Hotel undergoing much needed renovations. Avoid.

The host was pleasant and friendly.

The room was advertised as €60. However, it actually cost €70. This rate was expensive, relative to much better hotels. The mattresses were old, damp and extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. The room was damp and smelled damp. No air-conditioning. The windows don't close. With this in mind, €70 per night is too expensive.

A stayable night

The localization was great. The staff was kind. The rooms were clean.

The shower wasn't working properly, the toilet although very clean when you would sit was unstable. I didn't like the fact that my personal information was on a book, anyone could steal said book. In our room, only one of the windows could close, the other didn't have anything to close with, and the outside was climbable.

I recommend if looking cheap accommodation.

The location is very good. Staff are helpful. The cheapest hotel in Caldas.

After 12 o'clock at night, the doors of the hotel close. There are few sockets in the room, the bed is not very comfortable.

Bathroom was included in the flat. It was situated close to the city centre. We didn't hear any other visitors. The night here for two was for 40 euros.

Realy small uncomfortable room with realy small bathroom without hot water. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. It couldn't be paid by card ONLY in cash.

Probably the worst property I have ever stayed in!Very old property, very badly taken care of. No hot water in the shower, no toilet paper available. and the premises looked dirty and in a very dubiously maintained.

Noisiest hotel from 0430 , they set upthe market stalls every morning . Old and run down . Can’t pay with credit carf

On point for the cost

24 hour staffing of reception and location proximity to town centre

The use of perfumed sticks, I found the fragrances to be a little overpowering. Parking isn't a problem but it is public and some 300mtrs from the hotel.

Location and price

Really very old mattress, very uncomfortable and the receptionist (Nepalese) tried to give me wrong change for my 50 euros bill, if I haven't looked and counted the exchange he would have overcharged me and I do believe he is trying this with other people!!pay attention.

a place just to sleep at

Location is amazing

However, the hotel is very outdated. Everything is very old and questionable. The towels given were with stains, one ripped. No toiletries in the bathroom. The curtains had mold and dirt on them. Staff very questionable. The space has a lot of potential but it need a lot of changes.
