Overall, was an awesome and wonderful stay that we had with family. Had a good rest as the house was very comfy and warm

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had extra single beds, extra blankets and pillows. There were cold beverages prepared if needed to be purchased for the stay.

The location is absolutely plus point. It is walking distance to Memory Lane market. Restaurant are near by.

TV is not smart TV and i m unable to cast tv using my mobile. In addition No cable channel was provided! The Suites is beside a Hotel and even Hotel still provide HBO or Cinemax.. The shared bathroom screen was not repaired or replaced with a new one. When showering all the water goes everywhere. Plus there was only one bathroom mat provided- keeping the bathroom dry for elderly was a big hassle. Bedroom all Blankets were of fleece - didn’t like at all. I rather a summer comforter is provided.

excellent location and value for money but clearer instructions about the facilities would have been helpful.

excellent location, clean and comfortable the swimming pool was a bonus

no clear instructions eg it took us a while to work out how to get the internet working (everything was switched off), and no instructions for tv (particularly important for my 97 year old mother who couldn’t watch her usual news and sports programmes). the bowls and plates were in a cupboard that didn’t open so they were difficult to access. no information about the swimming pool - had to ask the security guard how to find it.

A good unit with accommodating owner made the trip more memorable.

The location of the property within many places of interest made the travelling less of an hassle. Well furnished and maintained property, worth the budget friendly plan devised and a very cooperative owner.

One of the TV remote did not function well.

Clean and cozy. All the facilities provided are functioning well. Location is just beside the kinta river walk.

Dont have stove for cooking. But rice cooker is provided. Maybe can provide more plates and bowl for dining.

1- Location opposite the kinta river, suitable for leisure in the evening/night. 2- For dinner it's easy to walk to Miker Food. 3- Spacious apartment, clean environment, suitable for families/group of 6 to 8 pax, easy to deal with the host via whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Good option for a family stay in Ipoh

Unit is very clean. Well furnished. Very comfortable. Good wifi internet. Good View of Ipoh's hills and the Kinta river trail. High floor. Stocked with snacks and drinks at reasonable price that can be purchased, which I found to be a nice touch. There is a also 7-11 downstairs. Location wise, its easy access to downtown.

- There were 2 mothballs placed in the bathroom, but the entire unit smelled so strongly of it. Had to put them in plastic bag for the entire stay. Easy workaround. - Basement for parking was rather low lighting and dirty walls making it look dingy. Should suggest to building management to improve as they plan to charge for parking.

A PERFECT STAY.

I would say it's a good trip. Everything is perfect. The location..the apartment very clean, so beautiful, spacious, nice view, completed with WiFi and home basic..my family especially my mum and dad so happy with the stay. They said feel like home. My kids love the bathtub so muchhh. The location very strategy to anywhere you want to go. One more thing that I like the most, the owner of the apartment is very nice.. he's response to all my queries. From the beginning which is before I checked-in until I checked-out. It was a good experience. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends. You guys should stay here. You won't regret it.

Exceptional

I had a good stay. Easy self check in and check out. Hot water and water pressure were good. The unit is super clean. Location is superb. Owner very accommodating with our small requests. I will definitely opt for this unit again.

My family really loved this place. It was exactly as described in the pics. And the environment is super clean like new hse. All rooms so clean and so comfy. Best place to stay and very recommended. We definitely will come back again..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
