Good value.

Location was good. Minor issue with the toilet was dealt with promptly. Clean and although small good use of the space. The pin no. entry was good.

Shower very small and with a slippery base was a bit unnerving.

The property was in a good location and not far from Cardiff City centre, The room was very nice with comfortable beds. :)

The private Bathroom we had in our room was way too small and we didn’t have enough coffee supplies. :(

Caro pelo custo/benefício.

Toalhas macias. Travesseiros bons. Secador de cabelo no quarto. Próximo estação de trem. Relativamente fácil localizar. Funcionário Josh, muito eficiente, enviou instruções previamente sobre como entrar na casa e acessar o quarto. No dia seguinte à minha chegada, foi gentil em passar informações sobre a região. Chaleira elétrica e sachês de chá e café disponíveis. Tomada ao lado da cama.

Colchão bem gasto, com molas e espuma vencida (isto foi bem desconfortável!). Barulho de algum motor ligando e desligando toda hora, à noite, não sei se era caldeira de água. Sem água quente na pia do banheiro. Não sabia como ligar o aquecedor, não havia ninguém para perguntar quando cheguei e não vi instruções de manuseio. Me senti insegura em passar frio à noite. Saí do meu país com 31⁰, chego em Cardiff com 8⁰. Box p tomar banho apertado. Não tive problema, mas uma pessoa maior possivelmente terá dificuldade p tomar banho. Iluminação fraca para estudar à noite, mesmo acendendo todas as luzes possíveis do quarto.

Amazing stay at WiseStay

The room is amazing, it is very clean and tidy. The owner describes exactly as the factual room. The location is in the heart of Cardiff about 10 minutes walk to Cardiff Central Station

Josh was brilliant very helpful directing us to food outlets ect would definitely stay again view of river taff lovely location brilliant

Good value, good location

Good location, spacious room, good value There is a food market across the road on Sunday morning

The only little thing if I’m being picky, the water in the shower was extremely hot and couldn’t be change to a cooler temperature, a bit hard to shower but better than a freezing shower!

Great location, pity about the water leaks and shower problems, bit expensive

Great location

Water leaks on Saturday morning with plastic buckets collecting the water immediately outside my door. Could not have a shower on Saturday as the water was cold on Sunday morning I could not have a shower as the water was way far too hot and the adjustable temperatire control setting on the shower had no effect on the water temperature.Great location pity about

Party Central

The top floor is what can only be described as party central .. Noise early mornings 2am -4am Screaming shouting from room 11 across landing. Little / No sleep over 2 night stay ..Left early

Single Room, Long Weekend

Great location. Self check-in made everything very simple. Excellent shower.

It was one of the coldest weekends of the year, but I still needed to open the windows because the room was so warm. Surely there is no need to have the radiators on that high?

Excellente localisation.

Agréablement surpris par le logement. Petit certes, mais je n'avais absolument pas besoin de plus. Confortable, et bien équipé (sauf l'absence d'éclairage à proximité du lit). Wi-Fi performant. Très bien situé, juste en dehors du centre-ville, donc pas trop bruyant et à moins de 10 min de marche du Castle.

L'absence de petit-déjeuner sur place.... Dommage, mais des solutions toutes proches existent pour pallier à cet inconvénient. Parking payant dans les rues avoisinantes. Du coup, si on fait le total des petits-déjeuners à prendre hors de l'établissement et le coût des 4 jours de parking, le rapport qualité/prix s'en ressent inévitablement.....

Great location, & perfect for the socially anxious!

Close to centre in an area I’m familiar with. Comfy bed, & loved being able to enter the property without having to deal with people!

No shampoo, & towels could have been cleaner.

Great price for the location, definitely worth the money.

Great views & location, loved the bird picture in the room too! Room was also a bargain for the dates we stayed on this occasion.

Highly recommended. Walking distance of the rugby stadium railway station shops bars & night clubs

Stayed here many times when it was the Anchorage Guest House. They always offer a excellent welcome. Coean rooms and clean towles and bedding.

Nagyszerű ár-érték arányban, tiszta és kényelmes.

A környék kifejezetten jó, mindentől séta távolságra voltunk. A szállásadó rugalmas volt, a személyzet segítőkész, a megérkezés és távozás is problémamentes volt.

Kényelmesebb lett volna, ha van hűtőszekrény, de így is nagyszerű volt a szállás, főleg ár-érték arányban. Számomra nem volt zavaró, viszont érdemes tudni, hogy vékonyak a falak, szinte mindent hallani a szomszéd szobákból.

Excellent value for your money

Very well located, close to city centre and attractions. Excellent value for money. Clean, comfy bed, good sized room, warm and quiet. Tea and coffee available in room and in communal kitchen. Will definitely stay there again.

Riverside is an underestimated central location.

Ease of entry with door code. No unneccessary registration or paperwork.

Excellent property in Cardiff (but pets not allowed)

Staff were excellent. Especially Josh and Jeel. Location very easy to access and close to railway station, city center and cardiff castle. Room, even though small, was neat and clean

Room cleaning wasn't done daily or not even alternate days. During the entire tenure of 19 days, radiator worked for just 3 days

Nice place Buzzing in the heart of Cardiff

A very Clean and tidy place, warm and comfortable. Ideally situated for a stay right in the heart of Cardiff City.

I was in room 15 at the back of the building and unfortunately there was a constant buzzing or vibration noise which I could not trace but I suspect it comes from the basement area at the back of the building. It might be the laundry room or it might be the heating system. If I was to visit Cardiff again I might choose this place again but I would request a room at the front of the building. Parking is on the street, I had no problem finding a space, free from 6pm to 8am and then £12.50 for daytime parking.

Nice small hotel near a Cardiff centre

Self check in, very straight forward process.. the room is small but comfortable. There is a microwave. It's close to city centre and transport links but in a very quiet street.

Poor water pressure in the showers. There were blackout curtains, but were not big enough to cover the windows, so it missed the point

Wise Stay- will stay again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Could leave suitcase there till going ti catch train. Tea /coffee facility/ fridge and microwave available- none of which I knew about b4 my stay. Would have helped my financed had i known about them. Near enough to train station nd town. Compact basic small room.Brought my own towels unaware they would be provided.

No water in bathroom on arrival- had to call someone. Loose toilet seat. Shower rod kept falling. Curtains not correct size to fit window- letting light in early! In the morning. There is not enough information on advertising- re facilities- etc- tea/coffee machine to use etc. Wouldn't walk back there in the dark. Had to have taxi.

Brilliant location, great amentities. Would highly recommend/ stay again!

Booked the hotel for the Beyonce gig at the principality stadium. Price was considerably higher than other dates but that’s to be expected. Perfect location. Directly opposite the stadium and a 5 minute walk to the station. Close enough to get to town (around a 5/10 min) but not too close that there are any problems with noise. Room was clean and great amenities including a fan, hairdryer, iron and hot drinks station. A great experience during our first trip to cardiff. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Price was considerably higher on the particular date we chose (over 400% higher) than other dates. Undoubtedly due to the beyonce concert. However the hotel was much cheaper than other available hotels within the same vicinity on those dates

Great price, great location, great stay

The room was great. With a nice view of the river. The bed super comfy. Was clean and a nice space.

I didn't manage the temperature of the shower? was a bit hot but wasn't a big problem
