. My only complaint would be that you need to buy all the essentials and the house is not set up to accommodate your time. For a 17 night stay, we were only give one packet of dishwashing detergent and one laundry detergent so we had to go out to buy them as well as toilet paper, paper towels and tissue. We always bring our own toiletries but this was our first rental where we had to supply our own essentials so just be prepared for that inconvenience. Otherwise the communication with the management company is also excellent.

Our stay from April 15-25, 2021 was absolutely perfect. The villa is spacious and beautiful with all the amenities required to relax and enjoy your time. The location was ideal, walking distance to shopping and so close to all the beaches. Day trips to Kona/Kailua, Hawi or Hilo were easily accomplished.Our family was able to re-connect after a two-year separation. This villa provided the perfect setting for our to accomplish just that. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for providing the opportunity for us to enjoy your beautiful villa.
