A lil bit of Austin Country... only 12 minutes from COTA / 20 mins to downtown Austin or 8 mins to Downtown Buda.

The house is nestled on just under five acres of land. Beautiful shade trees. Covered front porch - perfect the morning coffee. A giant back porch with sail shades and ample relaxation seating and watching friends/kiddos play on the swings or play volleyball. If the wind is exactly right - Plenty of room to fly a kite on the back acres.

Be ready to enjoy the stars - enjoy the breeze - sit by the fire pit.

We were amazed at the layout of the home and the space available to fit everyone in my family very comfortably. My daughter,her two boys, and her husband took the large bedroom with the two queen beds and it was perfect for them. My husband and I took the King bedroom and it was perfect for us. My son and my daughter took the other bedrooms. We were able to prepare a chicken salad, a cheese dip, and a fruit salad for my brother's party with plenty of space! Everyone thought the home was wonderful!

We enjoyed our weekend in the Palmer House. Clean and spacious and great space for the whole family to gather. Only knock is it is a little far from Austin city center.

Natalina was an amazing host and the home was perfectly appointed. Anything you can think of, she probably has it for you. Very comfortable beds, the linens were incredibly soft, plenty of towels and toilet paper, dishes and flatware were abundant. This home was a joy to stay in for our daughter’s wedding!

We had a graduation ceremony at Concordia University. A change of venue for the ceremony made this location a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy each other and to serve a celebration meal with a couple of other close friends. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations—the well appointed rooms, the backyard, the pool table, etc. We used the grill and the fire pit.It goes down in our family history as a special memory.

Our trip involved a lot of off-site activities, so we only needed the house for the bedrooms, bathrooms and evening meals. We were more than satisfied with the accomodations. Check-in process was easy, hosts were available when needed, and the location was exactly what we needed.

We were visiting Austin for the eclipse and the house the perfect place to stay. Lovely, well appointed house with everything we needed. The host was particularly accommodating and responsive! When we found out that we needed camp chairs (we flew in), she provided them and included hats, umbrella's and even a small cooler. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the morning. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect. It had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels, bathroom toiletries, comfortable beds, tv in every bedroom and living area. The best home away from gome . Oh and did I mention how clean it was? Well it was really clean. I will definitely book with this host again.

Nice place to hangout or as a hub for visiting the south Austin area. Nice setup with multiple large screen tvs, and a pool table. Nice surprise stock of snacks and plenty of coffee cups. Currently in a quiet area across from a landfill zone but that didn’t impact the stay. Easy access to the freeway about 30 minutes from DT Austin on a typical traffic day but also 30 minutes from Lockhart and San Marcos.

It was more perfect than we imagined! The house is very clean and cozy! The garden is perfect for children to spend time outside! The bar area and ball pool table is a must! and they have the best host you can imagine!

We stayed at Natalina's place for two nights. Before we even arrived, her communication was excellent! Upon arrival, so many small touches made us feel right at home! Even more, our group forgot a few items at checkout, and Natalina went above and beyond to make sure we got those back!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with some friends at this home and the weekend was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we fit very comfortably in the home with all the available beds, roll-out beds and pull-out beds. The home was very clean and very well stocked! I didn't have to worry about if I forgot anything. The backyard is big! We had more than enough room for my friends and me to play lawn games and BBQ all day on Saturday! The rest of the weekend was filled with impromptu dance parties, playing board games and watching movies. Natalina made check-in and check-out super easy. She was on top of communications any time I had any questions and was very accommodating. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this amazing short-term rental and I will absolutely be back!

This house really has everything and more! We 13 women in total stay on the property. There was ample amount of space for us to sleep & plenty of towels. I highly recommend this house for large groups! Natalina was so sweet & helped us with anything we needed!

Great home with so much attention to detail. Perfect location if attending an event at COTA as it’s a short ride to get there. Natalina, the host was very responsive to anything we needed. House is well stocked with pretty much anything you need. We stay in VRBO’s pretty frequently and this one was by far one of the best.

We had a late Christmas celebration over New Year’s weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The house has a great layout with lots of space, a large dining table, and lots of sleeping accommodations. The host was very helpful in explaining the sleeping options. She provided a pack-n-play, bassinet, high chair and baby swing. The large yard and patio was enjoyed by all. Great location. The house was also decorated for Christmas, including a tree! Definitely a 5-star rating!

If you are looking for a fun place for large groups in South Austin, this is it! Newly remodeled throughout with a great kitchen and fun game room with pool table and lots of outdoor activities. We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation from grad school and had the best time. The owner was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Would highly recommend.
