Conveniente

El precio es muy competitivo. Y la ubicación es igualmente muy conveniente. La forma en cómo acceder a la habitación alquilada es un poco "fría", no teniendo trato en persona, pero sí práctico en definitiva dado que se van dando los pasos para poder acceder a ella.

Eché de menos tener una mesa de trabajo en la habitación. Y alguna percha adicional en el armario. Y lamentablemente el personal que había alquilado otras habitaciones anexas era un poco ruidoso.

Agua en la habitación

Hacia mucho frío, no había mantas suficientes y no las proporcionó. La calefacción no funcionaba. Cama ponía grande y era pequeña. No había cocina, ni espacio para poder tomar algo.

Very bad experience (my worst ever)

Sincerely there is not anything that I did like. This is the worst booking and worst experience i ever made by booking.com. And you know i have relized so many stays in India and Nepal.

First there is no AC here! No Air conditioned.room. There is small is just small ventilator (see photo) which did not work even. You cannot operate the.AC as is usual. So the room was very hot during all time.Very bad night if you add the noice from outside and your neigbours. It is nor Appartment as the offer says! Just very small room. The shared bathroom has bad odor, not proparly ventilated. The.host will nit show your face to you and his communication by WP is pore or.no at all. Its generaly very strange and impersonal.arogant attitude. It is a Block Appartment with 5-6 roooms with number lock sytem ( code for openning room) general facilities very pore and sound isolation from room next door very weak so you can hear any word or sound. I am.sorry to wtire these lines, but we were ( me and my partner) so frustrated about this stay that I cannot help myself. When we start to complain, the host doesnot respond anymore and stops communicating. Very bad. I dont recomend to anybody. The host should by the Fan for rooms would be better and should be honest in describing the offer facilities. Improve communication and general culture and proper attitude.

Please never book this place, do yourself a favor

It is the most horrible place i was in, It is not like the photos. The rooms and the bathroom were not clean, especially the toilette and shower. The owner Its extremely rude.

If you arrive one minute late they charge you the full amount and they dont let you in for any day. They do this all the time, the neighbourgs are angry with the owner.

The landlady doesn’t speak English. She didn’t tell me how I am supposed to get inside. The bathroom was shared even though it was supposed to be private. The door didn’t want to open and I spent 30 minutes trying to open it. Overall I wasted 1,5 h to get inside. They didn’t have a heater so it was really cold and they gave me only the linen

We didn't like so much the cleansiness of the bathroom, a lot of rust and black spots around the tap and shower, there was lots of hair on the floor in our room and on our bed.

A last resort

We liked the town but not the accomadation. The locals for helping us to ring the owner so we could enter the apartment. Our bicycles were stored in the room.

The system to enter into the accomodation. Firstly ring her so you could enter the building, then again to enter the apartment. We Were expecting her meet us at the apartment because we said we could only be contacted by email. Don't book if you don't have a spanish phone or speak spanish. Also the Aircon wasn't working and it was a hot room.

Poor cleanliness, not a nice stay

Bottle of water avaliable. Convenient location close to centre and shops/restaurants.Good price but for a reason...

Staff/hosts were friendly but very late and were getting the room ready while we waited for the key. Rooms were not up to a very good standard of cleanliness and window would not shut. Noisy, could hear other guests through the walls and doors slamming shut.

We had a lot of problems with the check in hour because there are few ways to get to Huelva coming from other cities and we asked in advance to do the check in after 10pm do to our late arrival to Huelva. The owner was very intransigent saying that the check in was only until 9pm, otherwise it wouldn't be possible to open the door for us. Then we planned a way to get there earlier but we only would get there really close to 9pm and again his response was that we need to get until 9pm. We arrange everything again to get there before 9pm, and finally we arrived at 7:30 pm and no one opened the door. We called a lot of times and then he said that he would call the girl to receive us. In the end the girl was in the apartment and opened the door after we waited for several minutes.

Stay was good, but I am afraid of insects and now we have a long term problem with bedbugs

It was easy to get there, pick up the keys, the location is very good, there is air conditioning, and the room itself is quite good

There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom on the first day that we needed to kill and it was disgusting! Bedsheets were dirty and the worst is that there were bedbugs! First I thought it was mosquitoes, but bites are very different and there are many of them!

Never again!Avoid!

Parking is very difficult near to the accommodation! We had to wait a long time for the keys.The owner later sent us the key with another guest but it belonged to another room. We put our suitcases in that room and went to the beach what is really far from the apartment.30 minutes later the the owner wrote me on whatsapp,I need to go back to swap the room or I have to pay 20 euros to keep that room.The apartment does not have a kitchen, not even a fridge or microwave.
