Balik Kampung for Raya

Location - next to the beach, easy to find food and souvenirs, lively and vibrant Staff were friendly, from the receptionists to housekeepers

Pleasant stay

Clean and spacious. Hot water and air conditioner working good and bed was comfortable. Location near lumut jetty and shopping area. Value for money

No toiletries. Only soap dispenser provided.

Für eine Nacht ist es ok .

Da wir eine Nacht in Lumut bleiben mussten , haben wir uns für das Hotel entschieden, es ist im der Nähe des Bus Terminals (500m entfernt) und für eine Nacht ist es ok. Wir konnten kostenlos früher einchecken und der Ausblick war auch gut .Also für eine Nacht ist das Hotel völlig ok. Länger aber auch nicht . Das Hotel ist dem Preis angemessen .

i will never stay in this hotel ever. will tell everyone i know to never stay in this freaking hotel

this hotel cancel my booking without notify me. im arrive at the hotel,know2 already cancel and fully booked. the staff said that they call me 10x but j never receive any calls🥲 BAD SERVICE.

Will come back again.

We booked the room facing seaview. Can view sunset from the room. Also many activities around the hotel including walking at the beach, go to food truck which is available at night. Also near to many other makan place such as KFC, Mamak Restaurant, Malay Cuisine Restaurant. Near to Manjung and Sitiawan. Around 15 minutes. Apart from the beach near to the hotel, we went to Teluk Batik Beach which is around 10 minutes from the hotel. Also we went to Pantai Teluk Senangin. Beautiful beaches but we went on Monday. So many makan place close.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL VERY VERY BAD/ POOR/ LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. About this hotel I only enjoyed the view from the room and the night receptionist who willing to help. Other than that nothing. The morning receptionist not bothering anything and the owner not helpful at all. Whatever you ask the answer will be NO, CANNOT & DIFFICULT. No cleaning was done, No replacement was done, No Nothing. We reached late evening as we go after working hour from Shah Alam. But I have informed in my booking earlier. Reach there the receptionist couldn't find my booking which I have made few months earlier. Extra mattress - Maintenance guy accidentally took home the key Change blanket - Cannot only morning I booked room for 5pax but there's only 2 towels in that room when asked. When asked the owner more IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWER NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL VERY VERY BAD/ POOR/ LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love the view and location but the hotel was not well maintained.

The view was amazing. I paid RM130 for room with sea view.

The cleanliness and hygiene are very poor. Smelly towels and bathroom, and the bed and mattress do not feel clean I felt itchy on my skin. Aircond was taking too long to be cold and does not cover the whole room. The hotel provided a stand fan (I assumed that they knew the condition of the aircon but did nothing to it). The room looked very old and not well maintained, the wall has stains and looks ugly. Overall, I just love the view of the hotel from the room and everything else was bad bad bad. I don't recommend it, please find another hotel.

just a night’s stay - you get wat you pay for

fairly good price for a night’s stay in lumut town in preparation for early boat next morning

windowless room, unpleasant stench, no lift and only staircases, street parking can be hard to find
