About this house rental

Beautiful and spacious 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath, single family home located on a canal in Ocean Pines. The home has over 3100 sqft, offering space for the entire family. Tastefully decorated in soft neutral shades with beachy furnishings and lots of natural light. As soon as you enter the foyer from the long front porch, the carpeted stairs to the 2nd level are directly in front of you. The dining room is located to your right and the large living room to your left. The living room has a sofa, love seat and chairs that offer plenty of seating for relaxing in front of the large TV for movie nights. There is a small table with chairs in the living room which is great for putting together puzzles or playing cards or board games. Double French doors lead into a sunlight filled 3 Season Room with comfy sofa and several chairs. Here you can take in the views of the canal or sip your morning coffee. You can exit to the very spacious deck with table, chairs and umbrella. The deck is a great place to soak up the sun or eat your afternoon lunch under the shade of an umbrella. The 6 to 8 seat sectional sofa with coffee table is perfect for entertaining outdoors. From the deck, stroll down to the open grassy area and dock. Cast a line and catch some crabs from the dock, or watch the boats float by. The spacious kitchen with breakfast nook and coffee bar are sure to be a family gathering spot. The kitchen boasts a large pantry, French door refrigerator, lots of counter and cupboard space, plus a nice island with drawers and even more cupboard space. The 1st floor has the Master bedroom with King sized bed, TV and windows that overlook the canal and a large walk-in closet. A beautiful spacious master bath is attached where you can Indulge in a late evening bath in the big oval tub or take a relaxing shower in the large walk-in. Across the hall is the laundry room that leads to the 2 car garage and is available for tenant use. The hallway has an extra storage closet for vacationer's use. Going upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the large carpeted loft. The upper level bathroom has a shower/tub combo and toilet separate from the sink area. The 2nd floor has the additional 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and windows overlooking the canal. Both bedrooms have a TV for late night watching. This home is so inviting you won't want to leave! 3 Smart TV's. Bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 Queen SS. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. Not available for high school/college "Beach Week." Cancellation fee will apply. Very Nice. Weather not as good as expected missed having pool in backyard I guess no matter where you go it's a gamble but still had a great time playing cards with kids instead them being on phone all the time finally ,family time they talked instead of texting Beach Great Location but water was cold and w/pool off oceans path with great parking thanks tell the owners that we enjoyed their hospitality
