Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow, Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.
Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45” flat screen TV. Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings. Host owners are close by.

We loved our stay at this beautiful comfortable cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The outdoor area is lovely. The owners were kind, communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable with beautiful homes and large open streets and sidewalks. Great location close to town. We really can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Super cute property. Very clean. Many options for seating areas, etc. Great outside spaces when weather is nice. Kitchen well equipped.
Only feedback would be for the owners to consider adding some kid friendly chips! Would stay here again.

When we drove up, we were so surprised the house looked just like the picture. Inside was the same way! Loved the furnishings and how it looked like someone actually lived there. I love how this historic home has been modernized, but still had the integrity of the age of the home. Original door knobs, door latches, lovely squeaky wood floors. The back yard looked like an English garden. Landscaping was so nice.
I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. Felt right at home when we first walked in. Hope to come back to Colorado Springs again next summer. We will definitely rent this property again. This is a house that has had a lot of TLC.

We had a great stay at 15E. The house has a lot of interesting touches. The kitchen had essentials for cooking so we were able to do a grocery run and make two good dinners, one using the gas grill. Great location for runners/walkers right near beautiful greenway trail.

We arrived after dark and the house was lit and the lock box was easy to open. We were greeted by soft cozy lighting and welcomed beds.
We spent a lot of time on the back patio as well as the enclosed front porch. Greg and Lonnie were easy to get ahold of and they left us a delicious coffee cake that we enjoyed in the mornings. The location was perfect. We walked the neighborhood all the way to downtown. The Lime scooters were easy to find, we used them to go to The Tasty Freeze and the grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

We were celebrating a mutual 38 year wedding anniversary with friends and chose this wonderful bungalow as our home base while in CO Springs. It was clean, towels were soft, water pressure was good, and communication with Greg was easy. From the description, it was hard to determine where the 2nd bedroom was and we assumed that the 2nd bedroom was connected to the 2nd bathroom. The two very comfortable bedrooms are actually connected to a Jack and Jill bath on the main floor with the 2nd bath in the basement. It worked out fine but would have liked to know going in how the layout was.
It was really hot in CO Springs when we were there and the air conditioning kept up fine. The location was perfect with easy access to Manitou Springs, Garden of Gods, 7 Bridges trail, downtown and other attractions.
If you are in CO Springs and looking for a good Chinese dinner, we can highly recommend the Shangri-La Restaurant up north. Of course, you have to sample Josh and John's ice cream.

A beautiful property in a quiet location. Every room is completed to a high standard and the house is stocked with all you need. The tv room, laundry and second bathroom are downstairs but it works well as the living areas on the ground floor are spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The sun room in particular is lovely for a morning coffee. Nothing negative to say and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay and the property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, beds are super comfortable, garden/backyard is an absolute zen haven, and the home is located close to tons of great restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend!

We were in town for AF Academy graduation and other activities…it was a charming location with easy access to everything we needed! The house was super clean and quite comfortable. The owners had the Keurig coffee stocked and a lovely coffee cake waiting from a popular Dutch bakery, we so appreciated that extra touch as we got in late our first night! We hope to be able to come back and explore more!! Thank you!

This VRBO was peaceful, blissful,restful and delightful. Part of me doesn't want to tell "you", so I can keep it to myselft. ;)
The owners were welcoming and easy to contact and be in touch with.
The home is spotless, and tastefully updated and modern. All the upgrades are high quality work. For this season the Christmas decor was over the top.
We enjoyed it so much we were tempted to skip seeing family, which was the reason for our visit. ;)
I will definitely consider staying again when in the area.
The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet.
Parking on the street was easy.

We were in town for our child’s parents weekend at CC. Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect distance to the school and downtown.
House is in great shape. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. Modern kitchen and great backyard .

After much research and based on previous reviews we booked this house for our family of 4 summer trip to CS. It did not disappoint! The house was perfect for us. Our girls loved the downstairs area. It had everything we needed to cook our Hello Fresh meals we brought along. The hosts left us a welcome note and delicious coffee cake on arrival. The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The back patio has a retractable awning that we loved. Ate our dinner outside on the patio two nights! Thank you Greg and Lonnie for opening up your home to us! We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I celebrated our 45th anniversary this year. Our first 18 months of marriage we lived in Colorado Springs. We wanted to "go back" and this property was an excellent choice. Lonnie and Greg were great hosts and the Old North End is fabulous. I would stay here again.

Other than the downstairs bathroom (both bedrooms upstairs with a Jack and Jill bath), the house was perfect! It is very nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoors setup is delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the most adorable house and was perfect to stay at. The owners were very pleasant to work with and very helpful. I will be back again to stay here because it is in a perfect neighborhood and also close to the airforce academy where my nephew is at. I highly recommend this house for anyone to stay at you will love it.

Greg and Lonnie have created the best-appointed and welcoming space we've rented in all our years of business travel: they left a beautiful coffee cake and nice welcome note, provided a full spice rack, oils & vinegars, plus pantry basics like gluten free soy sauce, cans of tuna and beans, plus Emergen-C packets, quality cookware and kitchen supplies. All this and SO many comfortable places to relax and rest.
Since we were colleagues with the other couple we shared with, it was fantastic to have both the office and other areas to work, as well as comfortable gathering areas.
The back yard is stellar! There are lovely plants, flowers, and a waterfall that attracts loads of birds. They provide multiple cozy chairs that dried rapidly after rain, and a large umbrellaed picnic table to share meals.
Best of all, they are super responsive and nearby in case you need anything. We hope to be able to rent again next time we’re in Colorado Springs!

We loved the beauty and comfort of the property. However, we expected that with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, there would be 1 bathroom near each bedroom. Thus, we were surprised that the primary bathroom was between 2 bedrooms. One couple had to use the downstairs bathroom. However the conveniences of the property made up for inconvenience of bathroom situation.

The house was very lovely. It was perfect for our family and friends We had a small gathering and they had everything you would need. Extra chairs, space indoors and outdoors, great kitchen for all to walk around and get their food.
We were so happy to have been able to stay here. This was a perfect location to USAFA. The house had everything we needed. Tho use was decorated and taken care of - it has been loved.

We were in town for USAFA's Parent's Weekend and stayed a little longer to help our son. This house has a special memory for our son since it is where he stayed before reporting for I Day. Now he is a senior! His favorite thing about this house is the back yard oasis...resplendent with flowering pots and a beautiful trickle fountain! I found him on A Day in the bed checking it out it was so fascinating to him! I have to say that is my favorite spot too! It is obvious the owners love to garden and want to treat their guests too! Everything about the house is lovely inside too! Such an enjoyable relaxing place to stay within a wonderful safe neighborhood! Will return again I am sure before our son graduates!

The property was an excellent and wonderful place to enjoy the week in Colorado Springs. From the (delicious) coffee cake that was provided to welcome us to the property to the well stocked kitchen it was a pleasure to stay here. The landscaping was beautiful and added to the relaxing environment of the house. Location was central to Colorado Springs with easy access to all parts of town. We'd definitely look to stay again if we return to the Springs.

A lovely week long stay. Owner was very responsive with any issue no matter now small. Residence is beautiful and is in a safe and amazingly convenient location. The blooming flowers and immaculate landscaping of the patio area was a joy. This should be the standard for any Vrbo.

A Pefect Home-Away-from Home Experience
To our host we send kudos beyond measure! An absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed home was the perfect location for our weekend visit in Colorado Springs. The property description does not do justice to what is offered...but then, one would have to experience this nearly perfect small home to gain full appreciation. We can register no complaints nor offer suggestions. We can only express thanks for a setting in which to experience some of the best that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Forget a hotel, this is the place to stay!
We were in town visiting our son and daughter-in-law. We love our visits to the Springs. We ended up having several family members for a cook out on the gorgeous patio. We always bring a few things with us but we sure didn’t need to. They had everything you can imagine available. The Old North End is our absolute favorite place to stay, the homes are beautiful. The front porch with the three leather chairs were my son’s favorite place to hang out with a good book. We would love to be able to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a delightful neighborhood
We throughly enjoyed staying at this home for a long weekend in Colorado Springs. The photos on the website do not do this property justice. The home is throughly charming, with every amenity you would need to feel like you are in your own home! The owners went above and beyond and had a delicious coffeecake waiting for us with a personal note. The home is perfectly located to everything we wanted to see. Walking the historic neighborhood in the mornings was a real treasure, as well as the running trail we stumbled upon our last morning. Don't think twice about reserving this home, you won't regret it. The only thing you will regret is when you have to leave.
