El colchón

Ya me había alojado otra vez y el olor a rancio en los pasillos , el aspecto del ascensor súper mal limpiado , y que decir de un fallo en la alarma que tardaron un montón de tiempo en solucionar justo en la hora de descanso me pareció muy mal por parte del alojamiento que no pidieran disculpas o nos dieran una solución ……

No merece la pena

Las camas son cómodas.

Partiendo de la base de que está en un polígono aislado. El olor en la habitación 15 es insoportable. Huele a cloaca! Tuvimos que dormir toda la noche con las ventanas abiertas habiendo 8 grados fuera… por la falta de personal no pudimos avisar para que nos cambiaran de habitación. Además de mucho ruido en los pasillos a las 4 de la mañana. Gritos, gente pegando portazos… no repetiría ni loca la verdad.

The concept is great. The implementation is terrible. Imposible to get in. Any telephone help lines answered by local speaking answerphone

As above it was terrible and with 6 other people spent hours trying to get in until we eventually managed to speak to someone who provided the correct codes after about 2 hours at night

Esta habitación en concreto era muy ruidosa por un compresor o similar que saltaba cada 10 min. En otras habitaciones es muy cómodo

La habitación que era grande

1. En la habitación había un bolígrafo que tenía la tapa mordida... 2. Que no haya recepción y no te avisan absolutamente de nada. 3. El aire no se podía apagar...era horrible toda la noche encendido... El cacharrito del aire era un paripé....porque estaba en continuo 4. Que no haya ventanas.

Clean and tidy hostel in an industrial estate

Clean well presented property with a secure garage

We arrived on a Sunday, and the hostel is in an industrial estate which was closed we felt a bit isolated, but on Monday morning, the place was buzzing.

Room was good but the rest was bad.

not alot.

First I would have like to have ben told that it had no staff. Then No restaurants were open. But first we couldn't get into the property and had to get the police to help us as we spoke no Spanish we realised we were in an Industrial area. It was Saturday night and there was nothing to eat. I think Booking dot com should review this property as not everyone has wifi on their phone. You had to get a code no. to to get in and we didn't have one.

If you want to listen to person on phone in next room for all hours then this is ideal.

Clean

Soundproofing awful. Echoes along the long corridor and you can hear people taking and doors slamming. Sound carries - Awake until early hours as could hear woman in next room talking on phone and then again from 5:45am. No reply from inside home to requests. No wifi codes available. No staff so no one to ask about wifi and chat didn't work on website. Only 1 thin little pillow each. No-one to talk to to get another. Room smelled of smoke. Couldn't leave window open because of barking dog in one of the warehouses. Situated in middle of industrial estate with cafe downstairs closing early evening. Trying to check in on their site was a nightmare. Needless to say - will never go there again and would urge others to stay away.

no staff, no vending machine, no coffe shop nearby (the one next door closed by the time i arrived); i qould have stayed in the centre of town as there were hotels with similar offers
