The six of us were very comfortable in this home; however, if you're particular about pillows, bring your own. There were some cleanliness and electrical issues that were a nuisance and it was disappointing that the dock was disassembled during an August rental period. House was basic cleaned, but property needs more care.

Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget.

The house has no A/C and despite the heatwave, we could not get extra fans. Furthermore, the house wasn’t clean and despite multiple attempts, this was not addressed either. Very poor management an overall unpleasant experience.

Myself, and several friends stayed here for the weekend to do some fishing. The Home, amenities, and location was awesome. The only piece of criticism was that the dock was not set up for use. It did not impact our trip, but it would’ve been nice to use. I do understand there was a significant amount of rain prior to our arrival that could have affected it.

My family had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday on Lake Champlain. All was great including the weather! Only disappointing feature not included was the dock was taken down.

Some friends and I stayed at Lakeside Oasis over the July 4th holiday. We had an amazing time, thanks in no small part to this house. My friends are great (I'm told) but this house is even better. This property has equal parts charm and comfort. There were about 7 of us, and we had plenty of space for everyone whether we were hanging out in the living room, kitchen, or on the deck. The views are perfect, and the direct access to the lake can't be beaten. We sat on the dock and swam each day, we grilled, and we also took the kayaks out a couple times. We'll absolutely be back next summer for a perfect getaway!

Loved the space, views- especially sunsets over Lake Chaplain. Disappointed with the bad housekeeping (prior to arrival) and lack of corrective action.

Location on the lake is beautiful. Sort of far from st albans 15-30 mins drive and 30-35 to Burlington. We visited for a UVM graduation so went back and forth a lot. Overall house is large and spacious with some updated amenities like appliances. Master is beautiful but other rooms are tight. Road can be loud with cars at night. with some easy changes things would be more pleasant Upon arrival we immediately noticed that floors and windowsills were not swept and cleaned recently - which was disappointing - dead insects and dirt. Outside decks very dirty, yard covered in old leaves from last Fall. Chairs strewn messy on beach. We spent a good 1.5-2 hrs sweeping up dirt and dead flies and outside tree debris and cob webs. Bbq cover had blown off at some point / outdoor table could use a power wash and dead brown Christmas decorations were still hanging on the house and on deck. We visited late May. Also all door mats and mats in kitchen and bathrooms were quite dirty. And fans were very linty/dusty. Screens were dirty with webs and dead bugs. Basement was musty and needed airing out. Dead solar lights on deck. The overall feeling was that no one had been there recently to prepare the home. Also recommend an info book on how to and what to do in area maybe?
We enjoyed the decks and the dock and my husband even used the kayak a bit. We walked on the road a few times which was fine with many nice neighbors. Sunsets and views were amazing.

We would like to come back next year. The house worked perfectly for us. WE loved the area, the Maple Festival, all the restaurants we tried and everyone was so incredibly friendly. We would like to make this weekend an annual event. We did not want to leave.....

We (my husband, my 80 year old parents and my adult children) were here for an extended week-end in April. The house had plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would love to stay here again in the future! The one caveat I have is: bring your own pillows if you do not like firm, foam pillows as that is all that are provided.

The place is wonderful! The views, the quiet area! I can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the private beach!
Absolutely wonderful!

It was very nice. We were there for a family funeral. The place was perfect. We had privacy we needed. We were close to everything we needed. It was so nice to feel comfortable under the circumstances

Everything was amazing about this place. Lots of room, clean, right by the lake, etc. I will always stay at this location from now on.

We recently stayed at this home for our Thanksgiving holiday. As the temps were quite cold we did not use any of the outdoor amenities but the home and property are beautiful. The home is spacious and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to easily prepare holiday meals . As well, the property provides games, movies, a pool table and numerous books to enjoy. The home is on the waterfront with easy access to the lake as well as exquisite views. I hated to leave and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Great place on the water, beautiful sunset our first night. Check-in time was too late in the day, especially during fall/winter when there isn't much daylight. Surfaces were clean and tidy, but could use a deep clean to get the dust bunnies and cobwebs. Five of us had to fight over the only normal pillow in the house, as giant memory foam pillows aren't our thing. Overall, I'd recommend and go back!

Great home that was well equipped with everything we needed to make our family get together memorable. We loved the views of the lake from all three levels! Will book again next time we are in St. Albans.

My college friends (and spouses) and I rented the cabin for the weekend for a mini-reunion and had a blast. The view of the lake was incredible and relaxing, and the house was clean with modern furniture. With so many bedrooms and common spaces, the house allowed couples both their privacy and plenty of opportunities to socialize and catch up. The proximity to cute towns like St. Albans meant we had the choice to spend a quiet day or evening on the lake, or go into town for coffee or a restaurant. The house was the perfect setting for a great weekend, and we'll definitely be rebooking again in the future!

Lakeside Oasis provided not only tranquility with breathtaking lake views that helped calm the pre-wedding stress, but provided an amazing kitchen where I was able to do all of my wedding baking! We traveled from Richmond, VA for our daughter’s wedding, and this house was an absolute pleasure. It provided all the space we needed for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful state of Vermont and Lake Champlain! 10/10 recommended Lakeside Oasis!

Beautiful location on the lake. There was, however, an issue with algae and we were unable to go in the water. We had a Chocolate Lab with us who was also disappointed.
The master bedroom was a great size, but the other two bedrooms were very cramped, but the mattresses were super comfy.
The patio, deck, and deck furniture need a good cleaning and/or updating.
We had a couple of colder days and enjoyed the pool table and games downstairs. The firepit is in an awesome location right at the edge of the water and was fun.
Overall everyone enjoyed the views of the lake and the beautiful Vermont countryside.

The house was nice inside but being 4th of July week it was hot and humid and there was No AC. It was HORRIBLE. We had to go buy fans and our own AC for the master bedroom. Also because you have to leave windows open, tons of bugs and spiders get into the house it was a nightmare . Then we awake on the 3rd morning to find mice droppings and a mouse had eaten threw our food in the cabinets in the kitchen . We had to throw all food away. Mouse droppings found near dogs dish and upstairs bedrooms. Basement very musty from humidity . Grass on the peninsula and front was not cut when we arrived we called guest services. They said someone would call us . No one ever did. The neighbor next door cut the grass . No one Called us back about the mouse droppings and us throwing away all our food either. Instead of a Tesla charging station they should invest in AC. The bright spot was the views and sunset were beautiful and breathtaking.

The house was clean, cozy, beautiful and bright. The views are quite literally breathtaking from inside the house to the outside property. It was so relaxing, so luxurious. We couldn't decide if we wanted to be inside enjoying the home and amenities or outside enjoying the water off our own private dock. The sunrise and sunset every single day was like our of a movie. I was hesitant to give a review because I don't want anyone else to find my new favorite place.

VERY ENJOYABLE vacation property! The only thing that surprised us is the house does not have A/C. If it had been warmer outside, my brother would have been very uncomfortable in the house.

My friends really enjoyed our long weekend here, but there were a few small items that would have made it better. The listing states that there is a “kayak launch”, or 60 foot dock. It should state that the dock is seasonal. We were there towards the end of April and the dock was still stacked by the side of the house. The listing also shows a pool table, but neither of the cues had felt tips so we could not use it. The propane tank on the grill was empty. We contacted Vacasa’s office and were told someone would come and replace it but they never did so I had to go purchase one in town. After our stay I was contacted and told that they would reimburse me the $77 dollars for the tank but that was almost two weeks ago and I haven’t seen that yet. Other than those issues the house is great. The location is perfect and the view of the lake from the master bedroom at sunset is amazing. We will definitely visit Bella Regina again.

The Lakeside Oasis is like a little nugget of luxury. You can't beat the views of Lake Champlain, the proximity to St. Albans, the updated and spacious home, and the many amenities inside. The technology is top-notch (e.g., Roku TV, surround speakers, modern kitchen, USB ports in rooms) and I loved the extra luxuries such as the pool table, video games, DVDs, board games, and more. Clearly this place is much more meant for summer, given the kayak equipment, grill, life jackets, fire pit, etc. However, my guests and I loved it for a winter getaway. I did not want to leave.

Would definitely recommend! We loved this house for our Christmas and NYE break! However, there is no mud room to take off shoes during the winter months but besides that and the power going out the first night we had a great time!

Nice layout of house. Complete kitchen, living room for movies & TV, large outdoor deck an nice gas grill. We had grilled steak dinner on the deck with a beautiful sunset. Lowest floor gameroom is fun for the kids. Dock and peninsula (shared with neighbors) are great for feeling like you're right on the lake. During our visit the lake water level was low and wind from the south meant that algae piled up at the water's edge-- so it wasn't swimmable from shore-- only off the end of the dock, but I went in there and swam out a ways and still found there were vines of algae (not the clear deep water I was hoping for). Upstairs primary bedroom has awesome 180+ degree waterfront view with large windowed/screened in deck area (including rowing machine).

Clean, modern home; incredible view with private lake access. Short drive to great restaurants/cafes. Highly recommend!

The house was spotless and close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is user friendly with up-to-date appliances. A perfect get-away for a long weekend for family with a VT college student with home-cooked meals and time to relax. Spectacular sunsets and views on Lake Champlain. Definitely will plan another visit.

That was the best vacation home experience I have ever had! Such a beautiful location. I see myself booking again and again.

We used this lovely home as our base for riding multiple nearby bike trails. The house has everything we needed - and a view of Lake Champlain from the master suite that made it tough to get out of bed. Thankfully, you could enjoy that view against the backdrop of the changing leaves throughout the first floor and on the deck. Very clean. Great communication.

This home was as pictured, with two large decks to capture the view of the lake. The house was spacious and well designed. Such a nice surprise to find a Tesla charging port!

We loved staying here for a relaxing summer weekend. The lake views at sunset are stunning and the deck, sunroom off the main bedroom, and dock are all perfect places to soak it in. Great place to kayak on Lake Champlain and the house is spacious and very comfortable.

Absolutely amazing location on the lake and a great house.
Primary suite looks out directly onto lake through an all seasons room; ended each day watching a gorgeous sunset over the lake. House was nicely furnished and had lots of modern features.
The kayaks were a fun way to explore the lake. Good location for doing other nature activities, found several nice hiking trails just a short drive away.
Definitely going to book here again soon.

A beautiful home with a new dock & spacious back patio to watch the sunset. The space and amenities made it a very relaxing trip for our family. It was so helpful to have a crib provided. Looking forward to staying here again!
