We always stay at Las Palmas when traveling down to Baja. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The property is lovely and the restaurant is actually very good. The sometimes have pretty good live music too.

Being in Mexico is fun!
Not close access to beach. Shower water was hot and then cold no medium. The price was high for what we got.
4.1
It was quiet with a nice outdoor area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good.
Door latches in the room not working. Gym was less than desirable. Described as a 4 minute walk to beach, actually 20 minutes.

The Alfredo restaurant is Gourmet!!
Room on the expensive side for size and age.

Great restaurant and bar. We also ate breakfast out on the patio in the morning.
Wi-fi was weak in the hotel room.

Did not stay after seeing room. Bed was hard as a board, and we found another more comfortable hotel.
The bed!

I stay there all the time. Time in Loreto, business in the US. Secure with a gated property. Muy importante. The restaurant, Adolfo, is excellent. Very frequently have great live music. The rooms are freaking cold though.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday, January 1, which was not noted on your website...so we expected to be able to eat dinner there. Luckily, the chef was in the office when we asked about the closure, and he offered to make us a quick pasta dinner (since he said most places in town would probably also be closed), and it was delicious!! He "save the evening" for us!!!
There was no hot water for showers in the morning. That was VERY disappointing.

Beds and Alfredos were great. Single pane windows were bad!
Single pane windows you can hear everything outside

it was clean and the beds were comfortable it was close to highway 5
the restaurant was closed on New Year and Jan 2 as well. The only reason we chose this place was the restaurant reviews No prior disclosure as to the restaurant being closed

did not eat breakfast there as we left before it opened. Location was great
we had COLD showers. after taking minimalist showers for weeks during stay in Bahia de los Angeles, we were looking for a Hot shower. we only had cold water

Beds, pillows, AC, nice area.
First, Tv contro didn't work maintenance had to change it 3 times. Second, Restaurant waiter unprofessional, no customer service, had to remind the manager twice on our breakfast order, waiters have attitude no manners, rude. third fix your speakers they suck! Finally,Waiters need to be professional at all times and smile to the guest, receptionist hotel was not friendly will not come again to this hotel! They charge you $10 extra just just for key and remote no thank you. I don't recommend this hotel at All, The vibe and energy that I got was negative and was unpleasant experience worst hotel ever!

There was no breakfast. I did have drinks and dinner and the restaurant is exceptional. The staff was friendly. The rooms were not comparable to the cost. They were basic. Also I had an allergic reaction likely due to the pillow.
The rooms were lacking. No mini fridge, no coffee maker, they did have ac and tv.
