Péssimo estado de conservação, de limpeza. Colchão velho, as molas saindo na lateral. A base da cama parece que pegou tábuas na rua e montou.

Gostei da localização, a quadra é tranquila, próximo de shopping, supermercado, restaurante e a noite é bem silenciosa. O quarto é bem funcional e tem o necessário para os viajantes. Limpo e agradável.

Gostei de tudo, creio que precisa evidenciar na página que o pagamento da hospedagem precisa ser em dinheiro ou pix, já que a proprietária não aceita cartão.

Para quem busca comodidade a um preço acessível, o ambiente atende bem. O hotel fica próximo ao shopping Boulevard, tranquilidade e segurança contam bastante.

A limpeza do ambiente poderia ser melhor.

Ótimo custo-benefício para Brasília. Equipe excelente, anfitriã super solícita e profissional. Apartamento confortável, espaçoso, com mobília (bancos, arara, mesa), micro-ondas, bancada, frigobar. Perto de mercados e lanchonetes (indico Skina lanches). Boa localização para quem conhece BSB - ponto de ônibus bem perto, na W3. Precisei estender e a anfitriã foi super flexível.

Tudo correu muito bem, não tive problemas. A infraestrutura do banheiro pode melhorar, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Fica a sugestão de diferenciar os tipos de apartamentos no momento da reserva.

Bastante espaço, tudo limpo e arrumado, além do atendimento excelente.

Faltou ar condicionado, mas não é essa a proposta, mesmo.

Good value in Brasília

The apartment is very good but simple. They call this kind of single apartment "kitchenette" in Brazil. The location is on the extreme of "Asa Norte", the North wing The good news is that there's plenty of public buses to take you to all tourist attractions. There's a bus number 30, that takes you back and forth from the airport. This bus goes along W3 Av and you can get off at one of the last stops 176.

Clean, quiet room, typical brazilian city residential building, nothing fancy, safe area

Fine location for those who enjoy the city. Seemed like a safe area, alot of friendly , helpful people in the neighborhood . Walking distance to fairly priced restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Brazil capital building complex if you want to tour that area, very short walk to city bus lines. Fair value, room was in the basement of a 8 story residential building, so it was very quiet and dark ,good for sleeping. Had a window for fresh air, but see only a cement breezeway, no a/c but temperature was comfy being underground. Plumbing/electric/internet worked fine. Was very clean with tile floors. Bed comfy and clean. Had tv but didn't check. Nothing fancy, but clean ,safe. We were desperate after 2 scammers on booking.com didn't honor their reservation at the price they listed, didn't reserve until 7pm of the night we were staying, but she was nice enough to have someone bring us a key after hours and we were able to get some rest after a long day, even though we got lost and had trouble finding it. Were able to contact the owner on whatsapp and she went out of the way to help us, thankfully my wife speaks portuguese. Thanks

A little confusing finding the room, it is right around the corner from a chicken restaurant in a large building. Goodle maps took us a few blocks away, not the owners fault, Brasilia street addresses are a nightmare. Found a couple friendly food delivery drivers who got us the last 200 meters after driving around the area for 1/2 hour looking for the rooms. Theres no sign to find it, just a very strange address, clicking on the directions link on the booking.com website took us 4 blocks away. Wife wasn't too impressed with the room, a little musty being below street level, couple dead roaches in the hallway but room was clean and functioning. I'm sure she was mostly upset by being in city traffic for a couple hours and having to find a room at the last minute when our prior reservations on booking.com turned out to be total scammers.
