Seasonal rental of 2 wooden villas with swimming pool in the South of Corsica (Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio).

2 independent Villas with 3 bedrooms and each its own private swimming pool, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

Located on the edge of the forest (Natural Park of Corsica), quiet in the middle of the maquis, with a very beautiful mountain view of the Bavella massif (Albareddu), the villa remains close to the sea and the beaches.
The Cavu river is 500m away, with its natural pools.
Hiking nearby, all levels.

Composition :
2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, fitted kitchen, dining/living room with convertible sofa.

Outside, enclosed wooden terrace with private swimming pool (5m/2.5m by 1m50 deep), garden furniture and 2 deckchairs.

Private car park - WiFi

5€/pers sheets and towels (1 small and 1 large).
air conditioning: 50€/week
Deposit 500€ (check or bank transfer)
Final cleaning in addition (75€)
Small dog accepted after agreement.

Weekly rental, all year round, from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 9 a.m. Possibilities for short stays and arrival/departure on another day depending on availability (contact us)

Super semaine, la piscine est légèrement petite pour 8 mais avec le nombre de chose à faire dans les environs ce n'est vraiment pas pénalisant ! Manque aussi un vrai four mais vue la taille de la villa, je pense que c'est normal et au final le four micro-ondes fait l'affaire. Victor

You have a super view to the close mountains and even to the sea (in the far) from the house. We enjoyed the stay very much, Olivier was very kind and responsive. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a barbecue, an umbrella and beach toys for the little ones.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the decking was absolutely stunning and the kids really loved the outdoor pool. It was close to the beach and the mountains and yet was very peaceful and relaxing. The owners were friendly and welcoming and we would love to go back.

Magnifique villa ! très bien entretenue , cadre géo superbe, on s'est senti comme à la maison...pendant 15 jours Les propriétaires sont formidables, tres acceuillants et très sympathiques. Idéalement situé , proche la mer, des commodités mais tout au calme, loin de la faune touristique... Un havre de Paix que je vous recommande vivement, vous ne serez pas décus! Belle maison en bois très bien équipée et confortable. Livret d accueil et conseils bienvenus quand on ne connait pas la région. La rivière du cavu est tout simplement magique, bien que la plage ne soit pas mal non plus. Le petit plus : les jouets mis a disposition pour notre bébé.

Nous sommes venus hors saison pour profiter de plus de calme. Bien qu'en automne, nous avons pu bénéficier du temps clément de la Corse en cette période. La journée, il faisait encore 22-23°c et nous pouvions prendre notre déjeuner en terrasse, ce qui est très agréable. Très belles promenades (recommandées par le propriétaire) à faire dans la vallée de San Martinu et nous avons même été faire trempette dans la mer :)

Our family of five persons spent three wonderful weeks in Casa di Legnu. We enjoyed this wonderful, comfortable villa so much! Everything was very clean, the kitchen has everything you'll ever need. The villa is very tastefully furnished, with a lot of nice little details. I especially enjoyed the lots of glasses and dishes- often in vacation rentals you have only six glasses and six peaces of dishes available and are permanently cleaning.

Réservation facile et rapide par téléphone avec le propriétaire. Villa tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Villa très bien équipée, aucun ustensile ne manque. Très bon séjour, le calme et le confort n'invite pas à quitter la maison. La météo est encore très bonne en cette période (27°c). Très bon accueil de Nathalie sur place
