About this apartment rental

Take a refreshing dip in the private pool while you enjoy the glorious views of the Chianti vineyards and countryside from this farmhouse in the hills of Montespertoli. On hot, Tuscan days, make a fresh drink with the juicer, then cook some fresh, local produce on the barbecue and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a bottle of Chianti on the shaded terrace. Later, challenge one of your group to a game of table tennis or have a match on the boules court. Though the exterior is traditional, inside, you'll find a mix of modern interiors coupled with character features such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. This home is split into two apartments, so it's perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for their own space and privacy. When you're ready to explore, go for a wine tour or discover the medieval walled town of Certaldo, which is around a fifteen-minute drive away. Or head to San Gimignano, which is 23 kilometres, and the splendour of Florence is 35 kilometres from this charming home. Home truths: *This home consists of two separate apartments – there’s a bedroom, kitchen and living/dining room on the ground floor, and a further two bedrooms with their own kitchen and living/dining room on the upper floor *Guest seven would be on a sofa bed in the living room *A cot and high chair are available on request *The fenced swimming pool is open from May to September *Access to this home is via 1.5 kilometres of unpaved road *There's a linen change once a week *There are insect screens here *Please note, beach towels are not included *The homeowner lives within the grounds *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay *Florence Airport is 23 kilometres away
