L’aspect ancien du bâtiment (pierres apparentes). Propreté. Petit déjeuner.
Calme de la rue.
Emplacement.

Easy to find, parking possibilities, friendly and clean.
Narrow, steep steps up to 2nd. Floor.
The room.and bathroom are small, but excellent for one night

Excellent location, handy to parking, railway and the town centre. Cosy rooms, great shower, really friendly staff. Air-conditioning which is great in summer.
A little dated but very comfortable.

We did not have breakfast
Great position
Fredrick was a delight and very obliging
Room lovely
We had a family room for 2 of us and just enough room would have been thighs in a smaller room
No refrigerator or coffee making facilities
There was a kettle in breakfast room open 7am-8pm
No coffee tea unless you had breakfast

Comfort of beds. Staff friendly. Secure site.
No amenities in room - soap was in small packages that was too small to wash yourself with. Parking was extra - I thought it was included.

One of my favourite stays in France. The lobby/reception area was quite lovely and there were a few friendly cats casually hanging around as well. The hotel was superb and had comfortable beds. It was also located close to all the attractions; everything was within walking distance. Also, be sure to visit the Irish Pub right on the corner as their food was brilliant.

Excellent, large and varied breakfast. Air conditioning. Quiet room.
Lots of stairs, but we were forewarned. Lack of close long term parking.

Great location
Friendly and very Helpful staff
As a budget hotel it met the expectations
You can hear everything from the 2 upstairs rooms - so that is not ideal

The location is great! Near all the restaurants and sights.
Staiircase is narrow..hard to carry up luggage.

The hotel and its owners provided its guests with a great stay, comfy and very cool rooms and bathrooms. the Hosts were also very informative, taking the time with us guests to explain a little about Avignon and what we should have a look for.
A great cute and vintage hotel in Avignon

Such a cosy small place, wery warm and welcoming! Room was small, quiet and clean. If there was a small fridge, it would become perfect, but yet a perfect option for a short stay. Btw, location is 10/10 and good both for chilling and celebrating life)

The owners are super nice and helpful. They don’t have parking but we could leave the car in front of the premise for the night. Great location to reach the center
The bathroom of the room was disappointing, very different from the pictures in the webpage. Very humid and without shower plate so remained wet for the whole stay

the host Frederick was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. wished we had been able to stay longer.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. the room was comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. The hotel was central in Avignon and we could easily walk to the shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.
The bathroom was a little small although it was functional

Excellent communication prior to and during the visit. The host was kind enough to let us leave a small suitcase with them for a week (while we were hiking in Provence). The host also gave us advice on sightseeing, trains, etc. The room was spotless! We had the "superior" room with a private bath. It was just large enough with a comfortable bed and a tiny terrace where we could leave the window open for the evening air. The bath was excellent -- a standup shower and large sink and ample towels.
Great location, too. A short walk from the train station and the bus station. It's location within the walls of the old town meant that everything was close -- and still it was a quiet location.
It was an excellent value and I would absolutely stay there again.
Nothing could have been better. At this price point it exceeded our expectations.

excellent location. near everything, including a five minute walk to the center train station. from there you can take a five minute train to the TGV station.
hallways need a bit of updating. we stayed here maybe 10 years ago and nothing in the public areas has changed. our room though was wonderful.

Small independent hotel with perfect location close to the train station. Family run and extremely friendly and helpful owner who gave us very useful tips for our visit in Avignon. We got upgraded to a large family room. Breakfast menu looked very tasty even though we left too early in the morning to enjoy it.
You better be fit to move your luggage to the second floor. But that was really a minor concern for us.

Location close to Avignon train station and around the corner to Tourism centre's where all group tours start.
The room itself is below average-small, dark, lighting was not enough, not a single drawer in the room, nowhere to put your small things, I e rings, cash etc.Hair dryer is not in the room so you need to ask for it.
Towels were off-white to politely put. We have been given one tiny piece if soap for 5 nights which we used after 2 and it was not been replaced so we bought our own plus shampoo for our needs.

The owner was very hospitable and helpful.
The room was very nice. Lovely crisp white clean sheets, good aircon, spacious, good bathroom, cute little outdoor space and full length mirror (which is something that is often missing in smaller French hotels or guesthouses and is needed if u are visiting to attend a wedding or something and getting dressed up!)
The hotel was also in an excellent location. Easy to walk to with luggage from the train and then it’s only a super quick walk into everything you might want in Avignon.
The extractor fan ventilation in the bathroom was quite loud and was an auto timer which could not be turned off manually (so far as I could tell). It stayed on a bit too long after leaving the bathroom. It was annoying but definitely not something that would keep me from returning to stay at the hotel again.
The hotel corridors could do with a lick of paint and better lighting. They are a bit dingy. The room was in excellent condition though which was main thing.
