Really liked staff who helped and the location was amazing.
Finding it - just needs to be a little clearer on the door buzzer and notice. Once found it was great.

A clean and beautiful room
A very kind owner !
The view on the port was perfect !
Just a bit more privacy during the breakfast would have been nice. The waitress stays just in front of us, checking if we need anything. But of course everybody was very kind !

Clean, staff very friendly. Location was close to port, which was great as we stayed after our cruise. Within 20 minute walk to all major sights.

Very nice view of the harbor from the room and very close to other public transport options. The room was very clean and the breakfast is delicious, also the coffee is very nice.
The elevator works with 5 cent coins. Please let guests know about this so the first time they arrive would not have to climb 8 floors of stairs with heavy bags.

I particularly liked the location, it is very close to the port and the metro station is about 5 minutes by foot. The room was also clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the port area from the balcony. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
The elevator of the building is quite old and could not figure it out.

the owner was extremely rude with me. my flight was delayed and it is a nightmare to find a taxi in naples. I’ve arrived later than the original plan, but it wasn’t my fault. he made me pay 22 euros extra for a place which is already way over the price for what’s worth. I felt scared. I felt mistreated. it’s not a hotel. it’s a bed and breakfast that looks like a cheap motel. I would like that Booking.com takes full responsibility over this. I want a full refund.

The view from my room was beautiful, the room was great, the breakfast very tasty, and the lady of the house was very nice!
There was a bit of a communication gap as the gentleman didnt' know any english. However, I used Google translate and was able to communicate that way. But this was a small issue and not his fault.

The view from the room is just something !
I loved modern design of the room, lights and mirrors that makes the room visually bigger.
The host is very friendly and nice!
Location is very convenient: close to metro, sea port and airport shuttle bus station
Only the street noise

The room is in a building very close to the ports where you can easily take the ferry to anywhere in the area (Naples Gulf area, or Amalfi Coast).
Also very close (5 minutes) are the bus stops to get to Pompeii (I recommend the bus more than the circumvesuvium train).
Also, the Municipio metro station is nearby (5 minutes) from where you connect with Napoli Central Station - Piazza Garibaldi.
The hosts were very welcoming, open and tried to help us with anything we needed.
The room was clean, towels were changed daily or every 2 days.
The view from the balcony of the room was exceptional: how many times do you go to bed or can you wake up looking at the great Vesuvius?
We did not manage to have breakfast every day (we leave early and always on the run to the objectives of the day), although the hosts were extremely kind. But the breakfast was rich and diverse, and the coffee very good (as only in Italy / Naples can be!)
Nothing in particular.
Maybe pillows could be more comfortable, but this is a personal preference.
Do not be disarmed by the vicinity of the building or the appearance of the walls or by some people in the area. It is Naples! But everything is safe! I walked the streets in the late hours, I got to the room after midnight and everything is safe.
The hosts will give keys to all the doors and explain everything to you. Will be fine!

We stayed in Napoli for two nights. The apartment is quite big with two separate rooms (so kids could sleep separately), well lit, very clean, very comfortable... The beds were really comfortable; in the first room, there is a balcony facing another building across the side street, and the second room has a big window - it offers a beautiful view of the port of Napoli. The bathroom might be the only weak point of this apartment - conditionally speaking. Nothing wrong with it - only maybe a bit small. The air-conditioning works perfectly - which was very important since our visit was in mid-July (it was well over 30 degrees C on the day we arrived, and since it's a coastal city, the humid air makes things even worse...).
Vicenzzo (the host) was very kind - he has a very positive personality! He was making us a fantastic espresso every morning, and cacao for the kids... On the day of our arrival, we parked (shortly) in front of the entrance to the building, emptied the luggage from the car and took it to the apartment, and then Vicenzzo accompanied me to drive the car to the secure parking.
The secure parking that we took is cca. 200 meters (yards) away - which was not very convenient due to the summer heat (still, not complaining!). But at least it was not overpriced (Vicenzzo negotiated the price - so we paid 30 Euro for two days).
Vicenzzo also recommended us a nice restaurant (directly behind the building where the apartment is located) - it turned out to be a really good place and we had a lovely family dinner there!
We chose the apartment due to it's location (it's located directly across the port), since we wanted to take the morning ferry to Capri for a day-trip. It takes literally only 5 minutes from the moment one exits the apartment until you have the ferry ticket in your hands :)
At the end, I can say that the apartment was our safe haven in Napoli. Highly recommended!
There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment (except that the secure parking is not closer).
The things that we didn't like have to do with the city - Napoli is not the cleanest city, lots of broken streets, crazy traffic - the worst I have seen so far - nobody follows any rules... and I come from a country where people drive like crazy, so you can imagine how bad it is in Napoli when even I was shocked.
Our day-trip to Capri was also disappointing - the architecture is quite basic and soulless, the traffic is kind of chaotic - really bad small overcrowded busses (with no AC) driving through very narrow streets; in addition to that the small "trucks" (used for delivering goods to the shops, restaurants...) run through the pedestrian-only streets every second (why don't they do it overnight?!) which is super annoying, especially during such hot days... The beach (Marina Piccola) was disappointing as well - though, we have had a phenomenal pizza in the beach-restaurant... To be honest, we didn't really have time to do any hiking across Capri (nor the wish to do it on such hot weather) - if we did, maybe the impressions would be better.
At least the last morning in Napoli was really nice - we finally had a nice walk through Napoli (through the nice little pedestrian streets with lots of cafés, souvenir-shops, old churches...), and we really felt the spirit of the place. So much amazing street art, graffiti... But I guess the best part of Napoli are its amazing people, with all their passion for life :)

Everything was excellent!!! We’re very happy that we stayed in skyhouse bervello. They made you feel like home. Owners are so nice, they make sure that you have everything that you need. They gave the best restaurants recommendation.
The view is beautiful and you’re by the port, you have a lot of restaurants and stores near by.
Breakfast was awesome, they take really good care of you!!!

Staff was VERY friendly- but did not speak English so was hard to understand (my problem, not theirs)
The room was very clean and nice.
Great location to be close to ferry if going elsewhere but not nice for exploring.
Actual "hotel" was hard to find. Was in a large building on a random floor and you needed to be let in by staff. Arrived late and wanted to go out for food but just stayed in the room because of the key system.
