Superb

The location of the hotel is excellent if you rent a car. Close to excellent beaches and bays. The city of Rhodes is a 20-minute drive, I recommend it for an evening walk. Friendly staff. A full cleaning is done every three days, but the garbage is removed almost every day. There was a terrace with a good view. There is a hairdryer, cold and hot water, toilet paper, air conditioners, refrigerator, kettle, mosquito nets on the windows, free parking. Towels are changed every three days. Before arrival, a baby cot was provided upon request. Since we arrived late, there was no one at the reception, a piece of paper was glued to the adhesive tape indicating the name and number. There was a key in the door of the room. The room lived up to expectations.

When we first checked into the room there was an odd smell. Apparently the room has not been ventilated for a long time. After we ventilated and bought a fragrance, the smell went away. There were minor flaws, but in general everything is fine.

Everything was perfect

All the apartments were new and clean, all the rooms have 3 beds so guests have plenty of space. The staff is incredibly nice, they are up to all your requests. Special mention to Despina, one of the hosts, she took care of all our needs with a smile on her face 😀 There's a mini market on the ground floor which is very useful if you need anything. The studios don't have a swimming pool, but guests can go to another studio's pool that is very close to this one.

If you don't have a car and you don't feel like walking, moving through the island could be a bit difficult, but anywhere you stay I recommend renting a car because the island is very big.

Good to travel with small kids

the place is wonderful, 5 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes to the Waterpark, the supermarket on the ground floor, near is good restaurant with the good price and swiming pool. The room was really clean and every 3 days it was really good clean again. We were living on the ground flour with balcon. It was wonderful to have breakfast and suppers there. Really lovely staff!

Lovely family run hotel, with an incredibly kind host.

Lovely family run hotel, with an incredibly kind host. Room is a good size and comfortable, has all basic cooking equipment provided for you. There is a big Smart TV in the room, and my balcony overlooked the swimming pool of the adjacent hotel. The location is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and the strip. A great stay

A nice stay in Faliraki a bit away from the main tourist area

The apartment is a good five minutes walk away and has a nice beach bar with tasty food and a children playground which came handy. We like nice hot coffee in the morning and as there was little kitchenware in the apartment the young man working there was nice enough to lend us a coffee pot. The day there was power outage due to forest fires we arrived to the apartment late in the evening and immediately a little girl showed at the door to give us a flashlight. That was nice.

WiFi didn't work at all. I was under impression a nearby pool was available only to find out it belonged to the next door hotel.

Very good

Everything was great.. pretty quiet , confi room, large space, nice big tv, safebox, Aircon available without extra cost and very decent balcony size. Next door a swimming pool available with a lovely lady and very close to Faliraki center, around 20 min walking i was having my motorbike..Great value for money

Two weeks on the sea

A lot. Sea and pool are ready for use. It's peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Room is comfy and spacious. Very friendly people around, they really do the good job. Thanks a lot for wonderful holidays

Not a lot. There r some small shops not too far, but the best is AB supermarket, that's long walk. Shop in the hotel didn't work while we stood there, would be easier to buy water and heavy things from there No cooker instructions, it takes time to get used. No microwave. But it's not that disadvantages, it is still cool hotel

I would recommend the accommodation, very helpful and kind staff there.

We received an apartman for 4 people. Really spacious, nice balkony overlooking the pool and palmtrees and the hills located very close to the building. ( it is possible to climb the hill and you will get a fantastic view over the seas. ) We alos liked the kitchen equipment, had enough plates, cutlery, medium size of fridge and the best was a little electric oven in which we could prepare frozen products, like spinach pie, frozen seafood. We liked the fact that the accommodation is located away from the noisy city centre, however, is reachable within 10-15 minutes, nice walk in the evening. Supermarket is nearby, beaches are near the accommodation. Housekeeper comes every day, changing the garbage bag, moping a bit. Every 2 days she changed towels.

Only 1 negative experience: in the bathroom, the end of the shower curtain hanging in the shower tub was discoloured, however, it is not a big thing for us, it happens at home, as well.
