About this house rental

This exclusive comfortable holiday house of 215 m2 with a private pool set in a 950 m2 tropical garden is located on a gentle slope covered with lush green palm trees and overlooks the beautiful seawater lagoon Guarairas. The paradise white sandy beaches of Tibau do Sul, Praia do Madeiro, and Praia da Pipa are very close and easy to reach. The villa is very spacious and carefully decorated with colonial-style furniture. All parts of the house have Internet access. The hall, kitchen, and living form a large open space. Vitreous doors of the living are open to the porch and the swimming pool. The porch has dining furniture and sofas. On the ground floor, the house has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning. They have large king-size beds. One further single bed can be added upon request in each bedroom. On the 1st floor, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed. On the ground floor are 2 bathrooms. One is very large and has a bathtub. The house is wheelchair friendly as the ground floor is spacious and has no steps. When the day turns into night you may watch beautiful sunsets from the porch. The bedroom suite in the Anexo is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The bathroom has a shower.

Uma das melhores casas que alugamos nos últimos tempos. Desde o contato e negociação com o proprietário, sempre muito atenciosos e com respostas rápidas, até nossa estadia nesta casa maravilhosa. Da para observar os cuidados nos mínimos detalhes. Casa muito limpa e aconchegante e completa de tudo, com taças para bebidas, utensílios de cozinha, toalhas que foram trocadas durante os dias que estivemos por lá, Tudo muito bom! Erika, sempre muito prestativa e atenciosa. Enfim, só temos elogios para este pedacinho de paraíso na terra.

A beautifull well equipped villa, the pictures are 100% correct. Erica, the friendly lady housekeeper and her husband who takes care of the garden and the pool, live nextdoor, everything was kept spotless. Little monkeys waked us up early morning, birds come to bath in the pool, small lizards, geckos and young frogs all over the premisses...…. We do recommend to hire a car, can be parked on own ground. We hated to leave…………….

I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and this one is by far the best. The house is well designed, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Its spotless clean when you arrive and the staff who live in the premises make sure it’s kept clean every day during the stay. They also help with groceries and any information you need about the beaches, transportations and restaurants. But the most charming spot is the deck that opens to a beautiful pool. I can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

We loved our holidays at casa por do sol. Everything was spotless clean and the owners have a very good taste for Decoration and Ambiance. The pool area was just amazing with a very beautiful view. Erica who takes care of the house is very sweet and can help you with anything you need. The area of Tibau do Sul is also a paradise. We are going to miss a lot the house and the area and we can’t wait to go back.

A casa é belíssima, assim como as fotos nos mostram. Ambiente aconchegante com mobília confortável. A cozinha é muito bem equipada com utensílios de boa qualidade e com muitos pratos e talheres disponíveis. Todos os equipamentos estavam funcionando e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo pessoal que cuida da casa. A piscina e o jardim estavam sempre limpos e bem cuidados assim como Érica estava sempre disponível para deixar a casa arrumada caso precisássemos. As camas são confortáveis e os lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade. Nos sentimos em casa. O único problema é a churrasqueira que fica longe da área de convivência da casa, mas não nos atrapalhou e os quartos, por possuírem o pé direito bastante alto, não deixam o ar condicionado gelar muito, mas dormimos com uma temperatura agradável sem nenhum incomodo. Com certeza seria um lugar para voltar várias vezes!!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit schitterende huis (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen). De boeking verliep vriendelijk en makkelijk. Het huis was schoon en erg mooi en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is zeer uitgebreid en groot. De bedden op de benedenverdieping zijn groot en liggen heerlijk. Het zwembad was mooi en schoon en vanaf de verranda heb je een schitterend uitzicht. In de tuin komen regelmatig mooie vogels, zoals kolibries. Ook zagen we aapjes in de bomen naast het huis. De beheerders zijn erg vriendelijk en houden het huis en zwembad schoon. Tibau heeft een aantal restaurantjes en een goede en grote supermarkt. De pizzeria op de weg vlakbij het huis is erg goed. Op het strand van Tibau kan je ook heerlijke vis eten in de middag. 's Avonds gaan de restaurants op het strand dicht. In Pipa zwemmen er dolfijnen in de zee, we hebben ze heel vaak gezien! In Baixio is Big Blue Waterpark, erg leuk met kinderen (1,5 uur met de auto). De autotocht er naar toe is ook erg mooi. Fazenda Tupi is een mooi en bijzonder restaurant op een half uur rijden. Het staat ook op TripAdvisor. In Pipa zijn erg veel gezellige restaurantje en winkeltjes. Ook is het ecopark erg leuk om te wandelen. Het ligt tussen Tibau en Pipa aan de hoofdweg. We really recommend this house to everyone!!!! It was our best stay of a 5 weeks vacation in Brazil.

La casa está muy bien, tiene 2 dormitorios matrimoniales amplios, con aire acondicionado y un estar en el segundo piso con hasta 7 camas. La cocina es amplia y bien equipada. La piscina es de buen tamaño. Todo recomendable, lo único malo es que la parrilla está muy lejos del sector de la piscina/comida.
