The location was nice, although in the listing it made it sound like when you walked out the door the beach was going to be right there, and it wasn't. The pools were supposed to be heated, yet the heaters were broke along w the hot tub heaters. Our Tv's never worked the entire time we were there and we contacted owners and they said they would have maintenance come fix and NEVER did. We had our 7 month old and 2 yr old Granddaughters with us along with our 11yr old and at night time wanted to relax and watch tv with yet couldn't. Was not disclosed that we were going to be on 2nd floor. Ok place but probably won't stay there again.

The place was clean and comfortable and the location is great. Has a nice pool, though it gets very crowded. I went beginning of Oct which i though was off season but there were a lot of families with children that apparently took them out of school for the vacation. The building is part hotel and part private owners, so that is a tad strange, but everyone seemed nice, quiet. There is a small cafe on site that is open 8-5 and the food was pretty good. Access to the beach was great. Parking is a bit tricky at first then makes sense. This unit does not look out to the beach, you get a peek off the balcony, but otherwise looking at parking lot and street. There are also a couple of elevators in the building, so that was nice.

There were a few things which I did not bother calling on. The sheets in the master had black streaks on them stained by something, I was gonna take a pic but did not bother. The shower in the guest the curtain was way too short that it lets water out while you are showering. What I really was disappointed in was the couch one of the main reasons I picked this unit. The advertisement shows a cream leather with comfortable arm rests nice n plush. What we got is a small hard cloth material couch that was not comfortable at all. The sliding door on one side had no lock. We have stayed at quite a few. We washed and left them clean towels and took out the kitchen trash like they wanted. But we won’t pick this unit again. False advertising on the couch. That is being dishonest and it has showed the wrong couch for months now.I notice cleaning crew only cleans sheets and not the bed cover which to me is gross. Not enough garbage bag supplies we ended up buying more. You open the guest bedroom and next door unit is used for cleaning supplies and janitorial so you had no view of the courtyard the big orange container they had sitting in front of the window smh.

Condo was immaculately clean. Beds super comfortable. A bit further than ten min walk to John’s Pass (15-20… maybe just because it was so hot out). Nice extras like liquid soap in bathrooms, beach chairs, toys all in good condition. Vacasa check in/check out reminders were very helpful and made the process super easy.

Condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The condo was very close to the cafe. The only downside was that pool area was very crowded and small for the amount of people.

This was by far the WORST experience we’ve ever had while vacationing and because of the lack of communication and customer service, we won’t use Vacasa again. I’ve tried speaking with multiple people with Vacasa and nobody seems to want to address the issues we had with this management company. We booked at a property that we were familiar with through ABNB because we had stayed at this property (different unit) and enjoyed it before back in 2020. Then we were contacted by Vacasa a couple weeks before our trip stating we couldn’t stay there because the unit was going to be under renovation and we needed to pick another place. They sent us a link with 3 condos, in which none of them were up to par with the original one we picked, but we selected one which happened to be the less than our original unit but it seemed to be the best option out of the 3 condos according to the description and pictures. I had contacted Vacasa numerous times before our trip to ask about the difference in price from the original condo and the newly booked condo and nobody seemed to know or understand what I was referring to. It’s very simple, I took screenshots of the dates we would be there and it was showing $585 less than what we had already paid for the original unit so we should’ve gotten that money back. I have proof that shows all the fees and that should be honored especially since you’ve inconvenienced us with having to switch our destination plans around. When we got to the condo in Treasure Island on July 31, 2022, it was nothing like the pictures and the description was totally off too. I took photos of the moldy bathtubs and crumbs all over the counter, broken blinds and overall condition of the unit. We left immediately upon contacting Vacasa, in which they told me that someone would be in contact with us. We did not stay there more than 15 mins due to the condition of the place. Still nobody called me until I reached out again the next afternoon, 8/1. When I spoke to Sue on Monday, I explained everything that was wrong and in her words and on a recorded line, she stated that she didn’t see any issues with a refund being issued due to all of the issues we had experienced. She then told me that she would be back in touch with me but I never heard back from her. I waited 2 days to call back because nobody had called me and I was then told that there would be no refund. We never even got the original refund that they said they’d give us back for the difference in the 2 condos which was $585, and they said they’d give us a refund of $351 (which to this day, we still haven’t received). I don’t understand how a company could change someone’s reservation and then not give them credit and then sell something that is totally different than what it is in reality and in pictures. I will never book with them again because this experience absolutely ruined our vacation and Vacasa technically stole over $2,900 from us. To this day, nobody in management from Vacasa has reached out to me after my numerous attempts and requests to speak with them. This is a shameful way to operate a business that is supposed to give memories to families! Do not book with Vacasa!
