Beautiful, well maintained home in a great neighborhood, situated in an excellent location to see the surrounding sites! Very comfortable beds, wahser Nd dryer, private backyard with patio tabe and firepit. Also well supplied with all you need to cook meals, as well as plenty of towels for showering for our group of 9 that stayed. We would definitely stay again!

This is a very large home in a very nice neighborhood, about 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. The bedrooms were roomy, especially the master, and there was more than enough room for the seven of us. There are 3 full bathrooms with ample towels and more towels were found in the upstairs hall closet. The kitchen was well equipped with 3 coffee makers and all the kitchen tools, pots and pans and dinnerware that we needed. The home is .8 miles from the nearest grocery store (Basha's). We especially liked sitting out in the backyard among the numerous pine trees. The only negative, as stated by others too, the toilet paper is very thin and cheap so you may want to bring your own.

Great neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and both Interstate 17 and 40. It is a large spacious house that is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. There is plenty of space downstairs and in the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is HUGE! The backyard is nice - we even had room to set up corn hole tables. Nice refrigerator which kept everything cold. Good qualtiy washer and dryer.
Things that would be great addititons - black out curtains/blinds in bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, and we did not find additional trash bags for kitchen in the house and with 5 children (ages 9-17) and 3 adults we went through multiple kitchen trash bags during our 7 day stay.
4.0 / 5.0
What was awesome: backyard, fire ring, non-scented detergents used on the linens so nothing smelly to make us allergic, game area, big fridge with a current filter in the water filter, plenty of space!
What could have used work: Internet was inconsistent, house had some minor maintenance issues (master bath tub plug doesn't work, toilet sometimes runs, and one master bath sink has a drip, for instance), cleanliness (there were large ants, smudges on walls, some shelves and things were dusty, and there was dirt and a goldfish cracker on the floor behind the trash in the pantry- we didn't bring those crackers so we know it wasn't ours!), inconsistent supplies (there was plenty of dishwasher detergent and dish soap but no drying rack; there were plenty of plates but only a few glasses, some of which were chipped; trash bags didn't fit the can; knives were all dull.) Air conditioner worked great downstairs but not well upstairs.
Overall, a very roomy place that just needs a bit of attention to be great.

The home was exactly as listed and an excellent place to stay. It was perfect for our family and friends to have their own space but still be all together.

A nice, roomy home in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. We were very comfortable and appreciated the fully fenced in back yard so I could bring my dog.

This was a perfect place for me and my family. Our two grandchildren, ages 14 months and 20 months had a fun time . We ended up moving the coffee table over so they could have more space to play on the rug in front of the sofa. The rug had bits and pieces of popcorn and chips and plastic from something. Had to find the vacuum and clean it up . Vacuum didn’t seem to have a strong suction as I had to literally pick pieces out of the rug in order to get the food partticles . I did inform management about this and they apologized and asked for pictures as I had told them I took pictures of it. The master bedroom tub didn’t have a working plug. Had to improvise.
Overall, the place is great and beds were comfortable. Loved the fact we could park two cars in the garage, as well as the driveway.

This place was a perfect place for a Friendsgiving. The place is much bigger than shown in pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely rebook! Even was dog friendly with a dog door which was a huge plus. Kitchen had the essentials as needed. Tons of board games and a pool table/foosball as well. There was really no complaints about this place.

My elderly father and his wife stayed at this home and it was perfect! They commented that the master bedroom mattress was super comfortable - the best bed they ever slept in. They further enjoyed the fireplace and backyard. They loved it.

Overall, a nice property. However, I feel like they didn't provide enough towels and washcloths for a house this size. They were a bit small too. Also, they skimped on bath soap and there were no tissues to be found.

Our family of 5 stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. We loved how spacious it was! Enjoyed grilling & eating outside in the nice backyard. Nice decks for morning coffee & reading. Our kids enjoyed the pool & foos ball tables. Very nice, safe neighborhood. There is a coffeemaker but would have liked to have had a Keurig too!

We stayed in this wonderful house bc it was central to everything we wanted to do. We did it all and we were always exhausted when we were coming home. There were so many restaurants close to the house so we could pick things up and bring them home. We discovered a 24 hour ihop so it was nice to do very early in the morning bf hikes. They had a kitchen with everything we needed. We never turned on A TV but the WiFi worked. Nice fenced in yard.

Close to all our Flagstaff adventure. Great space for everyone. Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had three couples, and the rooms are all located upstairs. Would have been nice to have known ahead of time, in case climbing stairs was an issue. The bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms had no counter space so it was small and we shared the master bathroom. (Unless one couple wanted to go downstairs to shower and get ready, which we didn’t do) Plan to bring extra paper supplies. Only one roll of paper towels to use for clean up and napkins for 3 days and no tissue box. Kitchen table very narrow for tall people when eating and playing games. Location was nice and quiet. Worked out great for our two little dogs, but they don’t use a doggy door which is provided. The dishwasher made a loud noise periodically when we ran it. Three outlets along sink wall in kitchen not working, but could have been a circuit. We didn’t check since there are plenty of outlets.

Muy acogedora, buen espacio, estadia muy agradable, muy bien equipada. Ampliamente recomendada.

This home was perfect! We have stayed at many Vacasa homes in the past and this by far was our best stay. The listing does not do it justice. No broken or half usable appliances, plenty (I mean plenty) of dish ware, large and small coffee mugs and a huge variety of spices were available for cooking. It is fully stocked with every amenity and no small detail was overlooked. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a walking trail just beyond to the West. 5 minutes to the closest store, which made our stay that much more convenient. We appreciated having the extra space and all of the game tables. Although this home does allow pets, which we typically avoid, it did not have the feeling that any pet was ever in the home. The cleaning company did an exceptional job in making sure that pet hair was not left behind on comforters or in the carpeting. Another pro was that a garage. Remote control was available for use. Homes we have rented in the past will typically have a garage but no remote. This was nice to have for the convenience. We will definitely book another stay here while visiting our daughter at NAU. If I had to list any cons, it would be that there was no Keurig coffee machine. However, there are plenty of coffee brewer alternatives available, as well as coffee grounds and fresh beans with a grinder. There was a slow roaster and a traditional coffee pot. No worries, as we ran to Walmart and purchased a single cup imitation Keurig machine for $20 bucks. Done!

House was great, however it was not plowed from 5' of snow when we arrived. Called cusomer service, and of course, they were backed up with 1 person only plowing the whole city. We waited over 2 hours and decided to shovel ourselves (at ages 74 and 67!) because our family was arriving and we had to get car off street for snowplower. I asked for compensation and have heard nothing. You pay twice the nightly stay in fee for all these services and don't receive them.
5.0 / 5.0
The bedrooms are huge especially the master and other front bedroom with tons of natural light. There are separate downstairs areas for those who want to play games or chill in front of the fire. All the kitchen amenities are provided, even a griddle, pressure cooker and food processor. Nice outdoor area for dogs. Being able to park two cars in the garage was a lifesaver considering we got almost 3 feet of snow.
2.0 / 5.0
The kitchen cabinets prevent you from opening the oven more than an inch or two. The dishwasher has the same problem. There was no way you could safely use the oven.
We were told that someone would come and pick up the trash. It never happened and the outside can was full when we arrived. We tried filling the outside can but our trash became a problem. They had only one trash bag so we had to deal with it.
There is a tiny upstairs bathroom shared by 3 bedrooms. We were 5 kids and 5 adults.

We had an amazing weekend connecting with our family and alumni friends for NAU Homecoming. The house was perfect with a big kitchen and plenty of seating for meals as well as some entertainment for our teenage grandkids. It was close to the University and made it easy to access all the Homecoming fun on campus.

This was a great home with plenty of space for all of us plus more. Quiet location in a nice neighborhood yet close enough to downtown and all the great restaurants and shops.
We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to possibly making this an annual family trip. The only problem? We all wanted to stay longer.

The house is much bigger than it looks in pictures! There were only three of us but we felt like we were in a mansion. House had a nice flow and a great backyard and front yard. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Zero complaints!

Well appointed and large home in a quiet neighborhood that was a great stay for our family, including our well behaved dog.
